Horrible work, horrible customer service. System failed on the way home from picking up my truck. Electrical failure ever since. Asked for partial reimbursement. Was ignored. Asked for a refund. Ignored. I finally got a hold of them and was told i will not be receiving reimbursement or a refund. Truck is broken down now and i have to get a professional to fix it so i can atleast start driving it again. This place is a joke. Marc miller blocked me on facebook. My review was taken off his page. Do not waste your time!

They want your return business and recommendation, so they put you first. They listen, then do the job right the first time. Their option was wiser than my preconception.

Marc and his team are beyond AMAZING! They totally exceeded my expectations. 6 inch lift, bluetooth sound system, rock lights, whip lights for my atv. I was so impressed with their level of detail that Im already planning on having them do additional enhancements. Very talented group of people and such a pleasure to work with!

I took my Jeep down yesterday to have new speakers put in because to me, they sounded horrible. I was given what I feel to be a very fair quote for Digital Designs speakers. Today, the owner called to tell me that 2 of the speaker I was replacing are high end speakers and there is nothing wrong with them. They just need someone that knows what they are doing to get them to work at their best capacity. He said he is leaving them in and will not charge me for the speakers he had already ordered for me. Talk about honesty!!! Sadly that comes few and fair between these days! He could have never said anything I would have never known otherwise. I went to pick up my Jeep this evening and MAN yall!! Im rocking! Absolutely no issues, no distortion at high volumes and I for sure will have no issues driving down the road with my top off and being able to hear my favorite jams! Thanks to the owner and the guys at Wired Kustoms!!

I want to take a minute and let everyone know about this place!! Marc and the Wired Kustoms crew is the place to go.. went in with a specific idea on a simple, yet effective enclosure and explained what I ultimately wanted..few days later I get a call saying the enclosure is done, fairly quickly in my eyes.. when I went down to pick it up, the rest of the staff was eager to try and help me out, I also liked how everyone called me by my name made me feel welcome customer service is 100%!!! When I got around to seeing the enclosure, it was dead on what I was looking for... These guys are very helpful, knowledgeable and the customer service is out of this world, why would you go anywhere else?? Thanks Wired Kustoms crew!!

Mark the owner was very helpful in assisting me with my special needs. They offered to even drop me off at my house after dropping off the car to his store because I couldnt get a ride back, otherwise I would have had to take a cab home because they needed the car 2 days to do some deep custom fabrications work to my 2017 Chevy Silverado. They also did my wifes alarm on her 2016 Hellcat. I know quality work when I see it. Im so glad I went with my gut feeling and choose a smaller shop. Last time I went to car to(cough cough) and they raped me so bad its not funny. I literally paid twice as much and got less equipment at the place last year. I should have came here. These guys dont have no off brand equipment and he even said they never will. You want quality stuff this is where you go. I got a American made DD setup installed for 1700. Other place wanted 3890 for less quality stuff

Im 10hrs away and Im going back to have them do my build. Ive witnessed them go from a house to a shop and have more work than ever before. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. They wont beat around this bush and they give a fair price for the work they are doing.

Great guys for sure couldnt be happier. Im not the most knowledgeable with stereos and they really helped me out. Stayed nearly 3 hours after closing time to help me finish . And even fixed a amp that I thought was broke. Truly good honest guys . recommend to everyone.

My wife and kids said I saved the day! I took our 2017 Lexus in for some headrest screens and a flip down right before our road trip to New Mexico last weekend. Even know Marc the owner said they were really strapped for time he managed to pull off s miracle and get my families vehicle in. I felt very comfortable handing off my brand new 75,000 vehicle to these guys and they walked me through the entire process start to finish. Marc even personally dropped me off at home so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby the entire time. They had pizza when I got back after lunchtime and even offered me drinks and pizza. Amazed. I will always recommend this place. No wonder they have one of the best ratings on google. They care!!!

Very Knowledgeable and helpful but for the price wasnt blown away after the first week basic head unit not really thrilled with it. I love the speakers and sound just dont feel the final product was worth what I spent on it
