I would like to say Thank you so much to Sam he was so very nice to us and fixed our I pad mini 4 especially during this crazy pandemic. He took his time to explain to us what the better options was for our screen to be fix, we will definitely use Z wireless in the future.

We had a last minute phone emergency. We were flying out of town and the phone that my husband ordered online as a gift didnt arrive like it was supposed to. We were calling around trying to find another the night before. Sam really went out of his way to help us and give us a good deal. He even tried his best to match the pricing we got online. The man was odd! He had his cell phone out the whole and kept looking at it and the computer! It even sounded like he took a pic of either my husband or me. Well never go there again! VERY UNCOMFORTABLE!!!!
