Very unprofessional, quick to insult in order to offer next to nothing without even looking at the product. Some employees are an absolute joke.

I loved doing business with them until they recently sold out to another company.When it was still owned by U.S. Money Shops they had a young lady working there named Melissa that was always very nice, polite,quick to ask if she can help you in anyway,And always had a big genuine smile for everyone.Most of their other staff were really polite as well.Since selling to the new owners I really dont care to do business with them any longer.They hired a new manager that is very rude and never has a smile for anyone.I make it a point to avoid having to deal with him in any manner even if it means waiting in line for the next available employee.Customers that come in to pawn their items are insulted by him when they hear the amount he offers them in pawn.But price used things they sell customers like they are brand new items.Actually most of the stuff on their shelves could be bought brand new at a cheaper price SMH!?

I give this pawn shop four stars because in the world of pawn shops, they do what they do very well. You just have to be as tough as they are. Ive found great deals, including many guitars, gun or two, once a bowie knife and scored a great deal on a tube guitar amp once. Ive sold them guitars, and took a bit of a beating, but you have to expect that. It also took them over nine months to see those guitars sell off their wall, so they had to carry that money all that time. As pawn shops go, since they cleaned and rearranged the store, they are not bad. But just remember they are there to make money, not do you any favors. So you must bargain and be willing to walk, which I have done a time or two. And to be honest, I find them better than most of the other pawn shops in the Cleveland area.

I would say they are a little behind on the times. Merchandise in glass cases that are filthy. Prices on their name brand purses are off. Rude staff.

Super cool staff and fair prices. They have to make money too thou. My husband bought a wedding set at a jewlery store n it was horrible so we took it back and went to u.s. money shops and found a beautiful set for a very reasonable price. I love it. The staff really helped us. And they have lay a way yall!!! You cant beat it.

This place is great for coming to consume and look for a great offer but to sell your items to them they will try to give you the low ball for whatever you bring in. But in the end that is what all pawn shops are doing so stop complaining about this place and look at reality. All they are doing is making a living.

Crooks! They sold me a broken car stereo and they REFUSE to refund my money. Saying I needed to buy some warranty. A warranty is for something that breaks after you buy it, NOT for something that is broken before you buy it! They refused to show me that it worked which should have been a clue that I shouldn’t have purchased it! Buyer Beware!!!!

Get a warranty. Ps4 froze on me then realized it had no power button on it! I never had one before and I had to google where it would be come to find out it was broke off! Then they acted like it was my fault also when I put a disk in it it tried to eat it! Out of my money on the game got another system bc I paid for the warranty and then had to pay for another one on the system I exchanged it for ! The lady that did transactions was very nice . The other two were talking about us and saying “should have checked it before you bought it” isn’t that YOUR job?!

Honestly I wouldn’t give them 1 star. I have used them for 5 or so times in the past they where great then this time I go in to make my first payment and am told they can only take cash. I wasn’t told this at the beginning. My due date was Sunday they where closed so I went on Saturday before they closed was told I could come back Monday. I went back Monday to make a payment and wanted to pay extra. I was told I couldn’t unless I make two payments and then I could pay extra because I was late making my payment. They are rude. And I will never use them sir anything ever again.

I bought a xbox one s and it didnt work when I got home, I called as soon as I found out an they told me they couldnt do anything 5 minutes after I bought it said I should have gotten the insurance, a person shouldnt need insurance if youre selling good product if youre not feeling good product you should shut your doors and stop selling stuff to people because if you see a bad product to a customer you see a bad product to your mother.

Nice clean pawnshop with some awesome deals. I normally find a good Martin or Taylor guitar slightly used here. Worth a look.

The negative reviews are absolutely accurate. Made me a disgusting offer for what I brought, and were extremely unpleasant to deal with. Drove 5 minutes down the road to Wildwood Pawn and got around 2.5 x what they had offered me. Its not just people being whiney. Their service is genuinely terrible.

Put something in layaway. Make a few payments, then run into a crisis that requires that money and ask to cancel said layaway. Theyre glad to do so, but theyll keep your money. Great way to clear a profit and keep merchandise in stock.

Tried to sell them a knife I excellent condition, never used. They said new ones were worth 90 and they offered me 10. They just try their best to rip you off. Do not give them service.

If I could rate no stars I would, they dont even deserve the one star this is the scummiest place on the planet they had faulty merchandise on counter with a static image in place, once the product was brought home and actually turned on there was a giant tear down the screen they were WELL aware of, stay away from this place!

A good place to get Christmas gifts

From my experience some of the employees are over confident jerks they low ball anything you bring in if you owned the fountain of youth they would only pay 100 dollars for it. For real I took a guitar and sold it to them, a few weeks later its on display for more than I paid new lol. Their favorite words are It is selling for this online What they do is look up a Ebay sell and base their low ball offers on that but only pay half of the Ebay sell price. That being said buying or selling do your research before shopping here. You will only be making the poverty vampire Allan Jones more rich.

Id give this place less than a star if I could. Brandon was very rude and showed no respect. The store manager named Melissa is very dishonest. She will quote you over the phone but when you come in she will change exactly what she said to try and get over on you. Do not trust anything they say here they are imbeciles. Dont go here take your belongings elsewhere.
