Very helpful guy behind the counter. Had everything I needed, he gave me some suggestions on how to fix what I was trying to fix, and I was really surprised at how low the prices were, for being a small business. Definitely chose this store over any chain, any day.

They have so much, if you cant find it, just ask, they probably have it. They make it easy to support your local hardware store.

Walt and his crew are the best. Prices are incredible too. Stay away from big box stores and just go to Torch.

VERY COURTEOUS!I live in Rocky River and these people are worth a little bit of a ride to get past the big box stores. Ask a question get an answer, they have all the parts for my projects around the house.Plumbing, electric, yard one stop shopping. bought a replacement switch, socket, toilet valve and seats for my faucets.

VERY RUDE NASTY staff. Was exasperated at me asking for a particular size tap. After that I decided to look on my own. Finally he asked what I was looking for. I told him again... He made a rudimentary attempt to locate it then NOPE... I will never spend my time or money in that store again. The rudeness for no reason to a paying customer is uncalled forAnd by the way.. I WALKED ACROSS THE STREET. . TO NAPA... not only did they have what I wanted they were friendly and professional ... I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO NAPA
