My car started showing all the codes at once and was having trouble starting. Took it to another autoshop in town only to be told I needed to take it to the dealership anyways but to replace the battery. I replaced the battery and took it to the dealership to find out the problem was the starter the whole time. Definitely recommend if youre tired of mediocre service and prefer to trust competent employees/mechanics. Service was great. Everyone was friendly and it didnt feel like they were just rushing to be through with you. John helped me and made sure my vehicle was taken care of, sending me updates and communicating as they went.
First time here, bought my car in July there at Honda North the service was absolutely awesome. So friendly, efficient, best experience from the time I walked in and when I was ready to leave.

Honda North is my fav! When in town from the Bay, its a must to get car serviced here. Good and honest service is very hard to come by these days, but the folks at Honda North have amazing service down to a science. I highly recommend this location.
John Barron was friendly, professional, and engaging. He gets 5 stars. My only criticism would be the scheduling. I had a10:30 appointment, and arrived promptly. John called me at 4:45 that afternoon, letting me know my Accord was second in line for service, and they likely wouldnt be able to service it until the following day. I could have run a few errands in that time. I know that with Covid, a smaller work force can be an issue, but I think Honda North could be forward-thinking in scheduling time for customer appointments.
I brought my car in and had to have my wires changed due to them being chewed through. Everyone was professional and helpful!!! I was helped by Zach and he kept me updated frequently on my car. He was even able to help get the parts expedited quicker than two weeks. I got my car back within 6 days!

The folks at the service department are always polite and friendly. I feel that they listen and understand when I try to explain an issue my vehicle may be experiencing. I have trust that they actually look for and try to resolve the issue. I usually get my vehicle near the time complete estimate. I do love that I get my car washed as well.

This is a very nice place. Jonathan Romero is really a personable and kind service technician who will patiently take the time to explain and listen. I am also grateful to the “other Jonathan” as I call him for helping me back in January with a particularly challenging problem on my vehicle. My problem couldn’t be solved because body work needs to done. By about 10:00 am the diagnostic was done and my Service Advisor explained everything to me. I wasn’t done because he wanted to talk with “Honda Care” to get their opinion on my problem.Consequently, I had to wait all day to learn that I needed to take my car to a body shop! By waiting all day that meant that I had to get my own ride from and two, since Lyft wasn’t finding any drivers,When I returned at 3:00 and paid $150, to still not have my repair done. I accept that but not that my car was like a sweat box when I got into to it and finally head home! The steering wheel was so hot I could barely touch it! By the time I got home I had heat exhaustion and felt sick!It is unfortunate that those who work at Honda North don’t consider their customers important enough to put their car somewhere NOT in DIRECT SUN for 5 hours, without any windows, even cracked!! If you want my business you will need to find a place to park cars, waiting to be picked up, somewhere out of the elements.I am disappointed after purchasing 3 cars from Honda North, that I may have to start going to a different dealership. I’d always recommend securing an appointment online. Their drive up service line is almost always packed. However, I came in for an oil change and tires rotation without an appointment and got my car back in 3 hours on a busy holiday weekend Friday. Always good service and very professional. I will ALWAYS take my Honda here for service.

The needed additional work was discovered upon inspection during a routine oil change. The added work was done on time at a reasonable cost. The staff at Honda North are always professional and easy to work with.
I had 3 keys that needed Re-keyed so can use all features of push buttons to open & start my car.It was $170 & 2 hrs; took about 3.5 hrs. Anyways, the staff are pleasant and helpful, just extra time needed.
Eric my service advisor is top notch, always professional & friendly. Only negative about the service is it took 20 minutes to get my car after I paid for the services. Not good to keep the customer waiting that long.

I have owned a Honda for many years. I bought a couple at Honda North. One at Honda North Clovis. But the other day I was really disappointed but how long it took me to get oil change which is almost proximately three hours. Recently the vehicle is in Hawaii and took less than 30 minutes to have a oil change done at $30. Here is an $89in Clovis Ca. They didn’t have the engine filter to replace so I have to go back again. Anderson’s the lady that called me couple days later was… that lady that called me was really rude! I have bought a couple vehicles down south thatNorm’s Reeve Honda, and If I choose to buy another Honda soon… I most certainly will probably with Norma’s Honda down south down south:

I have had three Honda CRV’s and over the years, I have had service at 4 Honda Service Departments. The service I received at Honda North in Clovis, CA was EXCEPTIONAL!! My Service person was such a pleasure to meet because John Barron was professional, friendly, very knowledgable and he kept me informed over the two days my car was in Honda North. It is not often you meet a special person who pulls out the stops to help you when your AC goes out in 110 degree weather. Well, for me, John Barron was that person! I hope you are paying this man enough because you do not want to lose him!I must say that I was impressed with other things at Honda North. Uber taking me home, being offered water on a hot day, other service personnel being so courteous to me and paying my bill online before picking up my vehicle! Wow! Honda North has my business as long as I live in Fresno County!
The service people were pleasant but this is the second attempt to fix the problem. The car had to be towed both times. Major hassle.

The place is super clean, and the service advisors communicate well, return phone calls, and are very professional. The prices are super high. The have kept my 2003 odyssey running but honestly, twice a year, it’s a $2,000 repair and maintenance bill. I am saving for a down payment but I alway have to use it to keep this one running.

Service is not the best. We made arrangements weeks prior so that they would have the part in for recall.and the morning of the appointment the guy tells us that he has to check to see if they have the part, that it would be quite a little bit before we could get the car back. Obviously we anticipated this and we were supposed to have a loaner which we never got. So after the fact our SRS light is still illuminated and I have very high doubt that the airbag recall was even fixed. Considering that what was going to take a substantial amount of time, now only tool 40mins....

The problem i had with the service is, it that is doesnt take 6 hours to replace the battery. I could had done it in 30 minutes if the damn car battery wasnt hidden below. I told the service guy I needed the battery change. I was 45 minutes late to work.
Went on 5/11/21 to get my 2020 Accord Serviced. They offered a complimentary car wash and it was terrible. They did no take the time to wash it properly nor dry it... If I’ve known I would have washed the car myself.
