Bear cabinetry did fantastic work for us- helping us through the kitchen layout, the ordering process, and installation. They answered all our questions and were very attentive to detail. They installed 21 cabinets - base, wall, and pantry- at a reasonable price. They also installed a separation wall for our multi-level peninsula. We highly recommend them and especially our installer Jim.

We did our kitchen cabinets through Bear. Put them in ourselves but ordered through them. The quality is wonderful, price was right and we had no issues with any of the staff. It was a great experience

I would not recommend this company. The owner is unfriendly,extremely rude, doesnt return calls, poor customer service . The helpers are careless when working in your home and damage things. You wont get the owner to come out to see damages made by his people. Good luck trying to get them to fix it This company has the worst workmanship that I have ever seen. The salesperson came out measure but when the cabinets arrived it was all wrong. The guy never ordered my cabinet with pullout garbage can, workers scratched doors the countertops were made totally wrong. The owner tried saying that what I ordered when I didnt. Buyers beware this company is horrible go somewhere else ! You wont get them to stand by any agreement the owner denies everything ! I will make a formal complaint with the BBB

Bear has done 3 kitchens for me and all have turned out great. Steve is very knowledgeable and has good ideas on the kitchen remodels. Customer service was good and they were very responsive to questions. They also were very accommodating when I changed my mind. I plan on remodeling a bathroom in the near future and will get the cabinets and countertops from Bear. Can’t beat the price or customer service.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was doing comparison shopping so I told the representative there that I was going to take a look somewhere else. Well it wasnt a better deal pricewise so I call back he texts me why dont you go to the place you went before instead of coming here. He sent a nasty text to me and then was nasty when I called.

Order a single base cabinet. It took 2 months to they said. Contacted them the day they said it would be ready they tell me it would be another couple weeks they would call me. Weeks later never called me I called them they said it was in. Said they would personally deliver it. The day they told me it would be delivered it never was because they couldnt find it in the warehouse. I finally received it came home to it sitting outside in the rain in my backyard. Keep in mind I paid for the cabinet when it was ordered months earlier. Customer service was horrible and rude. Never will give them my business again.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The cabinet quality was subpar, peeling began before the installation was complete. I could have gotten better quality at IKEA. We suspect this is because the countertops Bear had made as part of the job were incorrectly cut and installed without proper shims...too late now :(One upper cabinet is so warped we were shocked! But the worst of it is the peeling, which started within weeks of installation. Problematic too is that the cabinet company they used, Forevermark, the warranty is to the installer only, so we have no recourse, except to sue, which I am.Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever. You will pay your good money for shoddy workmanship. They are quick to take your money but slow (if ever) to answer the phone to address their mistakes. They do not stand by their work, and then youll pay out more for attorneys fees.Everything was done poorly, from the drywall to the electrical work, I have never been victimized like this for such a large amount of money in my life. RUN dont walk from these unscrupulous thieves. My 22k remodel is a nightmare. Ill try to post pictures of their handiwork. You have been warned. Not a solid or reputable company!!!
