Look, I hate car buying normally, but I already know that I will be going back here... even if it means driving 2 hours to get there. Everyone we dealt with was helpful, low pressure, considerate, I could go on! Scott Wilson in sales and Juan Lopez in finance. Its just amazing how they handled everything, and I mean from sales to financing! The car we bought is so great, way better than I even thought I was going to be able to find. This is my first time sharing a Google review and for good reason. After a poor experience with another local dealership I happened to stop in for a quick look at the trucks on Classics lot. We were greeted by friendly, experienced sales representative. Scott offered his card and a quick highlight of the vehicles that fit my description then left me to look for myself. My wife purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain from Classic in Arlington, but we live closer to Cleburne. So this is where we take it for service. Recently the vehicle broke down still just under warranty and we took it to them. It has almost been three weeks m wife has had to deal with no vehicle, as they claim they have no rentals or loaners available. Now they’re telling to pay for one out of pocket and they will reimburse her. But only $50 a day, and the cheapest you can find is just under $70! This has been a horrible experience for us. I truly thought better of this dealership.

Shop took the time to listen to and look into my concerns.Had a check engine light on after pick up, brought it back the next day and they jumped right in and fixed it within a couple hours Instead of giving me attitude about a bring back. I appreciate that.Also appreciated the fact they treated my car with the professionalism it deserves, the Camaro SS 1LE is a specialty high Preformance vehicle. you always worry shops abusing Preformance cars when you drop them off for service. Not these guys they are pros and understood my concern when I told them that.

Becca was our salesperson and she was great! She met every requirement we had. We thought we found the right vehicle but she said it wouldn’t work and she found the perfect vehicle for us. The management was kind in meeting with us each time we came in.We didn’t like the pressure the finance office put on us to buy their over priced warranty but we realized that’s his job.Over all we would have given them 5 stars but the finance pressure dropped 1 star. The management and salespeople are 5 stars!

Just purchased a 2021 Yukon from you. Transaction couldnt have gone better. Ordered the vehicle in June to our specifications and were told that it wouldnt be in until middle of August. Imagine our surprise when we were told that the build date was moved up twice! Took delivery on it July 19th and drove back to Michigan on the 23rd. Was the most comfortable ride. Im going to shout from the rooftops how amazing this place is. I recently had a f4iends who was told my another dealership that her fixes would be 1905. I had her bring it to Classic and the problem wasnt even what the other place said it was and it was $1300 to fix. These guys bent over backwards for her. As I type this my Jeep had been acting up. Recently I had the transmission replaced and the same mechanic said it was the transmission that it would be almost 4000 to replace yet again. I brought it up here and low and behold it is not. They take their time and do small steps before jumping in. Ricky and Ann have been more than helpful. I will always go to them.

Absolutely hands down one of the best experiences that Ive ever had with a Service Department. Greeted promptly, had the problem diagnosed, parts ordered and down the road in 45 minutes. Went back the next day for the parts installation while I waited and once again, it was another great experience. Ann is an awesome Service Advisor too!! Her friendliness along with her positive personality, set the tone for my entire experience. Since moving away from Arlington where Ive been going to Classic GMC for numerous years, its comforting to know that Classic is right here in Johnson County. I will definitely be back and will also refer my friends..

Sam Wilson lied along with another sales person lied to me regarding a sale of a vehicle. They offered an amount and I explained the sellers were driving in from far away to sign the title and complete the sale. I called the day the sellers were to arrive and confirmed the agreed upon price. Sellers showed up to the dealership and were low balled 5k less. Completely insulting them. I wouldn’t sell the vehicle to them if they were the only offer we ever got on the truck.

Went to have key remotes programmed, staff was attentive, friendly and very courteous, good experience.

Very surprised today. Was just stopping to look before meeting another dealership about used cars and was won over by their service here. Ended up buying that day! They were very busy but an associate named Mario immediately spotted us and offered to assist even though he clearly was in the middle of something. The service manager was very friendly and helpful. I believed that my truck was being well taken care of when I went in for a routine oil change. A week later, my check engine light came on. My truck is 8 months old. I checked the oil, since I had just gotten it changed. The oil level was good, but the oil was black and looked to have never been changed. I am a little worried and not happy.Since the original review, the service manage called and we went to Classic to have the issue fixed. Mike Bright, the service manager took great care of my truck. Their service team found the issues and were able to get us back on the road shortly. I am so thankful for the thoroughness and care that was shown today. I now feel safe traveling with my family again!

They are 2 days behind. Couldn’t get them to commit to looking at it any particular day, asked them to pick a day they could commit. They just ant me to leave it for 2-3 days. It is amazing that just 6 days ago they could figure out how to order parts and bring the vehicle back to repair. Sadly, they won’t be getting any new car sales from me in the future.

My vehicle sat for over a day. What’s the point of an appointment if it’s just sitting there. The service man was somewhat rude. Was supposed to have all my information entered so I could get to work. But acted surprised when I arrived as if he had forgotten. I had to stand there while he entered everything I had already sent. I was having a problem with one of the features of the car. His solution was to turn it off instead of figuring out what was wrong with it. I told him that was unacceptable! After 4 full days I finally received my vehicle back fixed.

When rotating tires ensure they are calibrated correctly. When putting air in my left front, I was actually filling my right rear. Thats the 3rd time theyve made that error.Other than that you guys have done well for me and thats why I continue to return.
