I needed an optical sound converter to analog for my TV install. I call Innovative electronics / Radio Shack and they walked me through exactly what I needed. When I arrived at the store the cable and device were ready and waiting. I was able to talk through my problem and get exactly what was necessary to make my system work. They were extremely knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Outstanding knowledge and friendly service!

Needed a computer chip for 96 mustang air condition unit. They had one in stock and put it aside for me for two days until I could come down and pick it up.The part cast me 6.00 dollars to replace the whole computers was 200.00 dollars the only place that carried that part in town.

I had a vage idea of what I needed per my husband the gentleman took the time to listen to me and made a suggestion. It was great my husband was happy.

Found some components I wanted for a project. Also found a couple of things I was going to have to order online. Now I don’t have to wait for them.Always glad to support a brick and mortar store, especially Radio Shack!

Radio Shack closed their company stores so only a few franchised locations exist. For me to purchase difficult to find electronic parts for a custom modification of my metal detector, I traveled to another city. That was the worse part. The best was finding all that I needed under one roof. The owner was a real help and offered suggestions on soldering. Great advice!Prices were higher than some other auto locations but time disobey for me.The AP worked flawlessly! Great aid! Thanks

It is okay but yesterday at 5pm we went to this RadioShack store to get BCN TO BCN coaxial interconnecting cable for our Shortwave radio to connect to a Indoor Magnetic loop antenna and when I asked the guy that was attending us, It was he did not want to attend us and was not paying attention and like mad at us and started to attend another Customer that came after us, My wife insisted and then he got what we needed without any explanation and somewhat in a rude manner! Then he made a comment that she could understand my wife in her broken English and we are Hispanic but are fully bilingual and that comment was inappropriate!

I had the most wonderful experience when i visited this store. The employees were very courteous and helpful, will visit again for my electronics needs.

This store apparently now has a CORPORATE sprint store in it and wow, what an amazing change. Very helpful and friendly staff!

They Uzd2 carry all the stuff the big box stores didnt carry.Now, not only Rthey more expensive w/their Big Box items, they have less ovwhat Ugo ther4, Not2 mention they closed most ovthe stores that were centrally located.Its better now 2get what Uneed online, sorry 2sA.
