The people here are great and straight forward. Some of the best deals around. I bought all of the carpet for my house at a very good price. Ive carpeted multiples of my houses with the material sold by carpet warehouse and will continue to utilize their resources for future projects. The staff is very mature and do their best to find the best deal around to meet your project needs. I personally install all of my own material. All I can say is if you are the do it yourself kind of person, this is the place to go. And you may just find a discount on your material that they have in stock. Ive found some diamonds on sale in their warehouse stock.

Do NOT!!!!! This company installed a family room and did a hack job. They promised 4 times to come and fix it but how do you fix visible shredding?! We’ve contacted a lawyer to rectify this. This is after a month of going back and forth! Go somewhere else!!!!

BAD INSTALL - BROKEN FURNITUREWe were really excited to work with Shannon and his team. Shannon did a great job of showing us around the warehouse and explaining everything to us. However, the quality of what we picked out and what was installed in our home was not the same. We were told we were purchasing the best padding and what we have is almost non-existent---I can feel the sub-flooring!We were also told that he was sending his best and quickest crew. Not only did they scratch several of our walls, but about a week after install we found that a piece of furniture was broken!Additionally, there is a section in our bedroom that was installed wrong. Because of the size of our bedroom and the width of the roll of carpet we picked, there are two pieces. One piece was installed in the wrong direction and its very obvious. Its honestly and eye-sore. There are also corners that were not tacked down as well.Shannon came out once to look over the work and acknowledged the errors, some he even pointed out that we had not seen. We felt that was promising that these issues would be fixed. He assured us that his crew would be back to fix the backwards carpet and tack down the corners and edges that were loose. This never happened. After that we never received communication again.It was such a disappointing experience. We had four rooms and our stairs done and we felt we had made a good choice. I hate to write such a review but this was a terrible experience for us.Please, do not work with this company. Im afraid they will do to others what they did to us.

Misleading and very unprofessional. I called asking about a criteria of LVP and the guy assured me that they had 6 colors in my price range. I got there and was told by an old guy that they definitely do not have what I was looking for. Waste of my time and a disgrace of staff.

If youre going to work with someone from this company, I would recommend working with Lee. We have an apartment building and the re did our hallways, three different apartments and have no complaints. I see some of the reviews on here are not that positive, but its maybe just the person youre dealing with. I would just call and ask for Lee, hes an older gentleman and still does business on a handshake. Ill continue to use them, Lee specifically until I have any issues.

I wish I wouldve read these reviews before doing business with these people. Normally when a friend makes a recommendation the service is good. These people were definitely an exception to the rule. They were supposed to come at Noon on the date we choose. Called my husband that morning saying they were running behind and could they come the following morning. Marshall calls back and I tell him tomorrow is absolutely unacceptable. He says someone will be to our house by 3pm and hed be here as well. Lies and Garbage. Workers showed up, Marshall didnt. I left my house at 6:15pm and Marshall still hadnt shown up. He arrived around 6:30 ish according to my husband with nothing but excuses. Theyre customer service is horrible. The discount isnt worth the headache. This place deserves absolutely zero stars and none of your hard earned money. This happened last week so I doubt much has changed!!

Beware with this Ware houseI had to change carpet in my house t.Sam came took measurements.Gave me the quote which we were agreed upon .I paid the amount upfront .He schedule the contractor guys came and they were asked to do work in pieces which was unethical for them so they left the work half way and then another person came who was the same .For old carpet to bring back never explained.I am changing first time the carpet so did not know about the process.Now asking for more money to take old carpet back.Very poor work bad customer services.Owner mike does not care for customer .

I had a great experience at Artistic Carpet Warehouse. Mark delivered exactly as he said he would. I went in not knowing what to expect and received great carpet at a fabulous price installed within 3 days. This place is no frills but I found the selection, quality and service to be outstanding. I highly recommend checking them out.

They said they sent their A crew. They broke furniture. Scratched our doors and walls. They sold me a carpet and padding and upon install was lower quality than what they showed us. They had terrible seams, corners were loose. A true bait and switch operation. After I paid them, never heard back from them on any callbacks. I had texted and called numerous times and got no resolution. Avoid at all costs.

They are good, honest, and helpful..didnt get any of thing close to that from Home Depot, Lowes, or Mennards....free install is not worth the time...

Mark gave us the best price on a carpet for our family room. The installers did a good job and we are happy with the results. Mark also worked with our builder to install hardwood flooring and carpeting in our new house. We are very pleased.

The only reason why they are still in business is their prices. Their service is horrible! They called me in the morning they were supposed to come to install the carpet and said that they would come afternoon, but, eventually, they came at 8 p.m! I called multiple times during the day and nobody picked up the phone. However, it wasnt the worst thing! They didnt bring me some parts I needed to install the laminate. I talked with Mark by phone and he said that they had to backorder them. Since then I called 7 times during 2 months and every time I was told that Mark would call me back but he never did. The last time I called I was put on hold for 20 minutes and eventually somebody just hung up the phone! Now I have to look for the parts I need somewhere else trying to pick the same color.

I’ve read a lot of the comments on here, and was skeptical of going with this place. Knowing everyone has a different opinion I went ahead, and went in. Ken took care of me he came out the next day measured my home. I went in picked out a good piece of carpet, he even showed me carpets comparable to what my husband wanted, but we went with Mohawk. He called me a number of times to check in, and giving me updates. My carpet was installed the next week, could have been the same week but it was thanksgiving. The men who came out did a wonderful job, he kept asking how’s it look? They did not rush it took them roughly 8 hours. When they were done he asked me to do a walkthrough if I have any questions or concerns please tell him so he can fix it. He stayed, and talk for another 15-20 mins after he was done to make sure I was happy with everything. Ken, and the gentleman took well care of us, and appreciate that. Great job!!!

We worked with Shannon Fowles and his team of clowns. I do not recommend them at all. This was all supposed to be completed mid August and the guy who goes around to do all of the fixing just finished with us the last week of November after calling mark numerous times. The guys in the team did most of the flooring at night- without any lights. So, when tacks and nails were carpeted over- it wasnt a surprise. They were also really good for setting up camp in our bathrooms and blowing them up. It there is a very long laundry list of inappropriate and unprofessional behaviors with these guys. I do not recommend- even if the price is right. This flooring experience has been such a mess and not handled with any sort of courtesy. 0 star!

Take your business to someone who will care.We were looking for carpet in our basement. Our visit was good and we were told they would come the morning of installation to measure then would go back to get carpet since we were close.I was expecting them at 9:30 AM. 10:30-11 came, I called them and was told the installers were on their way. At noon they called and were lost. The owner had given them the wrong address. I made my appointment for the morning and had to leave at 2 so at this point there was not enough time to finish the job. I told them not to come.I called the owner again asking for an answer for the delay and why they had the wrong address. All he offered was a chance to reschedule. Never apologized, blamed me for not being available all day on a Monday, and then said it was not his responsibility to wake up the installers in the morning.Things happen. Take responsibility and find a way to make it up to your customers.

I purchased my carpet 4/27/15, it was installed 5/8/15 for $2500. At the time of install I did not sit with them installing the carpet because I was trying to keep my toddler out of the area they were working, this was a big mistake. The door cut out area wasnt straight, I asked them to fix it, and was told they would be back the next day. They never showed and no one ever returned my call so I had the man who was doing tile work in my kitchen fix it at another expense. I was told at the time of purchase (from Marshal) that the carpet was wear resistance and wouldnt show vacuum tracks. This does not seem to be the case, there is wear marks on the stairs. What I was the most upset about is the stairs I asked to be in one piece, however they seemed to be pieced together. The seams are coming apart in two places and at the top, and it looks like it was pieced together with 1/2 strips. I began calling them in July and called 7/6/15, 7/9/15 (two times), 7/15/15 (three times). I was told a week ago that the problem would be fixed and they would schedule an installer to come out today, when I called this AM for a confirmation time there was no record of my call or an installer scheduled. I was told they would call me in 30 minutes with an answer-still no call, I called them and go the run around that the installers were not in yet and they would have to check the schedule. Ive asked to speak with a manager but was told there was none and they each do their own thing. I would not recommend this company.Update: After several hours I was called by the installer and told this is the first hes heard about this from the salesman. He came out immediately with a crew of 3 people and fixed the stairs in record time, they now look better then before. Im going to change my review from one start to 2 starts because of this.

Mark the owner & his team were amazing! Mark helped me pick out the perfect carpeting for our basement! They installed it the next day & the prices are very resonable! I reccommend Carpet Warehouse to anyone that needs carpet or flooring!

This is an absolutely TERRIBLE COMPANY who cares less what happens to people they are doing business for!! Our non profit facility hired this company to install flooring and carpeting they subcontracted the work out to a individual who had numerous theft and felony charges against him. Artistic carpet AKA carpet warehouse also gave this individual a key to our building. The worker ended up making a copy of our key and came into our building and stole over 5,000 dollars worth of material. This individual was found guilty and went to jail for what he did. At no time did the owner of this company call us, we were never reimbursed for the items that were stolen by this person who they gave our key to. This company even called our facility threatened us with a lawsuit because of the review that we have written. I will continue to write these reviews regarding this company so that others can BEWARE, of what happened to us .

Large selection, great prices.

Once they get your money, theyre done with you! We bought carpet and tile for an entire 3-bedroom house. They got the wrong transition strips. Not only wouldnt they get us the right ones, they wouldnt refund the cost either. Sam gave us excuse after excuse, but no money. A $130 refund and a little customer service would have saved them a bad review, but they Just. Dont. Care.Discount prices - but you get what you pay for - discount service.

Sam made this a bad experience from day one, he insulted me by telling me I couldnt measure a room correctly, then he shows up to measure without a tape measure,he sent installers here without all the carpeting, Im passed.
