THE BEST SERVICE EVER! I have been using their services for a while and Julio always gives me the best quotes, tires, and answers. My Jeep would always have problems and Julio helped me fix it Immediately. If I need new tires I know that I can trust their service. If you want some TRUE Facts about this place is that they work hard and always support their customers. Its hard finding a shop that will actually take your vehicles repairs serious yet, thanks to Julio this is the place to trust.

Very friendly staff always make it very convenient to get work done. There was several years ago when I wasnt very trusting of the same location after a couple visits but for they won me back 3 or so years ago with a great deal on 4 truck tires and since then have been very pleased with the help they provide, they have definitely earned my trust for regular vehicle maintenance and not trying to rip me off like a dealership would try to. 5/5 great place other locations I visited were always helpful but this particular one has handled me well for a long while.

I recently moved to the area and after coming to this location, I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else. All of the staff members are friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They go over and beyond to help anyway they can. I’m not an expert on cars, but the guys do a great job of explaining any issues and putting my mind at ease.A few staff members that stand out are Julio and Caesar. Julio sold me on the location from the beginning and has helped me tremendously. He advises me and helps me make the best decision regarding my car. If not for him I would have given up on my older model awhile ago.Caesar always comes and explains any issues with my vehicle and has helped keep it running. If you see either of these guys when you come to the shop you know you’ll be in good hands.

Amazing Service!!! I highly recommend this place. Our church van started having a tire issue on the turnpike coming back from youth camp. We called Tires Plus, they had the tires we needed and they fixed it right away. They even gave us a great price on the tires. You can trust this place to do you right.

Left my car unlocked .Had to ask them where my car was after an old change.“Up the hill by the back”Tried to overcharge for a simple patch .It’s It repairable they say .I used to work at a tire shop . I know what can be repaired or not.First and last time I’ll come to this location .Didn’t want to give me the paper work for my car . I asked for the hard copy .

Great place to take your vehicle as long as Poncho and Bob are working but if Julio is working the counter, you need to turn around and walk out. In my opinion, he was too busy flirting with a women to take care of what should have been a valuable repeat customer. I called Julio prior to bringing my vehicle in, once I arrived I stood in line for a very long period of time, he looked up from his work and asked if I had an appointment. I said no and he said well I cannot see you today. I explained to him on the phone, prior to bringing my vehicle in that I did not need it back the same day, they could keep it for a couple days. In my opinion Julio should have given me the courtesy of approaching the counter and telling him that I am the person he spoke with just 20 minutes prior, however, he did not, he just blew me off.

Not only were they able to service my car on the same day, but they saved me over $100. Nissan of Clermont, where I purchased my Nissan Sentra, were trying to charge me $450, not including labor and taxes for the same services! I pay $320 out the door. I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend them.

Had a tire emergency heading home from out of state. They were able to get us back on the road quickly!

On a Sunday, 10 minutes to 5 p.m. closing time I got a nail in my tire just before I got on the turnpike go home 3 hours away. I called Tires Plus and explain my dire situation. The man told me they closed in 3 minutes I explained my GPS said I would be there in five. He said he couldnt promise anything but I was on my way. Nervous, I pulled up and a nice young man named Jimmy was one of the last men there for the day. I asked him if he could help me 🙏without an attitude and without hesitation he helped me. He had to put a plug in which means he had to take the tire off the rim prep it, plug it reset the tire. Thank you Jimmy for your self-sacrificing spirit. You are an asset to the company because of your compassion. I hope management reads this and commends you!👍 although the front desk didnt give me that impression Jimmy certainly did.

Just came here for an oil change. It would be nice if they went over all of the charges before they make you sign anything, but other than that, a good place to get some vehicle maintenance done.

I have been to this Tires Plus location twice. Both times have been a pleasant experience. Bob was knowledgeable and courteous. The work they performed was meticulous and reasonably fast and reasonably priced. I have been to the other tire shops in Clermont and both “big name” locations left something to be desired.Thank you Tires Plus for good work. I’m a satisfied customer and will return.

The service the first time was better than the second time for sure. However I had to return after the fist service as the work done didnt fix the issue the fist time. Second time it wasnt any better. Save yourself the hassle.

They were quick and did a decent job but they couldve patched my tire instead of replaced it. There was a hole in it but it wasnt in the sidewall. Just like all the rest, money is more important than doing the right thing for the customer.

I did not go inside my daughter had her car fixed she is very happy I do recommend Firestone no matter what this place my daughter went to Clearwater its nice and big.

Called about 12 and spoke to Poncho because I got a flat tire and was riding on a spare. I arrived about 1 pm. They were pretty busy but they understood I needed to get to a kids bday party and were willing to work with me. They were very reasonably priced and got me out of there by 330 which is pretty fast for 2 tires to be changed and serviced. Thank you Poncho and Tires Plus!

I went to two tire plus locations with a nail in the tire. Also i have road hazard, which doesn’t seem to be an option to use as a repair. The first two location stated they were understaffed and could repair the next day. I called the Clermont location, they stated that they could fix but would be near to close time. Granted it was nearing 5:30, nail was discovered at 4:30. I drove approximately 40 minutes arriving at 5:30 to the Clermont location. Only to be told they were understaffed and would repair tomorrow, if i wanted to drop it off? What lousy customer service by all Tire Plus locations. Especially the Clermont location for telling me to bring the vehicle in. So i would think otherwise of buying tires at Tires Plus. I have been a long time customer of Tire Plus in Highlands County. First time with a flat tire with Road Hazard. Thankfully there was an Auto Zone next to the Clermont Tires Plus. I purchased a plugging kit and ended up removing the nail and plugged the tire myself.

Place used to be my go to to get my car fixed, now your wondering why the one star? Go there and check it out, chaos, so quick to explain why they cant do something. Poor lady in front of me had the same one star experience as well. Told her that her car was done and it hasnt been touched...

At first I was glad that i finally found a cheap break service because i needed breaks the man told me a price over the phone and I made an appointment for 11:30Its just a break pad replacement and the guy gave me a totally different price in person and said he added in a coupon so it would seem cheaper when it wasnt at all cheaper.I waited almost 6 hours despite me having an appointment only to be told I had to wait an additional 4 hours before it can be doneI dont recommend this place at all

This is one place I trust in town. If something is spotted, they quickly get in touch with me and offer me options for the situation. I have not experienced them trying to oversell me a service or parts. I appreciate each of the consultants professionalism and trustworthiness.

My cars check engine light came on near the Clermont store today and they ran the code and told me what it meant **at no charge. Everyone was very nice and I was pleased that they were honest and didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt need etc. Thanks guys!

This store is 15 miles from where I live and there are several tire stores closer to me. I use this store because of the Staff, they are always friendly, helpful and honest, never have I been pressured to buy anything. Highly recommend this store.

Came in for a simple plug on a run flat tire after getting a nail lodge in the tread. These guys were great and their quality of work was superb. Completely ripped off my dad. Went in for a brake fluid exchange, left the car to get food and when he got back, they lied about doing the service and still charged him.

Let me start off by saying I’ve used several Tires plus stores for my tire needs and never have I been dealt with in this manner.I made a phone call to this location around 12 noon on (5/30/2020) and spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone. I asked if they had enough time to plug/patch a tire that I have a nail in, I was responded with a yes as long as I arrived by 5pm.I live approximately 30 minutes away from this store. I left my residence and drove to this location. When I walked into the store I was greeted by a male and was asked what I needed help with. I told him and he asked if the wheel/tire was off the car or if the car was here, I responded by telling him that I had removed the wheel and tire and it was in my trunk. He smiled and said great, take it out and put in at the entrance of the bay closest to the right. I did that, walked back in the store and told him where it was.He asked if I was going to wait or come back and pick it up, I said that I’ll wait since it’s a quick and easy repair, he said ok and walked away.One and a half hour passes by and nothing. So I walk up to the counter and ask the gentleman how much longer, he looks at me chuckled and said, you’re going to have to wait till 5pm.I walked away calmly and went outside to look at the hours of operation and saw that 5pm is when they close. I immediately went back inside and said ok, you guys have my number right? He answered yes. I said ok, can I get a courtesy call when it’s done because I live 30 min away, you told me to be here at 5pm but that’s when you close.He looked at me and said:No, I’m telling you to be here at 5pm so by here by 5pmUnprofessional response and treatment, I’ll never go to this tires plus location ever again.I urge you to be extremely cautious as well.Attached is the card to the representative that was extremely rude to me.

I have been to several different Tires Plus locations in the past MANY times for my vehicle, and Ive never experienced this low a level of customer service.Service advisor was not friendly. He had a sort of blank stare and spoke in a flat tone with no smile. It made it seem like he didnt care about anything. This to me was a huge departure from the usual friendly and courteous service Ive experienced in the past at Tires Plus.There was no phone call to let me know that my cars service was finished (They have NEVER failed to call and update me at the other locations Ive visited, even if its just to report that they were running behind).I finally called them at around 4:55pm (they close at 5pm on the day I had my vehicle in for service). I asked about my car, and the person on the phone simply said, yeah, its done. Then said nothing. No apology for not calling, no explanation of why there had been no communication, no follow-up to let me know whether Id be able to pick it up that day given their hours of operation. After a couple of seconds of silence (when I was expecting one of the above things to happen), I asked if they were indeed closing in five minutes. He replied, Come on in, youve got plenty of time. And again, silence. All of this was in the same, flat, not-friendly tone in which the service advisor whom I had left my keys with spoke in; I believe it was the same person. Again, a huge departure from the level of customer service I have come to expect from this franchise.Once I paid for the service and went to the car, I found that they had left the front drivers side door unlocked. Perhaps this neighborhood has the lowest crime rate in the state of Florida; I dont care. To me that is simply careless.I got in to leave and pushed in the clutch pedal to start the car, and it immediately rolled forward. Whomever had parked the car had left it in gear, but had not set the parking brake. Again, careless.The only reason I have given this review a 2 nd not a 1 is that as far as I can tell, they did the oil change correctly. However, I also asked if my squeaky clutch pedal could be seen to (needed lubrication), and it was still squeaky on the drive back when I left, so Im not completely satisfied on the mechanical service end either.I wont be returning to this Tires Plus location.

The service is soooooo slow...we waited for more than 7 hours which was ridiculous! We were told that the tire replacement will take about 3 to 4 hours but 7 hours !? Poor service! They also broke our center cap and my husband clarified what the “guy” dealing with us said and he answered in a very condescending manner like he thinks we’re a bunch of kids! We could have picked the lifetime wheel alignment plan but we just took the 1 year instead!

Customer service here is awesome. Bob and Chris have always been so helpful and attentive. I’ve moved to a different city, but will be going out of my way for any work that needs to be done. They’ve taken great care of both me and my car. They’ve gained a customer for life.

Take my car for wheel alignment first customer arrive car went into shop until 9:50 after test driving like he was on the race track its 10:30 and still waiting. Hope my alignment done properly. Very poor service.

The truck under warranty was taken back for rotation, alignment, and road damage, Covered Under Warranty.After 2 day and no call backs, I returned to find out that the Rotation was never done.and that the Reason for my visit had NEVER BEEN ADDRESSED!!!!THE EXCUSES WHERE NOT TRUE FOR THERE LACK OF PROFESSIONAL INTEGRITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, SERVICE & AND MISSION STATEMENT. Dont bother making an appointment. Made an appt and sat there for over two hours for a 20 min max job. I was there so long the man at the desk (that I checked in with) literally called my cellphone to let me know my car was ready while I was staring at him.

My service there was wonderful! I got a flat tire on the highway on a Sunday and as I pulled into Tire Plus they had already been closed for 15 minutes and the men were cleaning for the day. They saw my car needed a new tire so they opened the doors to switch out the tire for me. I dont know what I would have done if they didnt open the garage because within minutes my spare tire blew. I am beyond appreciated for all their help! Thank you!

Almost a day to identify a problem on the tire and nobody call you to give you price or something. Really bad service!

Usually great service but this last time they left grease stains in my interior and did not fasten the skid plate properly under my car. If those details were missed makes me wonder about their attention to the details of my brake job. It might have just been that particular mechanic having a bad day, but it does make me want to try someone else next time.

I go in to get air in my tires and theyre always very accommodating, and the techs always have a smile.

We took our car to them a couple of months ago to get brakes fixed. They broke a piece that apparently causes car trouble if you go too many miles on the car and have been very undependable with getting it put back on. We have tried taking it there twice and have gotten told both times they cant do it that day. I would not recommend taking your car to them unless you want something broken on your car and them to give you the run around when it is supposed to be fixed. Very disappointed in the service we got and after we get this issue resolved we wont be taking our car there ever again. Lets just say if I could give no stars I would in a heartbeat.

I have been a long time customer of tires plus, as of the last about 6 months the customer service has gone down hill majorly. I will not be returning they have messed up a few things and this last time was the final straw. I highly recommend finding a different place to go!

The guys are pretty cool here. They got me in and mounted my tyres before the end of the day. Quality job and decent attitudes. Prices are a bit high, but Ill definitely keep it in my consideration for future work on my vehicle.

Great place to get tires and tire work done. I normally order my tires on eBay. They dont have a problem mounting and balancing them for me at a fare rate. Unless you come early, expect a long wait.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I am currently sitting at this location, being told I will have to wait 45 mins after making it very clear when I dropped off the car yesterday at 1 pm I would need the car first thing in the morning and being told it would be ready. This is the 4th time in 1 week I have come to this location.. each time I came in I was told something new was broken. This is not the first time, this time I came for an oil change, car was fine I leave and need to replace all my tire sensors. I got new tires.. left I had to get my car towed back here because of the roaters, I came to have my ac flushed due to it not draining, after waiting 2 hours I left and had to turn around and come back because it wasnt done. The managers only smile when they give you the news it will be a visit that costs more money, after going to tire plus for over a decade I will never come back to this location and I advise that people go to a doffdiffe location or a different auto mechanic, this place is not worth your time nor your money.

Great guys in there. Theyve screwed up a few times on me though. Once they threw away my air filters and didnt put new ones back in. They try to make it right in the end though. They do work hard to get me in after work sometimes so thats nice.

Nice employees. I feel they are honest. Just beware of the Primewell tires they sell. Less than 2 years after buying a new set I had 2 that the tread separated. They gave me a discount on 2 new ones but I lost my lifetime balance and rotate I had paid for. It still cost me almost $300 to replace tires I had just replaced. I still have 2 tires that came from the same batch as the bad ones. The truck shakes.

Tires plus in Clermont is good at what they do they never sale you something your car doesnt need sure some times they might come back with a list of stuff but you have to remember its all preventive maintenance so keep that in mind if you ever go there and get a long list dont get overwhelmed doesnt mean you have to do it. Its information for you to help maintain your vehicle.

When I need an oil change I do not expect a nice waiting room with toys, but that is exactly what I found at Tires Plus. Tires Plus had a good price on the oil change, easy visibility of the mechanics area, and a friendly front desk. Since I was there with my two young children in tow it was a surprise to see all this, and a plastic tire filled with childrens toys. The mechanics did a quick and professional job, and I was quite pleased. I would recommend them.

Immediately greeted. Oil change locked in. Fast service including tire rotation. Great service! WiFi could be better. ;) but WiFi is usually slow at all tire plus. I will be back.

If I could give this place a zero I wouldve. I went in to have 2 tires replaced. And the AC checked. The guy said theyd be done in 2 hours. I came back in two hours to find out that my vehicle was not ready because they forgot to do the ac check. They guy said I should bring it back another day because it would take 2 hours. I told him to do it and Id wait. I then asked the gentleman which tires they replaced because one of my tires had a slow leak. They did not replace the tire with the slow leak which is why I came in in the first plAce. Then he tells me I dont have a slow leak because he didnt see one I went on to tell him that I have to put air in the tire every couple of days. Long story short. I ended up with 2 new tires that they put in the front. And told me to be careful turning corners. I read the new tires should go in the back but Im no mechanic. I dont feel safe driving my vehicle and now have to make another appointment to go get the tire that actually needed fixing fixed. On a brighter note they did do the ac check and explain what was wrong. They never offered to make an appt for repair and did not explain the quoted price. The guy told me I had a leak somewhere and he replaced the connector for no charge. I dont even know if he really did it or just said he did. I never saw the old part or the new part. This place is awful. They have no regards for your time or safety.

Brought my tire in for a patch on my 2015 mustang GT with the 20 rims from the factory. There machine damaged my tire however they replaced if with a tire to get me by until tomorrow when the same tire comes in to match the other 3. Great customer service! Any other tire shop wouldve knocked a hole in the side wall and told me the tire needed to be replaced. That is honesty for you. Thank you tired plus of clermont!

If I could give this place a zero rating I would. I called on a Tuesday to make an appointment and the guy told me to come in at 9 am on Saturday. I get there and they tell me theres no appointment for me so I told him that I was upset by this. He asked me am I sure I called the right Firestone and when I told him the number I called, he said I dont know if thats our number rudely. How do you work somewhere and not know your number. Then the man had an attitude when I told him what I needed done and he tried to get me to do something that was less time on my car. Im pretty sure I have the right to be upset that I was lied to about an appointment especially when the place was completely booked and I can only go on the weekends. I would rather just go somewhere else then deal with these people who have the worst attitude for something thats not even your fault. This was my first and last time at any Firestone.

Incompetent. I brought them a tire that had a slow leak, they claimed to fix it, charged me $22, and its still leaking from the same spot. This should have been very simple to do correctly.UPDATE: Brought this tire back, Renzo fixed it properly this time, so he gets some credit due. Still a big inconvenience for something that should have been done right the first time.

Sold husband things that werent needed. The valve stem needed replaced on two tires and 1 tire replaced. Turned into telling him he needed 4 new tires. I had him bring old tires home. Also was charged a donation for a place that was not ask if wanted to donate. IT is small but consent was not given. Called customer service and they were not helpful. Dont visit there go to another store for sure. Wont be allowing any of the cars or trucks in my family to go to that store.

I went to this place after reading some good reviews about their performance. Now I have real doubts about the authenticity of those reviews.This is the worst place to have your car worked on - and that was an understatement! Most of their technicians are incompetent. It took 4 technicians to figure out where to find the oil filter in my car. They practiced on my import car like they were just learning something new in school. I ended up having to bring my car to the dealership to fix what they messed up under the chassis. My car was perfectly fine when I took it to this shop. After I left this Tires Plus in Clermont, my car was making this loud screeching noise. I did not take it back because I was afraid they would mess my car even worse. The dealership advised me that they replaced 3 undercarriage parts in my car and it was sticking out and hitting the pavement. Wow! The dealership advised me that it could have broken apart while driving and could cause a lot of $$$ to repair and replace if I kept driving it. This Clermont Tires Plus must be avoided at all cost if you do not want your car to become an experiment for incompetent car technicians!

Came in for a quick check up on a car we were looking at buying. Staff acted as though they did not want our buisness. They were obviously not busy, but we were told to wait for 2 hours (for a minor look over). After waiting an hour and a half, we asked about the AC where we were met with a snarky you didnt tell us to check that. We were told it would be another hour so we decided to just leave. While we were waiting for our ride, the store manager checked our AC breifly, which was the only positive thing about our whole experience at this Tires Plus.

Installed my tires really quickly, and had me out the door for the price I was quoted online. Not a mark on my car afterwards. Id go there for any tire work I needed to do.
