Came back from overseas with a new phone. Existing T-Mobile data card wouldnt fit. Perfect service. New card installed in less then 5 minutes. Location is located on the lower level of Tower City.

I was asked to pay $25 for exchange of SIM card (need different size). Store manager (Brian Cunningham) refused to give it for free or at least reduce price to match $10 sim from Amazon. Ive called customer service and they offered to ship new sim for free without any questions!
