I cant put into words how impressive the end product always is, from a wedding bouquet or centerpiece all the way to a sympathy arrangement. I always recommend them to everyone I know. The wedding flowers were beautiful! We had a small wedding and I ordered a bouquet, flower crown and boutonniere. Everything looked great and I received many compliments on them, it was a short notice order after another vendor fell through and they were able to squeeze me in with no problem. The communication with Lori was excellent and we were very happy!

Urban Orchid impressed me so much! They were so kind and easy to work with. This was my first time I ever got flowers not at a grocery store (give me some credit, at least Im trying to be classier), and I wasnt sure how the process went. I called, gave them my budget (which was on the low end of custom bouquets), and asked for a standard bouquet, designers choice. The result was incredible. They made the most gorgeous, full, special bouquet for my retiring teacher and I couldnt be more pleased. The picture doesnt do it justice. I will never go back to the grocery store for any flower needs--only Urban Orchid :) You should do the same, you will not regret it, such a good value.

We worked with Brandon and Jeff and they were professional, creative and great to work with. Brandon helped me create my vision and brought it to life.I loved that Brandon knew my venue and suggested having different sizes of centerpieces to bring some depth and height to the room. He was also very attentive and realistic with me about my budget. We ended up doing some tall pieces with greenery, some floral arrangements, and some three-candle stick votive combos.My bouquet was beyond anything I could have imagined. I loved it so much. When I arrived at the reception I was blown away. I ordered flowers for my friends birthday from Urban Orchid since I live on the west coast and wanted to surprise her. First off, Ill say that the bouquet was delivered on time and it made her day. However, when I was explaining what I wanted on the phone on Friday, the woman I was speaking with cut me off and told me that she was a designer and knew what she was doing. I left the conversation feeling like it was going to be off. Unfortunately, my intuition was right and the flowers are not what I had envisioned. Considering I spent quite a bit of money on them, I am disappointed. I really really wish they would have taken time to hear me out because I even offered to send photos of arrangements they did that I loved and to give more details on types of flowers Id like to include. Massive bummer.

We had used Urban Orchid to supply our wedding bouquets, boutonnières, and corsages. For the most part we were happy! The staff at Urban Orchid was very friendly and quick to respond to messages. They recommended beautiful flowers to create what we were looking for, and were flexible when we wanted to make a few modifications to the sample bouquet we received. Also extremely affordable compared to other florists! If you go through here be sure to confirm the flowers in the order prior to the event, as we had emailed them discussing that we did not want particular flowers/ berries in our bouquets and though they confirmed via email that these would not be included, the wrong flowers were still in the bridesmaid bouquets on the wedding day. Also though we were careful with the bridal bouquet, large pieces of flowers fell out throughout the day.

This is my go to spot for flowers. When I worked in the mission it was easy. Now working in the South Bay and living on the peninsula I havent found a place even close. So its worth a special trip just to bring home a bouquet that the team at Ampersand puts together. Budget friendly with unusual flowers and beautiful arrangements. Found these guys the same as you, with a Google search. Didnt know what to expect, but they put together an absolutely beautiful Valentines bouquet and delivered it promptly. Theyre not the cheapest florist, but you get what you pay for.

Ive ordered flowers twice from here. Neither time did they do the color palette I requested. The second time, I asked for white roses, white lilies, with touches of blue or purple, and I got a clashing mess of orange, blue, purple, and yellow. They didnt even try to do what I asked. Ill go somewhere else next time.

I cant say enough good things about Kaitlin and Urban Orchid. We had very colorful flowers for our wedding on Cinco de Mayo in a barn (bright corals, oranges, pinks, yellow, greens, succulents, etc). I was very nervous about such colorful flowers looking tacky or circus-like but they designed the most beautiful bouquets and arrangements for our wedding. They were just the right amount of color without being too much. Each centerpiece was unique which was really cool. We did a mix of larger 9x9 boxes on some tables and a trio of 3x3 boxes on other tables which fit the DIY-ish style of the barn venue perfectly. The made 2 beautiful urns for the chapel and decorated the pews with beautiful flowers and ribbon. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and unique the flowers were. I dont think I could have possibly loved them more. Ive also learned about a lot of really cool flowers in the process (it was fun to have so many different kids incorporated in everything). The prices seemed very reasonable as well, considering the large variety of flowers we included.
