Before posting this review, I decided to be patient and to see if it an issue was truly due to the service of this business; and it was.Since taking my machine to be repaired, it took this business a month and a half for a simple repair. Each delay was due to an external factor such as the manufacturing company or the shipping company. Once the wait was over, I found that other parts of my machine were malfunctioning; after a month (in part, because I just dont have the time to take my machine back to request a follow up repair) the problem may have been fixed but I do believe that additional issues were caused by the services here.While I do not believe this business to be hopeless or haphazard in their services I would be mindful in consistent and continued follow-up.

Drop off my only child of a custom gaming rig, they had it fixed with in a few hrs and called me to come pickup same day. Was having blue screen and cpu/ gpu heating issues, as well as sound issues. Id recommend to friends and family any day....
