Very disappointed. My wifes single cone was fine but my shake was made with soft ice cream and syrup not the homemade they advertised. Price was very reasonable hence 3 stars not 2.

Excellent ice cream! Priced better than shops nearer to the Pier, thats for sure. I chose Reeses Peanut Butter (two scoops) on a sugar cone and had to basically inhale it because it was melting in the humid evening air. I hope I can slow down and enjoy it next time, because it was very creamy and delicious.

The ice cream here was delicious. There was a bit of a line at the time that we went, but it was well worth the wait. Be prepared to pay the park and park a bit further away than you may like though. It was well worth the walk. We ate our ice cream outside and enjoyed it very much.

Stopped here recently and had a good experience. Usually this place is busy but we got lucky. The red velvet cake ice cream was mind blowing. Next time, Im gonna get it as a milkshake instead just to try it out. Great stuff. The young fellas working there were nice and I feel like we got our moneys worth. We will definitely come back

CALL BEFORE GOING HERE !!!!!!!!We went on a Friday night. They weren’t supposed to be closing til 11pm. We got there at 10:15 after walking with our kids from the Wyndham Hotel( 10 min walk) cause all the other ice cream places close @10:00pm.We walk in and see a guy mopping the floor and told us their closed. So I asked if what I read on my phone was wrong ? Just to tell us they decided to close early….. and they were other people about to walk -inAnd we told them they’re closed . They had the same look on there face as we did .CALL BEFORE U GO HERE !!!!!

Sign and website state they open at 11. Arrive at 10:45 and decide to wait a few mins till open. Knock at 11:15 and the employee comes out rudely to say they don’t open till noon. Would be nice if they update either the sign or website, especially when people are outside waiting.

Service was very friendly and there was a large selection of flavors. Scoops are large and a single scoop of butter pecan in a waffle cone was the perfect exclamation mark on a great day.

Our daughters loved getting icecream on the beach. My daughter said, This place has cool and kind girls working, I want to work at a place like this. Thats high praise from a pre-teen.

Quality was great but the check out was pretty slow and very hot inside for am ice cream place. It was a Saturday so youd think theyd have more people working. The kids did their best and stayed polite and accommodating under the conditions, but overall I enjoy.

Omg, their ice cream is awesome, although a little pricey.

Vanilla soft serve ice cream was more like vanilla sherbet or slushie. Absolutely pitiful, as if had melted and re-frozen in the machine. Not at all smooth and creamy. Dairy Queen or even McDonalds is FAR superior. Dont understand how this is deemed okay to serve. I suspect MANY fake (family, employees, or even paid) 4/5 star reviews here.

Creamy and smooth is how I would describe this ice cream! I cannot wait to go back! They have a huge variety of flavors and the ones I tasted were delightful! They open at 11, so if you get out to the beach early, youll have to wait. Seating is limited inside, but there were a few tables outside.

This place is seriously awesome! They have so many flavors with tons of different options (cone, malt, milkshake, etc) and for great prices. Michelle was fantastic; line was out the door and she handled it like a pro and with such positive energy! She is a perfect example of what great customer service looks like. We all scream for ice&cream! As it has 36 flavors with a kinda long line at nights! But, standing for 10 minutes! You will be fine! Because its worth it at the end!

Waited in line for almost 20 minutes, there was only my family of 5 and another of 4. They made our milkshake for 2 of us wrong but we took them because of the long wait. It was hot inside and the staff were not very friendly.

The Ice & Cream creamery is a cute and clean shop located one block from the beach. There’s many different flavors, many different good flavors.The gal serving us was kind, professional, and accommodating for us to try half the flavors in store. We decided on splitting 3 scoops. The other server delivered hospitable service to us while ringing our order up and closing out the sale.We enjoyed our ice cream outside, if you want to or plan to soon, be sure to wear a sweater or jacket.Thank you Ice & Cream creamery team!

Great price and delicious shakes. We were the only guests and another person walked in since 2 out of the 3 of us had ordered the staff seemed impatient to wait for our 3rd person to decide what they wanted. Staff is young and needs patients with those families that have kids.

Ice cream was great! Tables outside awful...ice cream melts, its a mesh table and drops right thru onto your clothing. And they were filthy.

We love, love, love 💘 this ice cream. We have traveled the US a lot and try ice cream everywhere we go. This is some of the all time BEST! I recommend straight ice cream, not milkshakes. This place is super cute and has so many different and unique flavor options! The portion sizes are huge and I love how close it was to the beach right on the busy corner with all the excitement!

Hot fudge milkshake was amazing. Delicious ice cream (had the red velvet cake and the caramel salted peanut). The staff of young folks working there (late night May 5th) were great and doing an excellent job handling a large number of customers. Id go back just to support them! (and for that milkshake, obvs)

$3 milkshakes cant beat that. They have plenty of great flavors to choose from. The cheesecake flavored milkshake was delicious. A few tables to sit outside and enjoy it. Great location near many hotels and the beach.

The ice-cream is so delicious and the staff is very friendly. The actuall shop is very small, they also have the outside tables but the best idea is to get the ice cream and walk around the city.

I walked in to buy ice cream. There were 3 people in front of me(wearing masks) and 4 people behind me( not wearing masks). Im Hispanic and they were all white. The employee asked me to put a mask on or leave. Which is fine, I didnt have one. Im not an anti-mask person. So I started to leave and noticed none of them had masks on. The employee picked me out of a crowd of white people and made me leave but nothing was said to the white customers. I couldnt believe it. Ill never go back

They get a little busy on weekends but great ice cream. The dreamsicle ice cream was great but the NY cheesecake milkshake was a fail.

Sooo... It seems like the owner of this shop should really look at hiring another employee. Spring break with only one guy working the scoop and the register. All power to the guy but he definitely lacked any kind of urgency. Maybe they should poach Chick-fil-A worker💀! Service was friendly, and ice cream was tasty! Just seemed a little slow and unprepared for spring break. We did try to go the night before but it had a line of 30+ and we gave up!Update... Another employee showed up and she was crushing it!

Ice & Cream was our favorite dessert spot on our recent trip to Clearwater Beach. Tons of flavors to choose from, and the ice cream is so rich and creamy. Its a must try if youre in the area.

Rude staff. I saw the staff turn someone away when it was almost an hour before the store’s closing time. Ice cream is just ice cream, so when management is like that, I’d rather go somewhere else next time. Also, ice cream melted before I left the store because it was so hot inside.

The ice cream was good but the girl working was rude. The guy working was very polite.

I had a NY cheesecake milkshake, the shake is made from a flavored syrup. It was ok, the service is fairly quick for a high traffic ice cream shop. It tasted pretty good but Id try something different next time.
