I want to recognize Kaila for her prompt, friendly, efficient/effective and professional attitude in helping me with my sale. I was there (Clinton, MD Staples) on Tues, 9/2, to have a copy made of a laminated document. The copy came out better than I expected, so I asked to have it laminated also. She gave me choices for pickup; I selected after 2hrs - same day.Upon my return, there was a line. Once I was one from being the next customer, she spotted me, called me up with my laminated copy in hand!!! Boy was I happy πReturned on Thurs for another copy of same document. Kaila remembered some form of my name and started readying my orderβ¦(exact same order including lamination). I need to say she was working alone handling several customers at the same time without neglecting anyoneβs attention.I picked up my 2nd copy today/Sat, and Kaila again remembered who I was!!!π Again, I was happy dealing with her. Staff in the printing department are very unhelpful. I went into the store and inquired about printing services and was told to submit my template via their email address. I came home and did just that then called to verify receipt. I was told βwe donβt accept printing services through the email you have to go on staples.com.... ok ... I did that but needed some additional direction I was told βmam there is a chat option available on the website or you can come into the store. I was literally there just a few minutes ago. How does procedure change that quick???Complete waste of my time and horrible customer service π
I only come in here to mass print for my job. Every time I go in Niecey in the printing departmentis always working hard trying to meet the demands of clients asking questions and taking care of other tasks. All while helping clients in the self service section. She helped me to refill my printer all while tending to customers. She is true multi tasker all while maintaining great customer service! She even helped me with putting my prints in a box so they wouldnt fly away (it was windy that day!). Ill keep coming back as long as she works that section. She does a great job and it reflects great for Staples.
A BIG shout out & thank you to sales associate Charles, who provided exemplary customer service today. I was looking for a product that I could not find. I asked Charles who directed me to an aisle. After not finding what I needed, I continued to wander the store. As I was leaving, Charles ran up to say that not only had he found the product but he took it to the register for me. Charles made my day. Thank you!
Worst experience ever. The customer service is something i cant even put into words. the manager kadejah is incompetent. Her staff unprofessional. I have a cooperate account and give staples a lot of business. After the service i receive today i will definitely look to taking my business elsewhere.
Their customer service is abysmal. Slow, rude, and demanded that I accept a botched print job, or pay more for them to redo it. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. 0/5
Its Sunday and not many customers, but even though I paid an express print fee I find myself waiting here for over 39 minutes. Two other people got helped and Ive already paid. Not mad, but not happy either.

*****Telephonic Customer Service Review*****I have never been to this UPS location or this Staples. However, I called here very recently to ask a general question. I spoke with Ms. Diamond. Ms. Diamond was extremely professional and courteous and she also possesses Excellent Customer Service/ Customer Care Skills. In fact, Ms. Diamond saved me a lot of invaluable time based on her response to my inquiry and I really appreciated/appreciate her assistance.
Worst service ever, I was on hold for 50 minutes to ask a simple question, when time finally came for me to ask my questions I said βhi I wanted to know if you guys hadββββ the RUDE lady on the phone said βNO WE OUT!β And hung up and I couldnβt even finish my sentence! 0/10 worst place ever!

Horrible customer service. I went to simply print and their printer ran out of paper so only the first half of my pages printed. There was no way they could help me print the second half of my document. They they told me I was charged only for the pages that did print as though I should be content with that. Wasnt worth the aggravation of dealing with their unprofessionalism to remedy the situation because they didnt care to tell me how I could print the second half of my document. The woman insisted she couldnt help me without looking at the documents which were confidential because it was a tax document with multiple security numbers. I covered the social security numbers on the last page that was printed and she just rolled her eyes. If you need to print, find somewhere else to go.
Theres a new air in the store, give them a try! This Staples is under new management! I needed help with a paper purchase and the Sales Associate and new Manager stepped right up to help me! Im a happy customer!
Staff werent very helpful, first time in a very long time having to copy docs -- long story short the cashier was very abrupt ended getting assistance from another customer..I needed to copy both sides of my ID on a single print out... meanwhile there was no one to help, even though the cashier told me she or someone would help.. I was literally 6 or 7 steps away from the cashier kiosk...long story short Im going to office depot from here on out!!
On Monday.I went to Staples to pick up a plastic mat for my office chair. The size that I needed was not in stock. My salesperson Jeremiah offered to check to see if they had it and when they didnt he offered to order it for me online. He provided excellent customer service. I really enjoyed my experience there.
There is not much customer assistance at this venue. The first time I visited there was an employee sitting on the floor in one of the aisles taking inventory. She didnt look too busy to me however. I was looking for a specific presentation binder and after searching myself I still couldnt find it. I asked this lady and she simply pointed and said to look somewhere else. I guess the concrete floor felt better than her actually getting up to help me.Before my second visit I was searching around for a UV counterfeit money pen. I found that this product was avaliable/in-stock at this particular store while looking online. I still wanted to call and make sure. However no one answer the phone. I ended up making the trip and thankfully the product was in-stock. If it werent for the fact that the venue is clean and they do keep supplies readily available Id give this place 2 stars.If all you need are supplies, without ANY assistance or customer service, then youll definitely find it here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a self service area. I was able to use the paper cutter with no charge. I found all the items I wanted to complete my celebration invitations.
Today I put an order in for business cards. The process was simple and I was told it would be ready by 8 30. I showed up to find out that my order was cancelled and I received no notification of the issue. When I arrived Josh fixed the issue in little to no time and saved my whole order. Shout out to Josh for awesome customer service.

I wish I could give them less than 1 star! Worst customer service ever! I called in to the store to find out how long printing would take before placing my order. I was told 1 to 2 hours. I planned on arriving approximately 2.5 hours after thr order to account for any delays. I drove 45 minutes to the store only to find out (by the same person who answered the phone) that the order would not be ready until the next day. Very unpleasant staff and not very accommodating at all even though the error was on their part. Never shopping at the Clinton location again.This is the second time Ive had a bad experience here. Back in February, I came to get business cards printed and waited for four hours. Whatever you do, stay away from this place. There are Staples stores all over, try another one!!!

This Staples has the worst print and copy team that I have ever encountered. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS HERE . I visited this store two days in a row and each time I was told to come back to the store at a later time because I wanted to print out a colored photo that I sent thru the print and marketing email, but they were backed up on orders and said that they would not be able to fulfill my order. An order that I sent in six hours prior to arriving at my he store. Then on the third day that I went back I tried to scan photos to get sent thru my email and I was told again that they were to busy so they referred me to the self service kiosk but I only had cash and I was told β I donβt know what to tell you we donβt have any cardsβ therefore I was unable to scan my pictures.
Worse job I ever had the store manager constantly lied to me and gossiped about the staff . Itβs a very negative environment and the bathrooms were disgusting. I will never walk into this store again.

Customer Service is poor at the Staples in Clinton, at least in the Copy Center area on the day I went there. There were at least 3-4 employees behind the counter. Not one of them looked up. Not one of them acknowledged me or assured me that I would be waited on shortly. It was like I was invisible. I waited in line for 8-9 minutes When a female employee finally turned her attention to me, she was not at all friendly or welcoming. Very apathetic. No smile, and she spoke in a mumble which I could barely hear even though I was standing right in front of her. She robotically answering my questions, but the machine needed to do my job was broken, so I went away feeling very unsatisfied. I left the store but returned shortly to ask one more question. Another customer was ahead of me. We both stood there for several minutes more while being completely ignored. I decided Id had enough and left. The other customer is probably still waiting there. Maybe there are better days, but this day made me feel like I never want to do business there again.
Inaccurate store hours posted on google results. Currently a non-holiday weekday and they are closed at 9pm. The sign outside the storefront reports 9pm closing, not 10pm as shown by google. Correct this, three customers have just come and gone with incorrect expectations.

I use Staples frequently for fax services. Now when you use Visa card for payment theres a minimum charge on your card of $5.00 I dont want excess charges or holds on my card.I cancelled the transaction.

The tech service was horrible. I put my laptop in on thursday at noon. Called to check on it on Monday and nothing done Tuesday still nothing done. I just hab to get it back. They said it was a 3 day turn around for repairs. NOT!!!
