Matts great in both thoroughness and ability to troubleshoot. He definitely went the extra mile getting my incredibly complex pc build to work. He is a busy guy, but he let me know what he was doing each step of the way. I really appreciate the time and effort getting my machine up and running. FYI, I had a new Ryzen 5000 CPU that needed to be put into a mobo (bios updated), along with multiple rgb fans, an aio cooler, and a rtx 3090. Ill reach out to him again for my next build.
