Great trustworthy store! I have been here quite a few times to buy used washers and dryers and they have told us which machines they would recommend and which ones they would avoid and why. They have answered some of my simple questions so that I could repair things myself. Thanks!

Had the dryer parts i was looking for and a good price too!

I needed a part for the dryer so I went here and they had it. Great little local place that does more than appliances. They also had lawn mowers and snow blowers out front for sale. They also sell and trade firearms (possibly under a different business name). My wife went here about a year back for a washer part and they didnt have it so they sent her to another shop which did carry it. Great people that care about helping others.

I purchased my washer and dryer here. Both in great condition and still are running great after almost a year. They even gave me the exhaust duct I needed at no extra cost.I have always received excellent customer service from these guys.I also pawned my gun here and some snowboard boots. They gave me close to what I was asking which is better that I have gotten at other places I have pawned.

From a point of customer service, I have to give Jesse 5 stars. Late on a Friday night, after closing time, he still answered his phone and even though he could not help me directly, he referred me to someone who could. Not only could he have scheduled me out for the following business day (which would be the following Monday) but he also lost revenue by directing me to his parts guy. Im a DIYer so many repairs I can make on my own. If I have something outside of my wheelhouse, Ill be calling them!

My wife bought a washer and a dryer from Eg Anderson, they were amazing. They gave her all of the information she needed to make a great choice. They delivered it to our home and went above and beyond what was expected of them. They have earned our business.

Not only did we get a great deal on a really good fridge, they offered to bring the fridge to our driveway for no extra charge. When Jesse got here with the fridge and saw we had no one to help us get in in, he called his son who put off his dinner plans and came right over. They spent about an hour bringing the fridge in, switched the doors to the other side, and hauled the old fridge off. We are very grateful for the extra time and effort that they put in for us. You have gained our loyalty. We will be customers for life! Thank you again for all you did for us. Its nice to have such good people in the world!

Showed up to see if he had a small electrical part I needed for my dryer. He went out back, found me a like part. When I asked how much he wanted for it, he said Merry Christmas. Didnt get any major service done, but their customer relations are top notch. Will do business with them again!

We buy a stove with them and the oven does not work and now I have to pay someone to repair it.because I dont have how to take it to them is a bad purchas. When you buy something from them, ask to check and turn everything on before purchasing it

I have purchased two used refrigerators from them in the past for different homes we have been in and have been happy with that. My current refrigerator stopped working - no more cold air and everything in the freezer melted, etc. We had a repair company come out and they said the compressor was bad and all we could do was buy a new fridge. So I went to these guys to see if they had an inexpensive used fridge as money is tight right now. I looked at what they had and told them I needed a new fridge because of a bad compressor. I think the mans name is Jessie, but he asked me about the fridge and said compressors rarely go bad - it just needed a new switch or something. He sold me a $40 part that he said would fix the problem 99% of the time. I took it home, installed it myself, and my fridge is as good as new. I am a little disappointed in the repair place that came out and told me I needed a new fridge, but very grateful for Jessies experience and expertise because I didnt know how I was going to pay for a new fridge. HUGE RIP OFF. I was looking for a heating element for my dryer and called around for pricing. I called and asked if they had the part for my dryer he said that he was sure they did that he would be there in 10-15 minutes but to bring mine over to match up the part. I simply asked for a ballpark price for the part before driving over, and he said that I was looking between $125 - $135 for a heating element.I said excuse me but the parts list online for $20 - $40. And other appliance repair shops in the area are $50- $60, then a pause and he said oh yeah well mine start at $65 and go up from there. I said thanks and hung up. Had I have not looked around and thought he was a honest businessman I would have way over paid for the part. I would not recommend anyone to go there for service or parts unless you have money to burn.

Friendly and quick service. Could use a little modernization, but thats not a black mark against them, thats just my IT bias ;p

Bought a washer and dryer did 3 loads of wash and waahing machine broken down bad deal here ok just called him taking it back i will give 4 stars and if it works i will change to 5 stars

Dont go here!!We took our lawn mower here to be serviced and have the carborator fixed. $150 later our lawn mower still isnt fixed, it still wont start. We took it back a 2nd and they said they fixed it. It worked for one month and then the same problem kept occurring. I called and asked what exactly they fixed with the mower and he said I dont know. Its in my book keepers office and he is out of town for 2 weeks. This is the owner telling me this btw. Anyway he said bring it in again and I can look at it. I asked him if I could get my money back he told me no.This guy will rip you off. Dont waste your time here.

Had exactly what I needed at a very good price.

I went here due to it having good reviews. I had my lawnmower fixed here and bought a snowblower at the same time. I was guaranteed the snowblower worked but that the fuel line was disconnected for summer storage. The mower has never been totally fixed correctly and the snowblower would not work. They stated it was my fault that the snowblower would not start and they should have charged me to look at it. I got a hold of an old work associate that repairs machines. Once he looked at it he stated it was beyond repair and it would due to auger shaft being broke. I chopped this up to an expensive mistake and will never go back here again.

Over the years, Ive donated used appliances to this store, had appliances fixed and purchased used/refurbished appliances from them. Great service and top notch repairs.
