Walked into a family, mom & pop store looking for a sectional couch. We were highly suprised with the inventory & great service. No hounding or pressure to buy, just a genuinely awesome place! We found a great deal on an Ashleys Furniture sectional. By great deal I mean, way less than what Ashley is asking for on their website! I highly recommend for any furniture needs. They had couches & sectionals galore, beds, bedroom sets, tables & more. Had a perfect furniture buying experience and extremely satisfied. Service was good until I received my damaged furniture. I was advised I would get my replacement dresser within a couple weeks, its been 2 months still nothing, they refuse to answer my calls even after leaving voicemails, when I finally got someone they said they will look into it and get back to me the same day, that never happened. I spent over 3k with Kendrys in Clermont, Im shocked this is the way they do business. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I would not recommend!

Awesome place!! We came here after reading all the reviews and couldnt believe how much we were actually saving compared to our invoice from Ashley furniture. The father and son were a pleasure to deal with and made sure we got everything right. The delivery crew were very courteous to our home and polite. From start to finish kendrys went way over our expectation in every way imaginable. Our house has truly transformed I cant recommend them enough!

We ordered furniture back in March under the previous owners. There was a mistake made by the person entering the item numbers so part of our order did not come in. The new owners were very helpful getting things worked out. Thanks.

Beware of this store and do not fall for their discounts. I bought a ton of furniture in this store for my new house. They took forever and did not deliver items for over 10 months and was a terrible experience with this store. On a king set I ordered, they delivered the bed and the night stands and after waiting for 8 months they said the manufacturer is not producing those dressers anymore. I was still patient and picked another one instead which is much lower value one than the one I originally chose. They said they will look into the difference and refund me the difference amount which never happened. They promised me delivering and installing this dresser like all other items. Their installer never showed up like what they said, and later they said they will mail me a 50$ check for not being able to install, that never happened either. I lost about 500$ money dealing with this store, plus a lot of time and energy wasted on them.

Owners were there when we were there and they were pleasant to speak with and knowledgeable. Place is clean snd lots to choose from. Cant wait to get our new furniture.

So we purchased our furniture for Kendrys Furiture back in June from the ORIGINAL owners.  I encountered issues with delivery and automatic draft payments with no furniture.  I called and was given a number to contact the ORIGINAL owners.  They never would answer the phone, only respond with short text messages.  One day I called and spoke with Tom the NEW OWNERS.  TOM & JOY, did everything to help resolve my situations.  JOY has been very helpful with getting my refund from the automatic draft and getting my furniture delivered.  There may be many people who have had  a bad experience with the ORIGINAL owners, but NEW OWNERS are amazing and deserve an opportunity to serve you.Thank you TOM & JOY!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!Had a great experience shopping for furniture.. but my sofas had some mechanical issues, that are under warranty.. This company is very friendly and helpful when taking your money, but they are trash after they have it. Its been over a month and not one word back about my warranty claim... Garbage customer service after they have your cash.. I would not shop with them again solely because they do not care about the customer after the sale..

This place is such a hidden gem! the owners are sooooo nice and they are from London so their accents are awesome! Anyways, I purchased a mattress at an amazing price and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes and it’s going to be delivered tomorrow so I don’t even have to wait. I will be coming back for some furniture for my new place! There’s so many things to choose from everything is beautiful and the prices are UNBELIEVABLE I definitely recommend Kendrys.

I had always gone to big box stores and stumble upon Kendrys on a drive up 27. From the moment you walk in you will notice the difference. No hovering sales person, but as soon as I had a question they were right there. The delivery guys were polite, adhered to CDC guidelines and made sure the furniture was exactly where we wanted it. Go take a look, great prices also.

We bumped into Kendrys by browsing around on offerup. The owner (Mark...I think) was the nicest guy ever. He and his wife were helpful and extremely friendly. We bought a dining set which is made by Ashley Furniture. We got it for less than half off of Ashleys website. We also got a bedroom set which should be delivered this week. It was less than Wayfair or Overstock by at least $300-$400. Great people! Ill definitely recommend them and return for future purchases.

I hate furniture shopping due to being hassled and followed around. I didnt feel that once here and for that reason it is my new favorite furniture store. I also found my Ashley bedroom set cheaper here than Ashleys stores.

Everyone we’ve worked with at Kendrys Furniture has been professional and very good to work with. In particular, Luke is extremely knowledgeable, flexible, diligent and a pleasure to work with. Further, their customer service folks are great. One item we received had a manufacturing flaw and after verifying it, they took care of having the manufacturer replace it within the week. We recently moved and based on past experience with Kendrys we are continuing to shop there and work with Luke and his father.

I just received my brand new Ashley power reclining sofa from Kendrys Furniture and its FANTASTIC! The whole buying experience was just great! Spent a ton of time shopping around and the prices at Kendrys Furniture store just cant be beat, and I mean anywhere in the country! I looked at all the local and online furniture stores that deliver nationwide and Kendrys Furniture was the best! Saved hundreds of dollars from the big name stores. Mark, the owner, took my order after store hours over the phone. Then I met Spencer the manager and kept me informed on the status of my order. They called when it arrived at their warehouse and arraigned a delivery date and time that would work for me. Delivery day they messaged me when they were a hour away and then at delivery the two fine young men were very professional and set up my sofa just where it needed to go. Kendrys Furniture is a diamond among the gravel of what most furniture stores are like. They are my go to store for furniture for now on!

I have used Kendrys before and was very pleased with my experience. I returned earlier this year because I needed to furnish my apartment, 07/18/20 I picked out a bedroom set, couch, and table set. The estimated arrival was set for 08/28 which worked out because I was moving in on 8/29. The first part of the bed set didnt arrive until 09/11, the last piece of the bed set didnt arrive until the week of October 26th. I had to cancel the couch because late September it STILL had not shipped. I didnt receive my table set until the first week of November. Though the staff communicated with me (only when I contacted them first) my issue is that it wasnt disclosed that the process would take nearly 5 months for me to receive everything. I one hundred percent understand covid has slowed down the process for many businesses, but I wouldnt have bought my furniture from there if I had known it would take that long. I went to Rooms to Go the same day I ordered from Kendrys on 07/18, and the reason I left was because they honestly told me it would be at least October/November before anything would be received. The deliveries were all late and never within in the disclosed window I was told they would come and it was just a huge mess overall. I am glad this process is over and disappointed that it went on this long.

I recently found myself in need of replacing a leather chair and ottoman. I had narrowed down my search to a specific Hancock and Moore chair and ottoman and went online searching for a retailer. Quite by chance I discovered an ashley chair and I am so glad I did. I requested a quote by email and the next day I got a call from Mark. He was very professional and courteous. He gave me a quote that was simply amazing compared to the prices I had gotten from area retailers. He thoroughly explained the process of purchasing, payment and delivery and allayed any qualms I had about ordering the furniture sight unseen. He was very well informed about the brand of furniture I wanted and assisted me in selecting just the right leather for my chair. I really enjoyed working with him and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of furniture. My chair and ottoman were delivered and they did a great job of protecting my new furniture and my house during delivery. I couldnt be happier with my chair and ottoman. I had an excellent experience with Mark and the service kendrys gave. I would not hesitate to use them in future purchases and give them my highest recommendation.

We had our bedroom suit and dining set custom made with the kendrys. It took 3-4 weeks but was well worth the wait. The delivery guys were really nice and helpful and cautious with the house and the furniture. We went to a few of the other custom made furniture places in the local area and they definitely had the best prices by far for solid wood furniture. All around very happy with our buying experience and will definitely be back for our living room set here soon.

My fiancé and I have been all over Orlandos furniture stores. We visited Rooms to Go, American Signature, Ikea, and West Elm. We could not for the life of us find a sofa set that we loved. One of our friends had had a good experience with Kendrys and recommended it to us. So we made the trek out to Clermont to check them out. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by just 2 smiling faces, as opposed to 900 salesmen. They were polite, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would 100% recommend buying furniture from Kendrys. I know if we have anymore furniture needs we will be going to Kendrys first!!

I called up to make sure what I wanted was still there at 5pm, saw it in the store at 6pm and had it in my living room by 7:15. To say these guys are fast is an understatement! In the last few months I’ve been to lots of different furniture stores but this one right here was worth the wait. Drove an hour away from home to look at the furniture and left with a couch, love seat, and a sleeper sofa. One price for delivery, I went in Saturday and got my items delivered Monday, they even took the sleeper sofa upstairs. When I walked in someone welcomed me right away but then let me look around without hassle, after walking around for a bit they treated me with freshly baked cookies and a bottle of water. I highly recommend this store. Better couches than any other store I’ve seen. 3 huge couches for all under 2,000.

The experience i have had with kendrys furniture has been phenomenal, due to some renovation issues i have had to reschedule my delivery numerous times and every time i call them i am reassured by Spencer that everything will be okay and i truly feel that they want to help you in anyway that they can. From the start of the purchase to the end it has been so smooth and most importantly stress free! I just would like to give Spencer another shout out because he is truly the best!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for furniture and no hassle.

Very helpful in finding us exactly what we were looking for while in the store. Once the sale was made, the experience was less than satisfactory. There was miscommunication regarding when it would ship from Ashley. When we left the store, we were told Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. When that time period came and went, we were told Oh, we meant NEXT week. When that came and went, we were given several maybes and a variety of dates. They dont know when it will be on the truck as Ashley doesnt tell them. They admitted the mis-communication, but didnt offer an accommodation.Then when it was finally time to deliver it, they called our home phone (we were not home) so we missed the initial delivery. There was no excuse for this as they made it a point (when we placed the order) to say they needed our cell phone so that they could text us a couple of hours before delivery so we could be home. The delivery driver didnt so much as say thank you after he dropped the box and left.Finally, you cant get a live voice when you call the store. The machine says that their voice mailbox is full. You just have to hope that they will check their missed calls and call you, but thats not a comforting feeling when you really need something.

As the years go by it seems that more and more of our home is furnished with the beautiful collections from Kendrys. In this particular case, we bought a modern sectional through Vanessa there, who could not have been more helpful. The delivery came right on time by Jamall and Mike, and we are just so pleased.

My husband has wrote a review already but i also wanted to shed light on another aspect which is how they all were with my 4 kids. They were running around causing mayhem (which they are great at doing) and every single one of the staff treated us and them with patience and respect. We were in there for 2 hours and they kept the kids entertained while the others helped us pick out our furniture. Great family business we will be coming back again and again.

My experiences buying mattresses have not been pleasant. I usually go for the cheapest option, and then pay for that decision for a few years until my body simply cant take any more torture. This time, I went to Kendrys Furniture. The salesman showed us a few mattresses in my usual price range, then showed us a couple just $200 above that. Good God. I layed on it, then looked around, sure that someone would pop up and say, Oh no sweetie...this one might be too good for you. Well no sir. I wanna know what it feels like to sleep peacefully and wake up without excruciating shoulder and back pain. So I bought it. That first night, I took a shower, peeled back the new deep pocket sheets, and climbed in (Im short). When I was fully embedded in next-level softness, I was very suddenly asleep. It has been like that every night since. Thank you ! You helped us into a grown-up mattress.

Spencer, the sales man was wonderful and I’m sure if he hadn’t had an emergency things would have gone smoother. Unfortunately, 2 days in a row, My bed and couch was a no show.then day 3 the couch was delivered but no bed. This is the evening of day 4..called twice, left messages saying when I’d be home, please call back... nothing.The owner would not return calls or when you did get him he blamed any issues on someone else then wouldn’t call you back after saying he would. I need a bed!!

Store is kept clean and organized. I purchased a Queen mattress set, and am fully satisfied. Prices shown on both website and store were accurate. Staff (particularly Mike) was extremely helpful, friendly, and showed that he personally cares for the needs of clients. What I absolutely admired was the convenience at which the store delivered my furniture. They went out of their way to delivery according to my work schedule and within the predicted time period (something not very common among other furniture delivery companies). I am also very satisfied with the quality of the bed set (looks brand new and easy to assemble with a standard tool kit). I would definitely recommend!

Buyer beware!! I purchased a $3k leather set which started ripping less than 6 months after purchase. I now keep getting the run around from Spencer and Mr. Kendry when I am lucky and they answer my call.Oh yeah, to date my furniture still has not been repaired!

I bought a sectional couch in October. when it was delivered, the couch had a corner of the back ripped up. The couch also came without an electrical cord even though it says that it has USB charging ports.When I spoke to manager about the rip, he assured me that he contacted their guy to order the back piece and fix it, and it should be fix in a couple of weeks (movers put the statement on my receipt as proof)Fast forward to the end of December and no one has contact me in order to fix it. Me and my wife have called the store multiple times and its gotten to the point that our calls are not answered anymore.Based on this I cant recommend it to anyone.

What a great find this furniture store was. Mark and Luke were delightful to work with. They were GENUINELY welcoming and helpful. And the bedroom set I bought was beautiful. Not a mark on it and wonderful price. A little more work unpacking the furniture, but, so very worth it considering what I got. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Huge selection, great prices. Great service. Delivery and installation was quick. The manager even came to our home himself to help with the set up of the sofa.

I have been to kendry’s furniture a few times to buy furniture! Not only are the prices great but if you have bad credit, Acima will finance you to get furniture! They are a family owned business and they are really nice people!

Its Ashley furniture at pretty much half the price. They work with you. But the best part is, they only bother you if you ask them to. They dont attack you at the door and they dont follow you around.Oh, And you cant beat the music they had playing. We Friggin loved these guys!

They have some of the exact same furniture you get at Ashley and the other big named stores but a fraction of the price. Yes you have to drive out to the middle of nowhere to get there but for me that was well worth the hundreds and hundreds I saved. I had to wait a few weeks as the couches were back-ordered but Luke was very friendly and straightforward about when they would be in. Delivery was smooth but unfortunately a few cushions on one of the couches had some stains on them. I contacted the office the next day when I noticed them and they got some new cushions right out to me. Very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Originally I purchaed a living room set from a big name retailer, the experience was horrible. Then when the product began to fail, they didn’t stand behind it. I shopped around and ended up here. Everything about my experience with kendrys was top notch. I have never had such a great and fun experience buying furniture. Sales reps were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly but not smothering. Prices were very competitive for the quality. The quality is wonderful. Even the delivery experience was spot on. Everyone there was so respectful and professional. I purchased a sectional and it turned out beautiful and even came in a little bit earlier than expected. Great job!
