Awesome place for all your Automotive parts..

Nice and helpful people. I went to go and get some oil because my old clunker is leaking from a bad valve cover gasket. One of the gentlemen checked my oil and recommended a heavier oil since I am leaking and told me how much to put in. Great customer service.

They had an odd ball part in stock that no one else had.

For the third time, on a weekend they had the parts I needed IN STOCK in the store. All the other Auto Parts guys within a 50 mile radius did not have what I needed IN STOCK. The parts where of high quality and the price was right. Now I always check Advance online first for what I need.

Wide selection of parts and other accessories. everything appeared to be in stock. prices were reasonable and generally competitive with other automobile parts stores. staff was very inattentive and too busy having conversation among themselves to acknowledge that there was even a customer in the store let alone ask if there was anything that they can help with. What took me 10 minutes to figure out they didnt carry, could have been found much quicker had someone would have just asked if I needed help with anything.

Customer service is awful. They need to pay attention to the customers in the store and stop standing behind the counter. I was the only one in the store and I couldnt get them to come out and help me find what I needed.

Under staffed... bought part spent 2 hours getting it on only to find out it was defective. Called the store stated they had another in stock. Got there and not in stock has to be ordered. Then couldnt get a cash refund. Had to be put back on the debit card. last time I walk into that store!

Robert was a very knowledgeable person. New to computers but very knowledgeable when it came to vehicles. The female manager was super awesome (I didnt get her name)

The Cleburne Advance Auto Parts has been more than helpful to me in the last few weeks, Im a new customer to them and usually go to Granbury but after the awesome service they have given to me Im now a regular customer to them. If youre having trouble finding an odd or weird part give them a call you would be surprised at what they have in stock, the manager is willing to step in and help as well like he did for me, I forget his name but the Hispanic cashier is awesome he went out of his way to help me and my wife, they were very down to earth and the store just has a good atmosphere, I highly recommend this branch

They were Nice, Caring, Friendly, My husbands been really sick, the employees got him a stool, bought my husband & me drinks I was trying to pay & they wouldnt let me they took the money out of there own pocket!! Really took the time to help me & my husband find the part we needed.

This was probably the funniest time Ive ever had in an auto part store. Kendall is fantastic and just for her helpfulness and personality will be the reason I drive 30+miles to this store, passing up OReillys and Autozone along the way!

1st impression matters. Wow, NOT will be going back. Im a female that grew up in the auto parts world. A blonde female learning on counter, talking loudly about her hair color while the cashier was having computer issues & she didnt come to help while cashier struggled with computer. One elderly gentleman about to deliver parts was the savior of the store. Greeted us, talked to us while cashier tried to deal with computer. Customer Service he has. He should be on front counter.

The Cleburne store has very nice employees, despite my slight frustration with them for forgetting to pick up my order. The motorcycle ride to the Burleson store to pick up my item made it all well.

This door needs more knowledgeable country help. Not someone who can push buttons on a computer.

Twice as expensive then anywhere else, the girl working there didnt want to get dirty by looking at a car part. Ummm hello find another job car parts tend to be greasy and dirty.

The manager was knowledgeable, and she was very interested in what my problem was and how to fix it!! I will be coming back to this store again!
