Visited Honda a week prior for a knocking sound in my 13 year old car. The car was repaired ($1000) & I was informed that there was no longer a knocking sound. On my way home the knocking sound continued. Called the service manager, who instructed me to bring the car back in. Steve, the repair person drove with me for 15-20 minutes & there was no sound (always happens!). He advised me to keep a journal of the car, or leave the car with Honda a few days. I decided to keep a journal for 2 weeks. I was very impressed with Steve taking time with me & providing recommendations. I am still frustrated π with the knocking sound & hope Honda can identify the problem & repair.
My favorite.Any service for my Honda I always go to them.Even the simple things like tire pressure.They are always willing to help.
Bruce was great! Kept me informed of repair progress. Very friendly and helpful. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. The repair was done correctly and they even wash your car!
Todd McClellan is the absolute best service writer in the business. He really knows vehicles and how to fix and avoid problems. Wish I could find a sales person with equivalent qualities. Thanks Todd!

Horrible service. I got there at 8:00am. I didnt hear anything about my car until 10:00am that I was tired of waiting and asked about it. The woman stated that they had not started the service yet because my car was under the previous name still. I got this car brand new out of the dealership, so Im the only owner. My question is why did they wait until I asked two hours later to get it straighted up. One star is way more than what they deserve.
Service was outstanding, Justin & Dennis helped me tremendously, pin pointed and double checked previous services and kept in contact with me for any other recommended services. Will drive the 1hr for the service again.
The only place to go for a new/used Honda is Headquarter Honda in Clermont. Ask for Mike Jahangir, Senior Sales Rep. Mike worked with me in finding a very specific car and color combination. Come to find out there were only 5 in the state. Mike told me he had found one and would have it delivered (at no charge) to the dealership within 24 hours. As promised, within 24 hours Mike contacted me that the car had arrived. The car was exactly what I wanted. I was so surprised since two other Honda dealerships either stated they could not get the car or would have to charge me transport fee. Mike was very attentive and experienced in the entire process. Mike was so helpful when taking me on an extensive test drive to be sure I understood all the unique features of the car before I purchased. Mike was great! Thank you Mike for the wonderful new car buying experience! I know I am going to thoroughly enjoy my new car!

Bought my first car here in 2013 and have used them for every maintenance on the cars since. Great team members, comfortable lounge to wait and they dont request more be done to the car then necessary.

Run from this place. They gave me a quote for over 2,000 to fix oil leak they said was in the oil pan,timing cover and valve cover. I spent 10 min looking for the oil leak myself. I found out it was a little filter behind power steering pump. 8.85 and 2 hrs of my time fixed it. The filter only took 2 min to change . So beware of this place. Get a second quote from anybody else.
Woke up with low tire pressure in one tire and after bringing it in to them, they fixed it quickly, and because it was covered under the protection plan, it didnt cost me anything. Excellent service and very friendly associates. Glad I bought my vehicle here.

Its always a good practice to not answer a question if you are not definite of the answer..... a simple Im not sure let me find out for you or let me double check goes a long way. And if you are wrong about something replying with Im not perfect is definitely not the best answer. π€¬

Not of fan of one star reviews however I feel the need to detail the incompetence of this service department/dealership over nearly a four year period. I have had and still expect to have an ongoing dead battery issue with my CV-V. Honda will not officially address this with a recall however issued some tech bulletins. After the third battery I decided to research this and found the first bulletin was issued June, 2017! Why did Headquarter Service just now update my firmware and do the other items mentioned back in 2017??? I have been left stranded three times because of this! Ive had the car in for service many times and they finally decided to follow the bulletin??? Of course Im now out of warranty and they even charged me for the third new battery that was still is under a 3-year warranty. I still feel have a new vehicle that is completely not reliable and a dealership that is not honest nor intelligent.

1100 am appointment, car was still not being worked on at 100 pm. Nobody on staff was communicating the backup or delay. Very upsetting

Slow service, everytime. Had an appointment for a simple oil change on a car and after an hour and a half of waiting, they hadnt even put the car on the lift yet. The Honda sales side is great, but the service side could use improvement.
