At first i didn’t trust cricket because of the groveland location, but farrah, iam & rafael especially, helped me out so much with transitioning and getting my service reconnected because i always loved my cricket service, i am a happy customer and it’s all thanks to them! thank you guys once again for turning my experience from not great, to spectacular!!

A very friendly man named Chris helped me out. He is very good at what he does and helped me with my issue. Everyone else in the store looked very satisfied with him. He provided great customer service and I would recommend this store to anyone that asks about it!

Wonderful experience. Rafel(I think)😊 I needed to upgrade after my phone went for a swim! I got a Galaxy A11. I am far from teche...but he had patience with me and was very knowledgeable of this new phone. He has only been with Cricket a month. Very much an asset for your company.

This location is by far the best. The assistant manager is great and the employee that helped us was amazing! She helped us in EVERY WAY possible! I hope I spell her name right, but the lady’s name is Jelissa and the assistant managers name is David. Both were of great help we walked out of there very happy with their customer service. Thinking about switching to cricket wireless make this store you’re number one stop!!

Your Policy is not good. Some employees sell open boxes items not only that if we are not happy with the customer service they ask you to dont buy there to go to another store. I think some employees are great but others are not good at all. Customer sepend $300 on a new phone and Cricket will give you back a use one for warranty. Bad customer service.

I came into cricket needing a new phone badly, Heather and Elsie were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond for me and made my experience more than enjoyable. I will absolutely be back here for anything I may need when it comes to my phone.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful! The location though is kind of shoddy and the salesfloor feels too simplistic and empty. It honestly feels like stepping into a store under construction or in the process of dying. The phone service, however, is fantastic around the area and their plan prices are very reasonable.

Not only is the service cheap, but so is the help. Went in to get help with my SIM card and was told Id need to pay $10 to have it replaced. The associate who helped me couldnt care less about my issue and told me Id have to call corporate since theyre just an authorized reseller. The associate was no help whatsoever. I was upset to the point where I said Cricket would lose me as a customer, and what she said in reply was thats fine.

Went there to buy a flip phone..the 2 employees were sitting outside, smoking, never stood up. Asked what I needed, and I told them the phone I wanted. The guy said they were out. When I asked where another dealer was, he said he didnt know. They must have a list somewhere. Not a very good public relation with those two.

Went to get a new phone for my son, his needed to be replaced. Staff was very helpful and made it a quick and easy process.

Just received a message saying they will start charging a $3 fee for taking our payment.Really when your employees can take my payment without talking about other stuff besides my bill or other employees taking the employee that is taking my money outside for drama about work then charge me a $3 fee.I will not pay a $3 fee to pay my bill when I have to deal with crazy stuff just to pay my bill.
