5 stars is not enough! Fantastic experience. They are professional, courteous, and experts in their field. They started and finished job exactly when they said they would and even came back to help me with something that had nothing to do with the job. And they like pets. Highly recommend!!
High Fidelity did a great job installing my system and was on time. Great communication and easy to work with. Prices were more than fair for the quality system I received. Other quotes were cheaper but the systems they wanted to install were trash. I’m happy with the indoor and outdoor systems and I love that it is all controlled from my phone.
It started out with me looking in Sams club for a complete system, but the reviews were mediocre, so I continued with my search. I was continually coming across one of two things...poor equipment quality or poor customer service. Then one day as I was driving down Ulmerton Road I saw the sign for Fidelity Systems, and I remembered they installed the cameras at the aerospace company I previously work for. Joe was extremely helpful is explaining which cameras would be best for what I wanted. Tim and Jason were very professional with the installation as I expected based on my interaction with Joe.Now fast forward just under 4 weeks later….I was having some issues with Frontier which is typical, so they reset my router which caused everything to go down. Jason and Tim were back at the house within 2 days to fix the issue. Mind you it was not an emergency and I was completely fine with the response time. Had it been an emergency there is nothing that would make me doubt that they would not have been out the same day to help me. To help keep this from happening again Tim explained to me what to do. I felt confident enough I could handle that.About a month later Frontier came thru as if right on cue resetting things I specifically asked them not to. I messaged Tim at 1734hrs on a Friday evening thinking Monday morning I would be first in queue. He messaged me back at 2316hrs that night with instructions on how to fix me issue. Had I been a little more tech savvy I could have fixed it, but I was missing something. I did not bother him over the weekend but on Monday with a few messages back and forth and some screen shots I was back online.I am here but my wife is in New Zealand, stuck there due to Covid 19 and no flights coming in. I am here alone and suffer from very debilitating migraine headaches. It is of great comfort for her to be able to log in and see I am just asleep on the sofa and not laying on the floor in the garage passed out.Companies are always nice to get you to buy from them but once they have what they wanted service can dip a little. That was not the case here. They were just outstanding with the follow thru after the sale.
Joseph made it easy to set up an appointment to have some TVs and wires ran throughout our house. They worked around my wife and I’s hectic schedule and were quick and clean in their installations. Joey the installer was friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
I have been completely impressed by the service I’ve received from High Fidelity Systems over the years. Joe and his staff are are professional, thorough and knowledgeable in their trade. It’s nice owning a system that just works the way it’s demonstrated and supposed to.

Owner Joe is impossible to deal with. Someone needs to give him a class on the customer centric approach to running a business. Working through my AV problems with Joe over the past 4 years has honestly been one of the most frustrating things Ive ever experienced during my 22 years of home ownership. He mine as well be a dependent at this point so that I could at least claim him on my taxes. UGH!!
