Liz is incredible, and her staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. I suggest pre-ordering things in advance so you can get first calls on items you want so they can take care of you the best way they can.

As soon as I walked in the door to pick up my online order Arielle yelled at me from across the store to put on a mask. 1. There is NO MASK MANDATE IN LAKE COUNTY. 2. IM VACCINATED . She stated the order was not ready and I left and waited over 2 hours for an email saying my order was ready. After calling 6 different times I finally got Arielle on the phone all for her to tell me my order was ready. I sent my aunt to pick my order up for me since they were near the store. After not getting the email she gave my aunt a hard time about picking up my order with NO CONFIRMATION NUMBER I had to FaceTime my aunt so they could see my drivers license. Moral of the story I’ll either be using the Apopka location or winter garden NEVER Clermont again.

Recently stopped by so my son could trade in a console. Ariel was nothing short of amazing to deal with. She was extremely professional and helpful with our transaction. Very informative and kind throughout the process. During our visit, the store got quote busy. Ariel kept calm and managed to complete a pretty tall order of trade ins in a timely manner. Busy little shop. Lots of games and memorabilia to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is located in a busy shopping center and I had to circle awhile before I found a a parking spot and there were lots of customers in the store, but the line moved fast and I got the rare copy of the discontinued game that my kids wanted.

Games and Funko pop vinyls. Oh yeah. Plus tons of other stuff.

This place is great. I bought battery packs for my controllers. The sales person didnt give me the bank for them. They were more than helpful ang resolved that quickly. I expected that I wouldnt get them after have bought them over 2 weeks prior. They were very reasonable.

Can y’all pls answer the phone, also this place never has anything pre-owned in their inventory like w t f i look like buying a 4 year old game BRAND NEW for $67+, then they never have anything in here in general but yall supposed to be a “ game store ” meanwhile i have to drive all the way to west colonial dr, winter garden, international dr, or orlando AKA the TIMBUKTUS of clermont just to get the desired games I want cause the one in this animal crossing village a$$ area don’t ever have anything 😒 do better clermont gamestop

The shelves, which are usually full of cool memorabilia, were empty. When I tried to ask if there were any more amiibo, neither of the two employees would help me even though there was only one other customer they were helping. Lots of games but thats it.Ive had at least one experience with a rude or impatient employee here before and I that makes me not psyched to visit this particular gamestop, not to mention not liking gamestop in general as their monopoly on the physical game store lets them get away with paying nothing for game returns and underpaying their employees.

Awesome store. My kiddo loves video games. Its great to be able to talk to people who know what they are selling and are enthusiastic about it. Also great to get used games for a reduced price.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. I have seen times where the representative will not honor GameStop promotional emails. Other than that they have a decent selection of geek paraphernalia and games.

Ive only been there with three different employees two dudes and a lady and ALL THREE have gone out of their way to given me good advice and help... My husband is an avid gamer. I frequently go in and pay off games he has on pre-order as a gift to him. Merina(I think thats how you spell it) is always great about bringing up my husbands account and making sure he gets the rewards points. She knows us on a first name basis and her customer service skills are awesome.

I dont know what their deal is but the prices have gone way up on everything..for just a few more dollars you can get NEW games anywhere else and most of the time cheaper. I wont be doing any business with gamestop anymore. That are so many other FAIR options out there.

No one really telling people if they can come in. It’s 5 people max right now, which is fine, but you kinda just have to guess and see if they yell at you from the counter when you walk in.

I own a E-Sports Game Center in Clermont/Minneola and I get most of my accessories at GameStop. Our Fortnite & Smash Bros Ultimate Tournaments can be brutal on those controllers.
