Got my vision done after 33 years. Got my daughter done too. This guy really really knows his stuff. Hes extremely knowledgeable about his profession and has professional demeanor. You can tell he loves his job and despite the amount of people who flow in, i got seen very quickly.
My experiences there have been good so far. Ive been going to this Vision Center for over 3 years now and every time I go, the staff is friendly, the Optometrist is very good and the place is convenient inside Walmart.The only negative I can see is their selection for frames is limited and sometimes the wait time can take upwards up to 30 minutes...but when that happens, I just go shopping instead of waiting.The price is average, not too expensive and not too low. I know you can get contacts and glasses cheaper online now, but I find that its just better to physically be able to put the glasses on to try them out first before you purchase it.
My first time ever coming here and I’ve received nothing but exceptional service from everyone who helped me in this office.I didn’t receive a box of contacts in my Original order and they took care of it no problem.I would definitely recommend for exam and service. All of the staff that helped me was extremely helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
I used to really like going to this Walmart Vision Center. I have been receiving services from this location for about 10 years. However, I have noticed that somethings are changing and not improving. For instance I was down to my last pair of contact lens. I called in to place an order when the contacts got to my house they were ruined, and would not fit completely in my eye. When I called them back the woman stated it was due to the heat exposure while in delivery and did not offer a refund.On a recent note, I called in to place another contact order to have it delivered to the center. The guy who took my order over the phone asked for my card information and everything, said the contacts should arrive in about five to seven business days. After about a week I called in to check the status of the order and a woman answered stating the order was never placed. SMH. I was so disappointed I waited all this time thinking I had a pair of contacts on the way and the guy Kenneth who took my order never even processed the order. SMH. This is ridiculous on top of that they dont even have a trial I can wear in the meantime. Just pure disappointment I hope they go through some more training on customer services and processing.
Great customer service and great staff and doctors, been going there for more over 5 years, for contacts mostly and only couple of glasses
Had an absolutely amazing time here. The people were so friendly and very patient. I would recommend this vision center for any needs for glasses, exams, etc. I will most definitely be coming back for anything else I need. Totally worth the drive (:
Was talked into some progressive glasses, 457.00 cant see right, or read with them.The guy there, said I reminded him of his grandmother very stubborn. And didnt change my glasses. Ill never recommend them to anyone. Stole my money.
Maybe the other reviewer visited on a really good day, but this office was rude. I cant remember the last time I had to work so hard to get basic information from a company before. I guess they figure you are going to spend your money there or not, but are in no mood to be pleasant about the process.
Eye doctor was kind and respectful at all time. Great service. Buying the frames and glass there is expensive.
I got my prescription wrong.I came back to let them know but I never got help.I couldnt wear those glasses, just waist of time and money.
