I brought my 06 Pilot in for an oil leak and knew there would be other problems. The tech provided a free thorough inspection. The service advisor shared an easy to understand estimate. It was a ton of work that was needed, but they were honest in sharing the many things that didn’t need any repair work. The lobby is super clean and comfy with couches, WiFi, and free coffee and snacks. They didn’t throw their car jargon at me either. Everything was explained in a way that helped me understand why recommended repairs were needed. Nice to have a repair shop that I can trust.

They were able to work on my car the same day that the tow truck dropped it off and got it to us the next day. They also have a really nice text system where they text you when they start inspecting your car. Then they send you pictures and prices of the things that they suggest that they fix on your car. These suggestions are organized by when they believe they need to be serviced. Then you can personally approve what things you would like them to do and easily click those items on your device. Then when you approve what they can do then they move forward with the repairs. We knew exactly what we were going to pay before they even worked on our car! I really appreciated the transparency and communication. We also received a text message when it was done and the message also offered to have someone pick me up if necessary. In addition to the texts, they always answered my phone calls within 2-3 rings. I really appreciated that, because I hate waiting on hold. We are new to the area, and it was only our first time, but even though it is a 30 min drive to their building we think we will continue to take our car there, because of the great communication and kindness of the workers.

Christian Brothers was a wonderful experience. The staff make it their priority to make sure they are meeting all the needs of you and your vehicle. I dropped off my car with them and they even offered to give me a ride back to my home while I waited for the diagnosis/services of my vehicle to be completed. Upon check in you’re immediately greeted and they even offer complimentary snacks and beverages while you wait. I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers to friends and family members. You’re getting genuine people who care a great deal about their customers and provide excellent service to your vehicle while maintaining an open ear of communication in the process. CBA has been our go-to mechanic for well over a year now. They have consistently gotten us back on the road and always get our vehicles back into gear —pun intended. Fair prices and the details they provide for inspections are the best I’ve ever received. They’ll let you know what needs fixing now, and what may need attention later. Awesome experience with these guys. We haven’t taken our vehicles to an actual mechanic shop in at least six years due to issues that we had before I finally gave in and looked at the reviews and chose this place this is maybe the fourth and fifth time I’ve taken all of my trucks here over the last month and everything has been fixed like they said and the service has been outstanding. Definitely the best experience that we’ve ever had any mechanic shop and would definitely recommend to other people.

Had all my fluids changed in May, transmission fluid was one, within a few weeks starting having issues first thing in the morning of the trans, not moving right away, kept telling myself to stop by but that lead to months later, had them trouble shoot the issue and they came back with the pump was bad, tried to blame on me towing a lot, I would tow a trailer every 10 weeks that weighed less then 6K, I have a Ram 2500 diesel, nothing for that truck. Did some research and they just drained the fluid and replaced the filter, the system needed to be flushed out to get any metal particles out of the torque convertor, they did not do that but yet will not take any responsibility for the problem, but they are sure willing to want to charge me $7600 for a new trans, I am not saying it is all there fault, I should have went back in quicker, but they are not willing to even admit to any responsibility, I will never use them again for anything and would advise anyone who has this kind of service needing to be done to go elsewhere

Honest and ethical! The courtesy inspection saved us big time and now we have a plan on how to get the car back up to 100% without some scary mechanic making us think the whole car is about to fall apart. Wouldnt go anywhere else in Clermont! Plus the waiting room is really comfortable and stocked with chips and coffee.

After inspecting my truck they determined that the faulty part was actually still under warranty. There called me and suggested that I take my truck to a Ford dealer so it can be replaced under the warranty program, saving me a ton of money. They could easily have just fixed my truck and billed me, but they didnt. Extremely professional in my opinion

I had an issue with my sunroof leaking because of pollen and such being built up in the drain hose. Kelly was very helpful over the phone, knew exactly what the issue was and was able to reassure me that they could fix it quickly. Ive had a bad experience with these people in the past that is oddly similar to this one but didnt leave a bad review. Which if you see my Google profile has 100s of 5 star reviews, I never leave a bad review for almost anyone. To begin they are one the most expensive places around, so you imagine with that increase in price you supposedly get better quality and some good customer service. Which should include some consultation with those who know little about vehicle repair or the specific issue your vehicle has.So you bring in your vehicle for a repair, a specific issue. They like many places give you the 1000 things that feel need to be done, very expensively BTW. Some marked important some less. We choose many items marked important agreeing to over $3000. and after having the vehicle for more than a week no one calls to say, the thing you brought the vehicle in for isnt fixed and your vehicle will be undrivable when we finish. They instead call and say, time to pay and pick it up. As anyone would be, I was upset. Their answer, to bad so sad, you should have approved everything we gave you.As mentioned I had the exact same thing happen to me a few years ago with a transmission issue on another vehicle. So obviously this is the way they do business. Ill never use them again, Id rather have my vehicle towed and repaired elsewhere than pay another dime to these guys.

They are friendly and professional. Everything went smoothly and if there is anticipation that work could take longer than expected they let you know. I love the updates they provide by text message so that you know how things are progressing. This was my first time at Christian Brothers, and I plan to go back. The service was excellent. They take the time to carefully and fully explain everything. They also provide a car service for you if you dont want to or cant wait.

We got off to a bit of a rough start when I waited nearly an hour for the shuttle which I had understood would be back sooner. That aside, the work seems to have been conscientiously and carefully. The manager even called a few days to later to recheck my satisfaction. I will definitely give a second try.

Great place to go. The people were great and a job well done. I will definitely be using their services again along with recommending them to others as well. I have been having trouble finding a good honest shop to use around this area and now I feel I have finally found it.

Took my vehicle in for an alignment, even though they were very busy and they completed my vehicle faster than promised and even came to my house with their free shuttle to bring me back to pick up my car. They did great on my alignment and my car is back to driving straight again 10/10 recommend!

I have a device and I use the FIXD app that diagnoses what is having problems in my car. I made the diagnosis and scheduled with this autocenter as indicated by the application. My car problem was solved and everything was fine, my complaint and dissatisfaction is only because Christian Brothers charge me for the diagnosis I already had through the application. I felt exploited and vilified, as I can only get my car after paying the price they demand. I do not intend to return to this autocenter.

I love these guys! They have been my sole mechanics for 3 years now. They are all kind and dependable, which is difficult to find with a shop! I needed tie rod ends replaced, and they went out of their way to make sure my truck was done by the end of the day. They didn’t get mad at me for calling several time because my husband was having a difficult time finding a way to his job. They came through for us! I give them 10 stars for that! 😊

I thought I heard my brake pads rubbing but they checked my brakes and found everything in good shape. I appreciate their honesty and did not take advantage and perform unnecessary work and charge me for it. This is my first time coming here and feel comfortable taking my car there again.

This is the most stress free automotive repair company I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. Every time I bring any of my vehicles to them, they get the job done efficiently and professionally. The staff is down to earth and attentive to my concerns. ***I will adjust my rating based upon the the future performance of my vehicle.I had emailed Christian Brothers Automotive, Clermont inquiring services needed to be completed I couldnt complete without the proper tools or lift. Brake pads, tire rotation, sway bar arm link installation and a oil sensor which needed to be replaced (not in the original email) is all i asked for. Before performing any work free inspections were checked for the following areas. Of course more work needed to be done then what i asked for and it ran the cost up swiftly. I was informed the brake pads were still good and didnt need replacing, but the brake inspection yielded a higher priced service needed to be done. Really!? Of course, no thanks! Next, the sway bar arm links were installed, but the free inspection shown play in the ball joints and other suspension needs which needed work. Again, really? No thanks. But worse of all, my truck started shaking immediately when I left upon reaching higher speeds (70mph plus) on the highway. If new tires do not fix this then this falls on the automotive center. As my vehicle NEVER shook before being worked on by their mechanics.If after new tires are put on and the shaking stops, I will properly adjust the rating.

Christian Brothers Christian Brothers Automotive Clermont I just wanted to make the community aware that it is very important to research where you have mechanical work done on your vehicle. I took my truck in for a 2-1/2” level kit To be installed. The estimated time was three hours, 6-1/2 hours later they finished, after closing hours, I left thinking they did everything correct. After 6 days of driving on the highway back and forth to work I was in a parking lot and went over a speed bump and the control arm fell off,as seen in pictures, and I lost my steering while entering traffic. I was fortunate to not cause an accident or hurt myself or others. I took the truck back to Christian Brothers to have it fixed properly. After loosing half a day work I was told they had no idea what could have happened and they offered no form of real apology or any offer of recourse or assurance to me this was an isolated incident. This could have only happened if they either never but the nut on at all or it was never torched to proper specifications both are negligent acts that could have resulted in major damage or injury to myself or others. They seemed to write it off as a simple over site which it is not. Please be aware of this before making a choice to take your business to Christian Brothers Automotive. Be warned!!!

High priced but quality work. My only problem is that I brought in my 2019 Santa Fe for an oil change. They should have referred to the manufacturer’s recommendations for oil grades. They did not,and used full synthetic at a much higher price then what I have paid for an oil change at the dealership which adheres to the manufactures manual. Be careful that you don’t void a future warranty issue by this upgrade misstep

Honest people. NOT the cheapest repair shop, but they do stand behind their work and twice I had things they worked on that could not be resolved completely for a then very old vehicle. In those situations, the team did not charge me for things they couldnt fix. Not many shops would do..that.

I set up the app over the phone and the man was very friendly and assisted me quickly. Unfortunately, there was not a single employee wearing masks in the store. I would avoid going back only for how unsafe I felt.

I had a not so typical repair that needed to be done on my 1976 Chevy truck. 11 other auto repair shops said they were unable to do. I called CB and said they could do it and they did. They also completed additional repairs the truck needed including old school fabrication work. Their price was very fair for all the work they did. Facility is spotless and the crew there is awesome and very courteous.

This place is like no other!! The service was great from start to finish! I walked in and the gentleman were so nice and friendly. And I love that they send you an inspection report via text and there you accept or decline each service. It cuts out all the confusion of what needs to be done because you can go back and read the details. I didn’t get everything done in that visit but now I have a list for future reference. At the end of the day when I went in to pay, the same guy that checked me in was the same guy that checked me out and he had the same energy and kindness as he did in the morning. We’re new to the area and it was nice to be able to find this place!

Too many inconsistent diagnoses. In 6 mos - my rear brake pads grew 1 mm in thickness?!? Every time I go - there are so many upsells. No problems with my battery but suddenly it failed their test and i got a new one for $179. Should have said NO. Plus $30+ in misc charges??? And 4 hrs for oil change, wipers, check brake pads? I’ve just lost my trust in them. I literally have to double check air filters to make sure they really replaced 😒

So my van my repaired exactly how I wanted it and for a good price so that was not the issue I had with Christian Brothers. My extreme disappointment in them is that not one of their employees, inside or outside wears a mask. Not one. They also dont require customers to wear masks. Almost 500,000 people dead and this shows that they really just dont care. I had to be in close contact with multiple people who put me and my family at risk. Unacceptable.

We were traveling out of town and went to Clermont Ford and they said No cannot help. Stopped at Christian Brothers and they said YES they even stayed late to get us back on the road.Very nice people.

I bought a used car and had it inspected at a nearby repair shop. They quoted me $2000 in repairs and I was skeptical. I decided to go to Christian Brothers because my Girlfriend has been treated well by them for years, and she highly recommended them. I went and had the car inspected by them and they found no issues with several of the parts that the other place told me needed replacing. They also gave me a better price on the stuff I did need fixed. Honest Mechanics are hard to find. They are a 40 minute drive from my house... and worth the commute. I highly recommend them for trustworthy service.

I took my wife’s car for a front end clunking noise to three local repair shops including the Cadillac dealership. No one could find the problem even though the dealership kept the car for 3 days. I was even told if the sounds get worse bring it back, yes really. A friend told me about Christian Brothers so I took it there I told Nef, about the problem with the car. They found the issue in about an hour and fixed it. No clunking or clanging and they didn’t charge me a whole lot. Thank you Christian Brothers. I now know where to take my vehicle for repairs.

I have used Christian Brothers in Clermont, Florida to service my car several times and I am pleased with the work that they do. The people that take your information are friendly and easy to work with also. I own an older car (Nissan 2007 Altima) so things are destined to wear out and need to be replaced after 13 years. CB will also due a courtesy inspection on your car to alert you to possible problems that you may not be aware of. I have also used their FREE shuttle service when I needed a ride home. My wife noticed a $50 dollar coupon on their website for my most recent Air Conditioning repairs, and the man from CB gladly applied it to my bill. Glory to God! Hallelujah! I called to get estimate on replacing front wheel bearings because I know they have gone bad. They refuse to give me estimate over the phone instead want to inspect the noice and charge me $65.00. Even though I already know what is wrong with the car.WHY???

I went in to see a bout a rattle my truck was making. Along with a shortlist of preventative checkups. Not only did they find where the rattle was coming from, they discovered it was just a couple screws that needed tightened up behind my dashboard. They could have charged me anything, told me anything, and I would have had to believe them, but they didnt. They told me the truth, and charged me for only that small service.On the other hand they are on the expensive side but you know your getting pure honesty and good work. Make your choice.

I trust them to do the job right and Id rather give them the time they need to do so than to rush it. Quality work and precise adjustments/aligning may take a few tries to get just right and they will do that here to ensure you leave in the best shape possible. We brought in my moms car at 8:00 a.m. they were able to outfit my 2015 Kia with the new door handle by 2:00 p.m. they updated me via text message, they give you the option to pay over the phone, they take diagnostic images, and text them to you, they are friendly kind and competent. This is a great repair shop and if it wouldnt feel like cheating I would go with this body shop instead of my own 😂 so happy I found them to work on my moms car!!!!
