This place is really going down hill fast. Called to set an appointment and (Simon) hung up on me. Called back multi time then he picked up again and told me no ac techs work the weekends... 5 months back they installed my ac system. Ill maybe give a 1 or 2 stars back if my visit goes well. Especially since this work should be warranty. Really though guest satisfaction here is horrible. Kevin and Sasha were great people and communicated well. (Current star 1 if it stays 1 the repair and service matched)
Firestone just lost my business. I reqursted an appointment online and was told in the email I got as a response my request was submitted and if the times lot was not available I would be informed. I got no other email and when I showed up for my appointment I was told that they were booked today and tomorrow. The guy also told me not to rely on the online system to make an appointment, just call in its more convenient . More convenient for who Firestone? Come on its 2021 its time to get your act together Firestone.....do better.
Anthony and Jose are rockstars. They did a courtesy tire check for me. They were backed up but they took their time out, so I could feel safe with my car.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS SHOP!!!I went to this shop just to get my A/C fixed and they were trying to charge me $1,800 to fix it. Then they tell me I need all new brakes rotors and calibers. The total they were going to charge me was $3,400 nit including the front brakes and calibers. I went to pick up the car and the person up front had an attitude because they took everything out of my car to fix it and when I heard that price I said no, which I have every right too. When I picked up my car my AC was now working, which doesnt make sense because they were going to charge me $1,800 to fix it. Anyways I got a SECOND OPINION and they were only going to charge me $1,000 for everything. That still seemed expensive to me plus I feel like car shops charge a lot more than what you need so then I got a THIRD OPINION. The third person told me I didnt need calibers or rotors so FIRESTONE lied. He charged me only $160 to fix my brakes and to replace my catalytic Converter. Nothing else was needed meanwhile Firestone was trying to charge me $3,400 + terrible customer service. They need to work at Disney so they can have a better attitude.
They inspected my car after I told them I hit a piece of debris on the highway; I told them my front right tire was making weird clicking noises. Even after all that, they failed to spot a bent rim on the tire and after keeping my car overnight they made me pay for their inspection and never addressed the issue. I had to go to another place to get my tire repaired, which saved me more money. Blessing in disguise. Usually this location is on point, but don’t go here for tires!
Dropped my car off at 9:30AM for two tires and an oil change and I told them I needed it by 3:00PM. Thought that would be plenty of time. Called at 1:50PM and they told me my car was next that it would be within the hour. I show up at 3:30PM and it still wasnt done. I told him I had to be on duty soon so he apologized for the inconvenience and told me hed discount it. I get a call at 6:00PM. Thats 8 1/2 hours later to tell me my car was done and I did not receive the discount. I had a great experience with Firestone in the Villages when I lived out there, wanted to continue to do business with them in Clermont. Will no be returning. Also, my driver seat was dirtied. Super disappointed.
After wating 3hrs. and my car was still waiting to be serviced I asked how much longer a wait I was told that it would be before closing time at 7: 00 pm. I asked for my car keys and left. What a waist of time.
We went with no appointment at all .They told us the job probably take an hour. We saying thats ok. We saw our SUV done on much less time expected. Good but I was the standing and watching my paperwork hanging, hear them chatting in the office. Someone enter saw me standing and never ask me if someone was helping me.
Poor service. I came in with a pre scheduled appointment. The online service states that someone will call if the time wont work out. It was just an oil change, that should take what 30 minutes? Driving through they clearly had open bays. The guy behind the counter was rude. He told us they cant be expected to know about appointments on a Saturday. He told me that I should have known that Im supposed to call if I want same day service. The website says nothing about this. He said I could leave the car and they may or may not get to doing it before tomorrow. Ive only ever had terrible service at Firestone, I dont know why I even bothered. Ill do the job myself and go somewhere else when I need real work done.

I have bought tires from this place 2x..its always the same thing..they are eager to get your money but when you have a nail in your tire or need to do an alignment you already paid for with the package they always give you an attitude..you make an appointment and you come in and they switch it on you telling you they dont have anytime to do the work come back another day. This is ridiculous if you cant handle your job discrimination then you are not fit for it.thus place need to retrain there employees and the manager ASAP ..this is BS.

Trust the one star reviews. I went in for a front end alignment after installing new front end components. Older car from up north, so yes rust on the components. I knew it wasnt going to go well when the tech was telling me ever reason he didnt think he could do it while it was still in the parking lot. Got it on the lift and he told me it couldnt be done. Too much rust. He didnt want to have to work harder than normal. Drove straight over to Tires Plus and told them the exact situation. The young tech said he would get it. A little sweat and work and I was driving off with the front end dialed in to specs. Attitude is everything. Reward those willing to go the extra mile for you. I tipped the tech extra for his effort. Wont go back to Firestone. Corporate culture is set from the top down.
Have been here many times, usually good service. But sitting here today the adherence to their mask policy is terrible. Customer in the waiting area, no mask at all, Simon at the desk- sometimes on, mostly not. I see only 1 guy in the garage wearing a mask. Do not advertise your mask policy and lead me to believe I will be safe when it couldn’t be more untrue.
Paid $87 for full synth oil change WITH a $15 discount. No fluids were topped off, and one of the managers had an attitude, although others were nice enough. A lot of $$ for pretty bare service.
Took my flawless 2014 town and country minivan in for 1st time tire replacement, mechanic did a courtesy check on my air filter, air filter was good however the mechanic left two of the three locking clasps open to re secure the filter box. Tires were replaced, paid for 4 new valve stems, later discovered that the valve stems were never replaced. Had to drive back to Clermont firestone, haggle with the mechanic, they ended up replacing the 4 valve stems with new. After all this, I went home and was cleaning my wheels and discovered that the flawless original paint on the rims were chipped / dinged because the mechanic failed to use the proper tool, or possible failed to use a non marring socket that wouldnt scratch the paint. These guys have seriously loss their pride if they had any to begin with. Technician 07 named YVES worked on my van, I watched him worked and was not a bit impressed with his performance. Ive brought 3 vehicles to Clermont firestone and believe me, this is my last time here, never coming back.
The customer service in this place is substandard. I have a lifetime alignment package and everytime I use it I can expect poor service. I hope your company changes this.
I came here with a flat tire situation. They were very helpful when the new tire was flat the next day. They fixed the valve that was causing the tire to get flat, and checked the other tires too.I also want to give a huge shout out to this store for having everyone’s safety in mind. They have complimentary masks for customers coming in for repairs and uphold the mask rule. They showcased this today and although i didn’t get their names i hope the manager understands how important this is and how thankful the other customers and myself were today. Thank you for not only fixing my tire situation but also standing behind your current company policy of masks during these unprecedented times.

My tire light came on while driving on the interstate at 530. I pulled over and noticed a nail in my tire. I searched for nearest tire repair place and they all closed by 6. I found the ONLY store opened..a firestone store that was twenty minutes away that closed at seven. I drove to the store and arrived by 6. I told them my situation and they told me they couldnt help me because they would not be able to go home on time. I had an hour drive left on one of the deadliest interstates. My guess is they dont have family because I am sure if this would have been one of their children or spouses they would hope someone would help them. Will never do any future business with a firestone.
I was on my way home and had my transmission go out on me. I was on a road trip from Texas and needed help desperately. I called and spoke to Justin and he told me that they would do whatever it took to get me back on the road again and also the most cost effective way at that. That is something you always hear, but Justin and the rest of this team really came through and got me back on the road. I am extremely grateful for their quick service and open communication about every little process. I had to find a hotel to stay in and Justin even let me leave my luggage in his personal office. It was a great lesson for my children that were with me to learn that there are still really good people in the world and they happen to work at this Firestone. Thanks Justin for sticking to your word. You deserve to be praised for it.
They were honest with us. Fair prices, good service, nice staff. They get busy so you may wait a while but its not too horrible.
I went for a wheel alignment and they discovered that my tie rod and struts were bent. Great service and knowledgeable staff. Yves explained everything thoroughly. I would recommend to anyone.
They lied to me and said they would not charge a service fee to put on new wipers. It wasnt until I got home and saw the invoice they emailed me, that I noticed they did in fact charge for it.I called back to get a return, and while expressing how upset I was that I was lied to, the manager Justin insulted me by saying youre crazy man, and joked that he would pay me the difference out of his own pocket since the service fee was relatively small.The issue was not specifically the dollar amount, but rather the fact that I was lied to.Ive been a Firestone customer for many years, but after this incident, Ill be taking my cars elsewhere for service.
The staff here was amazing. Christopher did a great job fixing my car and the gentlemen at the front desk also took great care of me. I was having some financial problems, and they were able to work with my budget. I appreciate that very much! It made my day and it is a relief to finally have my car fixed.
Horrible experience, I spent $800 on tires on Monday for my sons truck, I spent $700 in repairs on Saturday for my wifes van. I dropped my work van off on Saturday afternoon for a simple brake inspection and to check the tire pressures. I was told no problem will be done. Sunday no call so at 3:30 I show up because they close at 4PM. Never bothered to look at my vehicle, very sad. I have never had a good experience here but I continued to use them due to how close they are. No longer, my suggestion use anyone else. They dont care about you. Simon seems bothered that I expected service. NEVER AGAIN!
Went in for oil change and nail in tire... service writer was fast and checked first before telling me what I needed. Did not try to “sell” me on things to make more money. Courteous, friendly and very thorough! Will be going back as long as this type of service continues!
I’ve been coming to this location for about five years now and until about a year ago I loved it. The old management, Sasha and Dee, moved on to different stores and ever since I feel like the customer service is lacking. The last time I went in there they tried to sell me an air filter which I declined and when I told him I was just gonna change it myself for a quarter of the price his response was well I have to make money to. It’s a shame when something like auto mechanics which is easily tampered with and can have a such a bad reputation is taken for granite I will not be back

So just an average day, we plugged in our car to run a diagnostic to learn that theres an issue with the transmission, so we took the time before coming here to see what can be done. We told the employee what was going on and that we ran diagnostics, and that if theres anything they could do to fix it so they said they would take a look and it would be $99 plus tax, they couldve told us that it was the price to run DIAGNOSTICS! Absolutely wildddd, so then of course we get a call like 5 years later, that the transmission is bad because they looked at the computer and ran diagnostics, which we ALSO DID?! So I tried talking to their manager to see if there is something we could do about the $114 we had to pay for them to do literally nothing, and CHRIS couldnt comprehend the problem we were dealing with and believe it or not, Im not mad but I felt like writing this review because if youre having a transmission issue or literally ANYTHING, go somewhere else and save yourself some money. This place is not cheaper than anything else around it, and customer service is honestly annoying when you can see that they lie right to your face. They probably will leave a comment in this review about us contacting them to discuss this problem. But we all know that they dont care lmao. PLEASE GUYS, SAVE YOURSELVES THE STRESS 😭
I felt they were honest when they told me I couldnt do an alignment because of my wheel bearing being worn out. I checked to make sure and they were right. Good job guys.

Always busy, and getting an appointment on line is a strange process. You can book an appointment, but if you dont get a follow up email? No appointment. The upsell pressure is a bit over the top, if you cant say no you could drop a substantial amount of money on repairs that may not be required. But on a positive note I have not had a bad repair experience. Try to get an appointment or even a simple oil change, tire rotation could take a couple hours out of your day. Look for coupons and shop around.

Its such a shame that a once honest shop has become an upsell factory. Records disappearing along with bait and switch pricing are forcing me to move all my familys cars to a different shop. If only Bees auto in Clermont did tires! Truly saddened by my last experience here but will continue to search for 2 year old paperwork in the hopes of proving an admittedly error capable system wrong. One would think that your word in conjunction with proof via secondary actions like rechecks would be enough to awaken reality. Apparently, that would require greater honesty from within the shop than what is currently available. Perhaps if they would allow for communication to a regional supervisor, things would already be resolved. That information however appears to be just as elusive as their records of completed repairs.
I used to go to this location and recommend it, but after my latest visit I cannot recommend. Set an appointment for 1pm and arrived at 1pm. I sat around until 3pm and the car had not gone back yet. Grabbed my keys and headed out. I understand sometimes it gets busy, but at least an update would have been nice. Waste of time, and extreme lack of basic customer service skills. A heads up when I arrive? Nope. An update somewhere in the 2 hours I was sitting there? Nope. Will I return? Nope.

I walked in October 20th at around 9:35am Simon failed to greet us or acknowledge we were standing there even after his customer had been gone for at least a minute or two. No hello no, good morning even after I said good morning to him. Perhaps he didnt hear me, or perhaps he didnt care.As I left, (mind you no one else is in the store.) He did not try to stop me, he did not ask if he could help me. Only when I came back to ask for his name did he ask if he could help me.Now I dont know what prompted his rudeness. Maybe he didnt like us, maybe he woke up on the wrong side of the bed. All I know is I will not come back here. Either Walmart or pep boys will be happy to have my business. No matter what I look like, or what side of the bed they woke up on.
Out of 20+ years working with different car service business for my personal and business vehicles, this is by far the worst and most unethical location that Ive ever experienced. They will lie to you about the products being used on your vehicle and they will lie about every step of the process which causes unnecessary visits/time. I urge anyone reading this to stay away from this location. I will never go back here and I will tell everyone I talk to about my experiences. Dont make the same mistake I did.
I was there a few hours. Everyone had an issue with their vehicle after it was serviced including a couple who had their rotors messed up on their car that they messed up when doing an alignment and the rotors werent even being serviced, just changing the tires and alignment. They offered to give them new tires. Ummm that is the least that should have been done considering they caused damage in the first place. They left and returned after heading down the road and the tires were wobbling. I wont be using them again. Use someone else.
Beware I went in for oil change 1000 miles later my oil was empty, with no leak. No washer fluid and mysteriously a transmission liquid clamp came off. Went to another trust worthy mechanic to tell me they probably did it on purpose so I would be back. Never going back.
Wonderful service!! We had a low tire as we headed out for IL on a Sat morning. We were there when they opened at 7 am and they got us in right away, found a screw in the tire and had us back on the road within the hour. We worked with D and he was very helpful and friendly! We highly recommend this tire center and will return!
These mechanics cant get it right the first time. I have sent two cars to them multiple times and they just cant get it right the first time. In fact it took them twice to get an oil change right! They cross threaded the drain plug! Im giving them one star only because I like their rain tire.
I took my 2004 Mustang GT here for an alignment a short while back, and after waiting for hours I was told that my car could not be fully aligned due to it being lowered, and still charged full price. On top of that I got home to discover that my cars ABS light was now on and after running a scan I had a wheel speed mismatch meaning that I am now without ABS or Traction Control. Overall it was a huge waste of time and money and I would recommend going to an alignment shop that knows what they are doing.
Chris the Manager of this Firestone location is amazing he and his staff provide the best Customer Service and that is so hard to find these days. I trust the service center and highly recommend them to all of my friends. Thank you for being a trustworthy and honest place to bring my car. AAA
Three days ago I went to have a tire patched, and left the car there to retrieve later that day. I didn’t drive my car since then until today, and I drove it to Orlando. On the way there the tire popped and shredded. Thankfully it was at the entrance of a neighborhood and not while on the highway. Well, I took the broken tire to a different shop down here and purchased a new one. The second shop I took it to said they didn’t see a patch and that a nail was still in the tire. If that’s the case, did anyone really do their job? I can’t say for sure but figured I would share the experience. I find it highly improbable that the first drive I make with my car after getting it patched results in a new nail that blows my tire...
A couple months ago I came in with a faulty radiator and in need of a new wheel bearing. After avoiding the unimaginably high tire prices (since I chose to get 4 brand new ones for 1/4 of the cost they offered) I was told I needed a completely new radiator which would cost me around $200, that plus the $150 wheel bearing, which seemed rather expensive to begin with, and add to that nearly the same amount in labor and my total bill was $1000+ after agreeing on a credit card. (Since the gave out a “discount”)The day after on my way to work my car failed on me, smoke and everything. I show up with my car being towed and have them check it. Lo and behold a pipe had cracked. They claimed they had no way of knowing a brand new radiator could crack a 16 year old pipe due to new pressure. After having me there nearly 4 hours the day before they made me waste another day again, due to their lack of professionalism.They’re main focus is to upsell you and have no sense of respect or care towards your problem. Not to mention how impossible it is to get an oil change or battery replacement here with wait times exceeding 2 hours. Even having service declined after appointments due to backups.This place lacks customer service skills, would not recommend.
The tires this company ordered were the wrong size even though they were told which size to order. Due to this, the price of the tires increased by $190+ When the car was picked up, the new tires were either over inflated or under inflated. The car had to be returned for adjustment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for tires. This business is pretty horrible..
A bit of a wait but they were friendly and helpful and did not try to upsell me anything. They simply replaced my battery terminals and gave me an estimate for a battery which I declined. They did not pressure me for additional service. Will definitely use them again!
Expensive and they will lie to you to buy service you dont need. It was $65 for an oil change with filter, which is well above normal. When it was done, I was told that I needed a new battery which would cost about $140. I asked what was wrong with the battery and was told it had a bad cell and needed replacement. They did not offer to show me the printout of the battery test, which a battery tester prints out; they just wrote it in pen on my oil change invoice. I thought it was a bit fishy so I took it to Tires Plus down the road off of 50 and Hancock to have a second opinion to be on the safe side, and had them test the battery in front of me. Their battery testing machine printed out a report stating that it was in excellent condition (said it was 524/525 and had a 12.7v active charge with nothing wrong with it whatsoever).Pretty disappointed in this location and the staff trying to get a few bucks out of me. The office staff guys were nice, but someone along the chain lied or their battery tester is broken. Either is unacceptable.

Een going here for years now! Excellent service! Sunday I came in with a nearly flat tire and they patched it up for me. Very honest, quality work. They could have just said it wasnt repairable and sold me tires, but they have always been honest with me!
After a horrible experience with tire kingdom I came to Firestone looking for better news. I knew I needed two tires and knew the cost would be high. I felt the level of expertise with Tony and his team when he made his honest opinion based on my needs. He wasn’t pushy at all and clearly explained what the difference in each product was and the cost. He also noticed that I have been using two sets of keys because everywhere else would pretty much charge an arm just for a key. He went out of his way to help me find someone to help me with that also. In my line of business humility and humanity is everything and Tony went above and beyond just with that simple gesture. When I went to tire kingdom I walked out feeling like I was just another dollar sign to them and felt helpless. It is really hard to find honest hard working mechanics out here and it is clear to me I’ve found my go to store.
This place and the people that work there are awesome! Our previous shop started doing shady things and cutting corners, so we were thrilled to find such an honest and friendly shop. On several occasions, they have diagnosed a problem and suggest the best and proper way to fix it, but never tried to over sell me on anything. Thank you, FireStone!
Got a great set of tires at a good price but when I asked about replacing my A/C compressor they quoted me double what two other area repair shops quoted me. And the other shops are well respected, well established shops. Check your quote against other shops.

These guys are either ignorant, incompetent, or dishonest. Either way, it’s negative and I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone. Here’s my story.We were in town for vacation when I noticed my car running a little hot. Not overheating, but hot. Firestone was the closest repair shop so I took it in first thing in the morning. The fiddled with it for an hour and then decided that I needed a brand new motor. I kid you not a new engine, around $7000 job! I had serious doubts because it isn’t an old car and has been babied. I decided to take it to actual certified Toyota technicians. They looked at it for 30 minutes and diagnosed it as a faulty thermostat, $200.They about died laughing when I told them firestone wanted to replace the engine. They said my engine is perfectly fine. It boggles my mind that Firestone wouldn’t even check the thermostat for an overheating problem. So again, these guys are either ignorant, incompetent, or dishonest.
They ask you what time you need it ready, you give them a time and it’s done before then! Great service!

A very friendly place. Sasha was very helpful, and had a very good attitude. I have gone here a couple of times for different reasons and had gpod prices and i knew the job wad done well. I highlyrecommend this location for your auto care needs. I would give it more than 5 stars.
I went in for an oil change a while ago and my oil was low shortly after. I gave firstone another shot because the location is convenient and went in for another oil change which came out to $75 after being told it would be $30 on the phone and less than 1000 miles later i have almost no oil. The workers are also rude and aren’t very trustworthy. I will never be going back.
I dont understand why they have bad reviews, I am over the moon with the customer service and speed of serivce I have received!! I needed brakes and tires on my truck, not only did the have the best prices in town, when a few unexpected issues came up, they worked extra hard to keep things within my budget!! They have earned my future business and I would recommend them to anyone!!

I usually like going to a local place but I like that I can stop in other Firestone’s across the nation and get service.There has been a few times that they could have up-charged me or made me pay for things that I didn’t need but didn’t.I highly recommend this location.

I was in need of a tire change due to a leak. When all was said and done I drove 30 miles back home. Only to realize the tire that had a leak, was taken off the back of my truck and placed on the front. Not only did I spend $308 on two new tires, my safety was jeopardized due to the lack of knowledge, preparation, and competence of the staff. When my fiance and I brought our truck back, that very night, to be fixed, there was no immediate apology. Come today, two days later, still no apology for deeming a tire, with a hole in it, safe to drive.To top it off, the manager didnt even bother to speak with us as this issue was happening.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.Against my own judgement, I decided to come here because how hard could a specific OEM spec be. Requested a specific alignment and told if they couldnt do it to tell me and Ill go elsewhere. They proceeded to do it anyways and tried to hide their failure. They didnt say anything until I came back and complained about what was written on my alignment sheet.
We could not be happier with this Firestone! We went in with an oil leak in our car and everyone there was professional, friendly, caring, and attuned to our needs. We had had bad experiences at a couple of dealerships and were very leery of going anyplace else here in Florida, since were from out of state, but our fears were unfounded. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
Always get my tires there and this last time got a new battery from them. Fast efficient and friendy. Clermont location is great, but have used several Firestones and none of them have let me down.

Dont bring your own tires here to get mounted-- they refuse to service you. I literally brought tires i have purchased online because I wanted a specific style that Firestone does not carry and they now refuse to perform the service. The excuse given was that they guarantee all their work and they cant guarantee the tires because they didnt sell them. Which doesnt make sense, since they are just mounting a tire. Theres a limited amount of issue with mounting.Or could it be that they were losing money by not having competitive pricing and found a way to stop people from saving money elsewhere and Firestone losing money on their tire markup? That seems more likely.Either way, I would avoid this place, as it seems that their customer satisfaction is a lower concern to their profits. Sad!
The two times I have visited this store it has been nothing but a headache both times they did not complete the job and damaged my car. So far have not been compensated for either issues! Do not take your car here!

Great service, great staff, and they dont mislead you about false things being wrong with your car like other mechanics might. There are many garages closer to me than this, but I drive out of my way everytime I need an oil change because I trust them. Which I cant say for other garages.
I used to go to this location and recommend it, but after my and arrived at 8am . I sat around 2 hours later, waiting for complete services

I was in town to visit family for the Thanksgiving vacation and my car had ran low on oil. I called Firestone at 9am on Sat. Told them what kind of car I had, they told me it would cost $95. Fine. Earliest appointment they had was for 12 noon. I took the appointment and dropped it off around 11:30am.After about 2.5 hours I got a call from Dee and he told me they didnt know how to change the oil on my car - the same car they said would cost $95 to do at 9am. When I went to get my car it was in the exact same spot as it was when I dropped it off. This was the same day I was scheduled to drive back home and I had to wait until Monday to get another opportunity to have the work done.If they would have told me they didnt know how to do an oil change on my car at 9am it wouldnt have been a problem. But instead they wasted over 5 hours of my time and left me without a chance to get it done elsewhere.
Performed service I did not request, had to wait while they undid unnecessary tire rotation. Made excuse about employee inadequacy. I did not care for that. Yet, I will go back because I dont trust many places with tires. At last they were willing to fix the situation.

By far the nicest and most detailed oriented people. I can be two handfulls when things dont go right, but they realy go out of there way to empathize and help.
I went in because they are the cheapest in the area! I have a 2016 jetta vw and have to use the synthetic oil along with xtra oil! I walked in and was greeted. The check in was fast and the techs where working hard and got me in and out in no time! As I waited I was looking at reviews and saw some that I didnt like so I wait a few days to do the review. My car works fine and everything was put back correctly! Sorry my spider friend on my hood scared the tech!

They are very busy, which makes walk-ins difficult, but if you can schedule an appointment to avoid the incredibly long wait, the quality of service is worth it.
Excellent store! I called to have four tires replaced and they had them in the store the very next day. There are a lot of options in the area, but there is only one in the area that I will return to. A special thanks to Walt, who worked so hard to have the tires in the shop!

Those guys is not good they are the best team to work within your vehicle, they never let me change any parts on my car that I dont need to be change, even if I want to.Im is over one year with then by now and the services just get better and better and is all ways over 5 stars.As a wheelchair person they even make the front door 100% wheelchair accessible for people with wheelchair needs like me, very clean bathrooms and also fully accessible to wheelchair people like me.I have a low Accessible minivan and not everyone knows how to deal with those accessible vehicle, but Ronald knows a lot more and he is one of the best auto repair man in town.And I cannot forget to say my special thanks, about the team work at Firestone Clermont Location 34711, such as, Ronald, Chris the manager very nice manager by the way, Sasha, Kevin, Dee and to all the works on this location, those guys cares about your car Its is a team work that they have over there, to better serve you and your needs.Mr. Green
Management turns customers a way for oil changes always saying their booked but bays are always empty! How are they booked hours and sometimes a full day in advance? They are only looking for big ticket service but neglecting those needing services like oil changes and battery installs. I put them to the test and after being turned down for an oil change I called back and said I needed my brakes done and sure enough they were able to see me right away. Truly unprofessional staff who care less about customer service! Stay away from this Firestone, they are looking for what unnecessary part they can sell you and labor time. They care less about you or your car!
STAY AWAY. GO TO TUFFYS AUTO. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !If I could give them a negative 9 I would. The customer service is appalling .I used to bring all 5 of my vehicles here for years.First I dropped my vehicle off for a basic oil change, air filter and tire rotation. When I returned to pick up my vehicle I received no air filter, and they added washer fluid which I specifically told them not to do. After dealing with Simon, who was just nasty.I asked for the manager ( Justin) which came at me with such an attitude and agression. Calling me a liar in not so many words. Said I never asked for an air filter, ect. They also rotated my tires or so I thought, but in fact they placed the good tires to one side and bad tires to the other side.WRONG even I know that. After having a heated argument I walked away taking my 5 vehicles elsewhere.I went to Tuffy auto with Sasha and Chris.They did an excellent job and I felt good about spending my $1200 .on one of my vehicles. For a job done right the first time.I will NEVER use Firestone in clermont again.Stay away. They do not have the knowledge orCustomer service to be in business. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate as well for the way the so called manager Justin handled our situation.
