Fast and friendly and vey informative

I think over all the place was good,efficient,and knowledgeable. But for the main office to get.the unlock code is a rather trying experience. When you do get through they deem to know what they are doing. Out of 10 I give the whole thing a 7.

Do yourself a favor and dont drink and drive its not worth it.And when you have to deal with this stupid machine it takes forever to work and actually get your car started. Lots of wasted time especially when your in a hurry to get to work and you have to blow in it all the time it is a big pain in the butt.It is not user friendly at all.

The guy there is very rude. Ive been going to that location for years and never had no issues and all of a sudden there are. I may be going to a different smart start location for next time
