I wish we could make separate posts and ratings for each time we visit a place. I would rate this location a 5 for each time. Both times I have been in, Dave has been so helpful. He is so knowledgeable and friendly and not your pushy sales guy. He is honest and straight forward. He made sure we were getting the best deals when we initially came in, switching service providers, insuring we would be saving money on the switch. We walked out completely satisfied. Unfortunately, an interaction at another store caused some major inconveniences with our account not even a week later. Dave was so patient in working to figure out the issues and solved them once found without causing more confusion and complications to me and my family. He was empathetic and apologized the entire time, even-though the issue was of no fault of his. To top it off, another gentleman who worked there (unfortunately I didnt catch his name) in the store kept my son entertained the entire time (by choice) we were in the store BOTH times and my son was ecstatic and hated having to leave the store. The entire crew is amazing. I dont want to visit another AT&T store after receiving the exceptional customer service Ive received here.

Horrible, horrible location. Condescending employees, led by the manager Nate, who is exceptionally rude. When the online sales department gave us incorrect information Nate did nothing to assist us, except blame the online sales department, and continue to say how his store averages 4 stars on Google. Not if I can help it...Do not go to this location. They do not care, they do not provide good customer service, they do not want to help.

I had a challenging situation arise while visiting a family member out of town. I went to AT&T in Clermont FL /Oakley Seaver Dr. We were greeted promptly, had a fantastic experience with Cory, the sales rep. I’ve never had an issue resolved so quickly & completely. Cory asked questions to help me with my specific problem. He was genuine, courteous, & attentive, even to my 13 yr old that was with me. I highly recommend this location & Cory. A definite asset to AT&T.

Appointment time was nice. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and a representative was available to help me correct the issue with my Apple Watch. They had to reset my watch in order to get my cellular service working which had been initially set up incorrectly by a major box retailer with initials of BB. I specifically asked that all the apps would not be sunk with the watch since I have hundreds of apps. They tried to sync everything.They were able to resolve the issue with one visit and so far everything is working as expected. I am spending time removing all of the extra apps.

Thank you Cory, we purchased our new contract at another place and they put discounts on our lines that would were not valid and basically we were going to end up paying a lot more than expected. Cory worked with us happily finding solutions to the mess that was our new phone contract with ATT. This could have made us turned off to ATT but he helped us understand how the phone contract works and how much be expecting for costs of changing 7 phone lines and 7 new phones. The other person left us in the dark and hid the actual costs of things just to make a sale. It’s amazing to know that Cory would take the time help us and fix our problem. Thanks so much your awesome!!

This is customer service. I called about a very specific phone and Israel was very professional over the phone. In fact I had called several stores prior to coming to this store.Was greeted at the door and treated like a person, not a number, not a sale - throughout the transaction.  Israel is wonderful, kind, the absolute best. He was super attentive and honest . I even went back next day and he addressed my son who wanted the phone upgrade.  He even worked with my phone and screen protector to make sure it was placed absolutely perfectly with no bubbles! He went above and beyond. Easily one of the best experience at any ATT store ever.

Txomin sold me a phone after I told him I had not made a final decision on either the 12 or 12 Pro. He never said there’s a restocking fee. So I was forced to pay a restocking fee after returning the phone in the original package 4 days later. Buy your iPhone from Apple store instead. Learn from my lesson

Amazing experience, I got the new Iphone 11 pro and just switched over to At&T. Alex was extremely helpful and provided top notch service! The store manager was also great and let me finish updating my phone until after store hours so I could trade it in !

So AT&T is only about the new customer not the customers loyal to them for 15 to 25 years. Sales and deals are only given the to person walking off the street. For instance the promotion department is giving the note 10 plus for $15.00 on the monthly where the loyal customers for years gets a minimal discount and that discount comes only if thier phone is traded in and possibly qualifies for the amount told they could get. We have delt with lies by store employees and fought to get it fixed and still stayed with AT&T. Spent 3+hours on the phone about our HBO access and was told we dont have that and did survey with an automated response about the call. Have emails stating we are eligible for upgrades and told today our lines are not eligible. This just tells me that loyal customers with AT&T dont matter when we are the ones who have put AT&T where it is. I asked the question why should I stay with AT&T. The customer service people couldnt even answer that question. Does anyone know why I should be loyal when the loyalty gets you nowhere?????

Went in today after a week and a half of going back and forth with AT&T and Direct TV and getting a big run around, hours on the phone and still had no answer! So I stopped in for help Paul was AMAZING! He called support and was adamant about getting me help and when he also got to the point where they would call me back, he did not give up he took to google to see if he could find a solution and he DID!!! In less then 30 minutes he fixed my whole problem. Very happy great customer service and very friendly and welcoming. Thanks Paul!

They have no respect for their customers. I went in there to buy a new phone because mine decided to never have service and wouldnt let me make calls anymore, so i came up to AT&T to get the phone Ive been wanting and I was told that I shouldnt get the S7 because the new version S8 will be available at the end of the month. When he was showing me the new version the rep didnt even know anything about it other other than it was the new one and its better. So I went down to Metro and picked up the S7 for literally half the price and couldnt be happier. Better LTE service everywhere even at my home way out in the country where i never had service before and the sale reps there were very helpful and knew every little detail about all the phones to help with the decision of picking the best phone for your application. Strongly suggest for anyone who is going here to pick up a new device to go elsewhere.

I went in today for help transfering information from a broken tablet to my new View2. The female employee told me to look it up online. (I did and did not have a good signal to do this at home.) That is why I came to this store. I have bought a few devices from you. I have been with AT&T for over 10 years. Worst customer service ever. I guess she was just looking for a commission. Btw, I was also looking for another tablet and phone. Too bad. I will gladly drive to the Lady Lake store from now on.Edited to add. The Lady Lake store helped me to set up and transfer information to my new table. They were glad to help me.

I would give this store a 0 if I could. My mom & daughter went her and were miss treated & LIED to. I had to get on 611 and get them out of that store! They were trying to sell my daughter a new phone, she just got new phone 10 days ago but it was having issues since delivered. They refused to cover under AT&T 14 day coverage to replace. Then they said if I called 611 to get new one, we would lose our BOGO free promo. I was literally on the 611 phone and the rep said get them out of the store & she reported them to corporate with names. DONT GO TO THIS STORE! They were more worried about watching soccer than helping customers! Manager Jules literally walked away from my mom and didnt want to help since game was on tv.

One star is too many for these folks. This has to be the WORST AT&T store I have ever visited in doing business with AT&T for 30 years. Bought a $600 phone there last week. They refused warranty on the phone even after corporate said they would replace it. The manager I dealt with was EXTREMELY arrogant and rude and even laughed at the issue. LG agreed to fix the phone at no cost if I ship it to them but I should have not had to contact them or go through this. This store needs a few lessons on customer handling skills or maybe a manager that cares. I would also advise to stay away from the LG G3 phone as the screens crack without being dropped. AT&T will not stand behind their products

I went here once a couple of months ago and the service was good. The guy who took care of me was okay; and he upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. He also said my daughter could upgrade to an iPhone 6s when she wanted to.I went there last weekend to get a second Samsung Galaxy Tab and the service was so-so. The girl seemed like I was interrupting her. She also said my daughter could upgrade to an iPhone 6s whenever she wanted to. Later that same day, my daughter went there to upgrade to an iPhone 6s and they didnt want to upgrade her phone. So later on, I called AT&T and they said no problem. They confirmed they could indeed upgrade my daughters phone to an iPhone 6s like the first guy and the girl at this store had said.So, I went back to the store today and they still did not want to help me. I finally called AT&T and they upgraded my daughters phone to an iPhone 6s and they are mailing it to me. I already received the shipping confirmation via email.This AT&T stores staff has limited intelligence and even worse customer service skills. I WILL NEVER shop here again and I will recommend that everyone I know stay away!

I give these guys a zero becaus they are very rude my dad was told several different stories he was told by one they can wave his deposit if it is under 500 then they said no we cant you have to carry over a phone so he had an unlocked galaxy phone he could bring and after being told they could it was they same thing again he got there and they said oh no we cant and a group of them laughed at him it was extremely rude i dont understand how professional bussiness people can treat a customer in such a way
