Anthony, Austin and team go above and beyond customer service. Their tenacity and determination to get the install done perfectly is commendable.And they were always there to make sure the system worked perfectly, even weeks after install, they never gave up to make sure their customer was satisfied. On a scale of one to ten, I have to give them an eleven. Great job guys, you are the BEST.

Anthony and his team at Innovative Sight and Sound in Tampa area did an absolutely superb job for us in design and implementation of a complex Audio-Visual system in a new condo.     Anthony arranged for prewiring, spent considerable extra time being sure it was done correctly by the builder.     As in any complex job issues develop which were resolved.    Wonderful people to work with.  His installation team was superb.  I recommend them highly.

What a huge disappointed this company was.I searched for a local company to provide service for my home automation and home theater A/V system, and based on reviews I visited their showroom and discussed my system with the manager. I was favorably impressed and we agreed that they would take on the technical service of my system. I was instructed to sign up through their online registration process, which I did.A few weeks later I needed service when I had an A/V system failure, and contacted them on a Monday to schedule a service call. I was told someone would come the next day (Tuesday), and would call me in the morning to confirm the exact time. Since the time was still pending, I rearranged my work schedule and cancelled some appointments to be available at whatever time they would be coming.The next day I waited. And waited. And waited. Nobody called. At noon I called to check on the time they were coming, and was told to wait a bit more until Anthony called me to confirm the time. I waited a few more hours, but nobody called. Finally, in the late afternoon, I got another call informing me they wouldnt make it that day but that Anthony would call me to confirm another day. When I asked which day that would be, the response was I dont know, probably at the end of the week. At that point I was frustrated, having lost an entire day of appointments and not looking forward to a week without use of my home audio-visual system, but I still needed to get the work done so I had no choice but to wait. So I waited. There was no response the next day. Or the day after. Or the day after. They simply never called back.When it became clear that due to whatever organizational issues made them incapable of basic follow-up and scheduling, I decided to see if another group could to the work. This was successful, and the other group was perfectly responsive and professional. By the next day my issue had been resolved and then some, as they also improved some wiring in the system and we had a plan for other component upgrades.Based on the abysmal level of responsiveness and customer service, and the general lack of professionalism, I cannot give this company any rating other than one star. A lot of my time was wasted and there was no fulfillment on their part. They charges the same substantial rates as other home automation and AV companies, and about the same as plumbers, electricians and other technicians, all of whom have always in my experience maintained a certain standard of responsiveness. This place was really an outlier at the wrong end of the curve.
