But I was assured that with only two customers ahead of me, maybe close to an hour would be the max.I was very pleased at how quickly the time went. I completely rebuilt my front suspension with all new parts myself, and afterwards took my truck to the shop to have it aligned. I put my new suspension all back together correctly, but my front alignment was all out of whack.They were pretty busy and it took them a little while to complete it, but it was well worth the wait. My truck rides nice now.Just want to say thanks guys and I appreciate the hard work, especially in the heat.Ill probably be purchasing 4 new tires and rims from them in the near future.

Eli is by far the best manager of any tire store I have been to. The staff is great. It is always busy and a bit crazy, but that is a result of good work at fair prices. It is worth the wait when I have to. I send everyone there.

These guys worked on our truck and trailer for hours making it just right right. We had three blowouts the day before. Brakes were fried. Tires were fried. They got us up and going with the best tires for the best price. All the guys were happy to help. It was hot as hell….. 104 degrees, and they never quit until we were safe to be back on the road. I purchased 4 new tires for my old super duty and had the sensors changed out due to the dash light stating they were not reading any longer. The young gentlemen that worked on this showed me what perseverance truly meant. They got them working and sent me on my way. Next morning a tire was flat and looking closer the side wall had been damaged from being taken off multiple times to get those sensors working. Took the tires back and they replaced it no questions asked. You know things happen in life but its all in how you deal with it and they did an exemplary job and highly recommend them to be the best in their business.

This team of tire jockeys really saved my skin!I was in a real jam after finishing a Bass Tournament, when I noticed 2 of 4 of my boat trailer tires were shredding. Called them up and drove in there. Came here to get more information about one of my tires after a bigger competitor ( won’t call them out ) told me that my tire needs to be replace even though the tires are already new . The guy Eli told me he can patch that it doesn’t need to be replace, the fact that he wasn’t pushing me to buy a new tire was an amazing feeling because he’s interest was to help me, I will eventually need new tires I will definitely be back to buy all four When these get old. Most of the time the smaller companies are way better!!

I would definitely recommend this place. I have received great service every time I go there. I stopped by recently, to have a tire repaired and was told to come back in 45 min. When I returned 45 min later, a vehicle was pulling out of the bay, and I pulled right in. Fast and friendly service.

Would NOT recommend this place for automotive needs. Asked if they work on power steering that was leaking fluid and was told Yes. Left car there for four days to replace the motor and lines, picked car up and drove it for a week and a half. Leave a relatives house and the power steering goes, not able to steer. Bring it back the next day and told it is a Bad motor, they won’t work on it for another week!!! Told will only take a Half of a day to fix, there are 15 cars waiting to be worked on, is that ok? NOWill NOT bring my vehicle back After they fix what is defective.

Do not use this location for monthly calibration. They are simply unreliable. I will not use them for other services simply because of how they handle a service they simply cannot and do not provide but, advertise.

I have to get a monthly service on some equipment, this location is always quick to help me and Ive seem them deliver good customer service to others while I waited.Update 1/4/2021: For the record Ive been getting calibrations on my equipment here. Ive never had a issues, they always work me in. The crew here has always been great and knowledgeable. I live on the edge of Fort Worth and this was my preferred location for these calibrations.Now my only aggravation is an appointment I had wasnt honored, because some hag complained about these people which ruined it for everyone. Still struck trying to get another shop to work me in.

Highly recommend this place! I needed an alignment and my a.c fixed in my dodge. Not only was I able to drop it off, but they fixed everything I asked and even replaced the much needed parts. Definitely will be coming back for any future repairs needed.

From the get go it was a disorganized and a lie was told Saturday financing was going to 25% interest after 90 days turned out to be 65% interest rate called first thing Monday to cancel the order and got the runway run around and hung up on 3 times finally got talk to the young man that took our order in the first place, tell us that he would not cancel our order unless we paid him a couple of hundred dollars for a restocking fee to parts he did not have and where not ordered lucky we called the Finance company and got the order canceled because when when the finance company called the tire shop the tire shop admitted that they had not had the parts or done anything to my vehicle. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if I could give it a negative star it would be 10 if something sounds too good to be true it is

My new go to shop for all things auto! Ive purchased my tires at Discount Tire for years but plan on buying them here once the time comes. Staff here are geniuses when it comes to cars. Had my passenger side mirror short out and it wouldnt stop making noise, a young man here took my door panel off and disconnected it within ten minutes and didnt even charge me for it. I feel they would be completely honest with their customers and not try to pull one over on anyone either. Great place!

I dont generally trust mechanics because of past problems. BUT! (And I know that is a big but.) These guys aligned the front end on one of my vehicles. They did an excellent job and the truck drives like new. The prices are fair and the service is quick. I have taken another vehicle in and I experienced the same treatment. I highly recommend these guys!!

Fast service. Friendly staff. I think the front tires were too big cause they immediately started rubbing and making a loud noise when I would turn the steering wheel to the right. A friend of mine had to do something to the underside of the car so the tires would no longer rub against that area and I was not able to take off work to have them fix it for about 3 weeks. Now I have a huge knot on one of the tires and I hope they will be able to fix that.

Owning a diesel truck it is hard to find a place you can trust to do simple maintenance. Had my oil changed, the got the filters changed, and they fixed a flat on one of the dual tires. With the oil change you get free tire rotation. Clean waiting room... For anyone who has spent time at a tire shop, you know how rare that is.

I appreciate these guys a lot. Every time I have needed work on my mail Jeep they have gotten the job done quickly and the cost is very reasonable. They know what theyre doing and they do a good job of it!

240 miles round trip from Peaster to Dawson and back, two head of cattle on the trailer for the return trip, one blown tire and a spare needing replaced 3/4 of the way through the trip. Was a block away from the Cleburne store and I pulled right in, the staff was super friendly and got me two new trailer tires in and out in less then 30 minutes for under $150!! I was super happy with their service!

I just tried this shop today for the first time and i will for sure be going back. Absolutely amazing service with both quality and speed! Theyre not like other local stores that make you wait or take 2-3 hours for tires. They had my tires in stock and VERY affordable as well. I pulled in, looked at the tires, had them installed, and out the door on the roads in 30 minutes max! They were very nice and respectful. They will for sure be getting a lot more of my business for both my personal vehicles and business vehicles and equipment. I give them an A++++!!!

I had a issue with these folks I took my truck in to be checked because it was pulling to the left and shaking. They told me it was a alignment issue, they aligned it. I went on my way, nothing changed same issue. Went back told the guy in the office of the same thing was going on. Another tech came out told me it was the ball joint, definitely the ball joint. ( I replaced them both sides 4 months prior) the tech drove my truck 2016 ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn and agreed it did have an issue. They charged me 100.00 for the worthless alignment I took it to my hometown shop it was a wheel hub. They dont know how to diagnose thie issues, the guy in the office told me that with 2500.00 they would fix the front end. ( they also mention my tires lol they have 20k miles on them toyo r/t 35x12.5R20 ) this place is a joke!!
