My cousin ordered something from here and had me pick it up for him.The service rep was very helpful and went out of their way to look the item up for me. I found out that the part that was ordered wouldnt come in for two weeks and had them put my number down.A few weeks later, I get a call and arrived at the store 5 minutes before they closed. A different rep already had my part on the counter and checked me out in less than 3 minutes.The price was also very affordable for what was purchased.

Third time back here for the same alarm problem on my 21 Tundra. I was a little upset the third visit and drove into this. Which was unfortunate because the transportation I arranged also had to wait, this is with an appointment. Hoping to see an improvement in their service.
