How the food went sky high yess everything up but save alot supposed still beat any price..would never shop there again!!! Two bag 45$ ridiculous!!!

Has good prices I personally dont like the meat selection here and you have to check the dates on the meats alot of the meat is expired but as far as boxed food and canned goods they have really good prices

Inexpensive groceries and good selection of basic items. Smaller and easy to navigate with helpful staff.

Need to update (change) my review from 5 to 3 stars. Ever since Save a Lot changed owners about one to two months ago, Ive stopped going there to shop. The price increases are so dramatic that its no longer worth making a special trip there for certain items. I used to save a good amount of money going there for those items biweekly. Not no more. Im sure others are just as shocked as I am in the significant price increases. BACK TO SHOPRITE FOR MOST OF MY FOOD SHOPPING NEEDS!! Sorry Save... Not A Lot.... nor a Little....No More!!

I shopped there a few times, I think that their produce is horrible, its what youd expect to find on a third world road side from a homegrown gardener, its just not edible they dont carry things like Pepsi or Coke.. their meats are good priced though. I would go there for my meats, I didnt see a lot of name brand items but thank God for them because their prices are better than most supermarkets its a nice place, they also have a drugstore in this little mall and a liquor store and a dollar store of some kind. Sometimes however, and this is the downside, some life in general, you get a lot of the food stamp crowd which arent always the most upstanding, honest, civilized group of people in the world some are but many are not.

Saved a-lot so it lived up to its name. Wish the food had brand names though.

Always clean, and employees are always hospitable and helpful. Ive never experienced or witnessed any employees get ignorant with any of the customers there. With some of the customers that pass through, its surprising that they havent lost their cool.. lol

My go to market! During the covid outbreak this store remained very clean, stocked pretty well, and there were normally less then 10 customers at a time all 3 times I went the last 2 months of the quarantine... a lot of people don’t like to shop at places like this because they think the quality is low- I assure u- same stuff- different labeling.. and I’ve never seen or bought expired food- can’t say as much for other places such as Shoprite 🤷🏽‍♀️

This is a great grocery store to go to the get the basic for great price. I recommend the salad dressing, frozen chicken nuggets, pizza, all of the dry foods and diary. Meat and produce you have to check for freshness. I would definitely go back for my staples. Great value.

I didnt have any problems every food item was fresh the service was excellent thats the best place for me to go to shopping.

Good discount prices, just dont go in expecting a wide variety of fresh organic foods. They mostly stock processed and frozen foods with a smaller selection of fresh produce and meats. The area is definitely run down and a little sketchy but Ive never felt unsafe.

My food had mold on it. Its always slow check out. When I asked the manager for his name He replied John, Just John!.. Never again. How do you sell Food to a customer and not know of it fresh.

Great prices, but be very careful on canned products. Produce prices are comparable to name stores. Dairy prices can be cheaper. Look for meat specials to stock up the freezer.

I can tell that this is a a cheapest American grocery store. You will not find many options here but whatever you will get will be the cheapest from any other store. This store must be in your list for grocery shopping. But you also have to go other places as variety is not much in Save a lot. I like this store go often.

This store has more name brands than the ones I visited before. Store is neat and well stocked

Had my car hit by an illegal immigrant who screamed at me and then fled the scene when bystanders and I called the police. This isnt a great store. Id maybe give it 2 stars otherwise, but the bad neighborhood gives it a solid 1 star rating.

Typical Save a lot store... usually understaffed, you bag your own groceries with your own bags (or you can buy them for 10 cents a bag). But those prices are what keep you coming back!
