The only downfall is they dont carry gray hair crochet braids. But theyre very helpful

DO NOTTTTTT pay attention to the reviews or look of location . I have been amazed today . I went inside to purchase a lace frontal wig for a new look I’m going back home to a funeral and when I tell you OMG gorgeous. I have already eye balled several to add to my list for next visit . One of the lace wigs actually reminds me of and looks like one I got in Nashville . Simply amazing and the best I’ve purchased next to my two in Nashville . I will be back really soon and wow I’m just floored . PLUSSSSS the customer service and love was on POINT. Thank you guys so much you made my night especially since I went to another shop before here . Thank you

I have to say after reading the reviews I was a little worried. So, I went today and I was treated just fine by the employees and owner. Yes, they watch and walk around but it didnt bother me and they gave my baby a free gift. Prices were not over rated at all. Always seek for yourself!

DO NOR WASTE YOUT MONEY HERE PLEASE . Everything is overpriced and the owner is very rude . Talks about her customers and again is VERY RUDE etc . Followed me around and when I asked why she asked if I had a problem ... I’ve been here multiple times never stole always nice !!! I genuinely do not shop at this place unless I absolutely have to. I find the customer service to be absolutely horrible .The lady that owns the store follows you around constantly asking you can she help you and it doesnt seem as genuine as it seems as though shes trying to make sure that youre not taking anything from the store. this place is not a very good place to shop if you have children she also chases your children around the store and make them feel very uncomfortable while theyre in the store with you constantly judging your children and chastising them as if theyre her children and not your children

Love the owner and employees! love the prices! The only thing I would tweak is variety they may not have a as big of a variety of some bigger stores but if youre looking for wigs or braiding hair this is my #1 choice!

I like their selection of beauty and hair supplies, and fashion accessories. However it is very hard to shop when a store associate is standing RIGHT BESIDE ME at every turn. I understand that they are trying to prevent theft, but they are taking things too far. I go in with only a crossbody purse, and I try to keep my hands in plain sight, but these measures are not enough to keep them from breathing down my neck. I bought nothing during this last visit, because it was more obvious than ever that a brown face makes me a criminal in their eyes, rather than their customer.

I used to go to this place all the time because its close to my home, but I got sick of constantly being followed around the store by their nosy staff (who also have no hair knowledge or knowledge about the products they sell). The place is way too small for them to be as extra as they are. They dont have the best prices or the most variety, so, Ive stopped going there. Pretty much any shop on Ft. Campbell Blvd is better, in terms of price, variety, and friendliness without the antics that make me question why they opened a business tailored towards black people if they dont trust black people.

Nothing special about this place. The owners grin at you, but you kinda feel that when they talk Chinese to each other, they are talking about you. Not a good feeling.I guess too many people have tried to shoplift because they follow you all over the store like you are a criminal! Not good. Understandable though. But it is kind of creepy.

Its ok I guess. Ive been there a couple of times. There are a couple more hair stores around but this is the only one Ive been to so not sure about competitive pricing. I thought they were a little high. But its the closest one. My only real complaint is they follow you around and it makes me feel like I cant really look at stuff.

This has been one of my go-to spots for all things hair related for years. They have a wide variety of hair extensions (synthetic and human hair), tools, accessories, products, etc. The ladies that work there are always friendly and helpful.

I have been going to this beauty supply store for 3 years, a lot of my customer go here and told me they hate this store but i never had a problem always so friendly. Until I went to help a customer find a wig, I have never tryed on wigs here, but they get a attitude when u what to try on wigs. Great store if you dont what to try on wigs.

Big selection but small store. Every color you could want in wigs, hair, and dye. Super cheap too.
