This place has really improved over the years. Lot of brand names in furniture. Martha Stewart is now sell her goods there too. There are some clothing but you get what you pay for. Lots of home goods. It really has become a one stop shopping experience.

Its a pretty good store. Clean. Easy to find things. Organized. I always look for the dog stuff, of course. They had dog clothes but the sizes were either too big or too small for my baby. Lol. But I did find her a cute harness there bu Ellen DeGeneres. So adorable!! They have organic foods for way cheaper too.

Rare to find people who actually do more than just clock in and show up to work these days. EVERYONE in this store was so helpful. They genuinely tried to provide the best service possible. Seriously some high level customer service at this store. Ill go out of my way to come back to this location again when ever I need something from Big Lots. Thank you everyone.

The price is on the item, they charge a higher price and you dont know it till you get home. I for one Dont like it. I would not recommend them and wont be back anytime soon.

I am 47 years old and I have been patronizing Big lots for my entire life. I have some fond memories of this company but unfortunately it is dead. No longer does it have the variety of items for the value that it offered in the past. Just walk into this particular location and observe the trash in the entryway. This tells you all you need to know about the management and where the company is headed. My heart goes out to that poor girl that they have working all by herself at the cash register, while the management walk around and pretend to be busy.

One of my favorite Big lots in the county. And best of all the bathrooms are open lol

Get the best of what they have then move on to complete shopping trip after you have saved money starting your shopping trip here. This store is very clean and well stocked. Big Lots is a favorite.

The store is very nice. Very clean and much larger than the others. But, checking out is horrible. Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. I had an online order and the only place you can pick up is at front cashier. That would be ok if they had multiple cashiers but, they only had one. One extremely slow cashier and to say she wasn’t friendly is an understatement. One lady ahead of me was returning iTems with no receipt and had a cart full of items. Instead of getting my 2 items had to wait for this slow person to return 3 items and then get one item at a time out of the cart to pay. Again, horrible. I asked another store associate if they could help but they said had to wait at register. As nice as the store is, I can’t go back to that fiasco. Horrible employees!!! Guess they still wanted that stimulus unemployment.

Come here all the time; usually a good experience, but this time, one of the service reps was very rude -- the name was Jessica. We asked if there was any items in stock and she spat back, there is nothing on sale. Open your dam ears because sale is a completely different meaning than stock. Wow. Everyone else is pleasant but that one. There are millions of people unemployed that would be glad to take your place.

I like shopping there. Always new items on the shelves. Go in just to browse and always come out with thing I didnt know I needed. Fun fun.

Bought jewelry mirror on line and picked up in Clovis, supposed to come with 4 bolts, only had 3. Contacted customer service, told me to contact store, store told me to contact customer service...customer service states they have no extra bolts and i should contact store. I waited 2 years ti finally make this purchase as it is usually not in stock as advertised...only option is to return entire product or seek a replacement bolt on my own. Customer service is the worst.

I ordered a bed set in November my estimated date was January 10th, it’s been 21 days later and still no bed. This place will not call you to give you an update either you’ll need to call them to keep checking on the order of your item. I spoke to the manager on duty (Sara) and she was rude about it. She said they can’t call us to give us an update because there’s too many people and they can’t call everyone. For a place that gives you an extremely off date and has the worst costumer service I will not be buying furniture from them again. My furniture was $1400+ and all I keep hearing is that I can cancel my order. This is just ridiculous, why would I want to cancel an order I paid for and have been waiting for over 2months. I’ve wasted way too much time.

I have never loved a store more in my life. You can get literally everything for your house under budget and you can get snacks there too. People have been sleeping on big lots for way too long. And every one should take a look. The staff is also incredibly helpful and so kind. I cannot say that enough

It was very strange, I had never been to a Big Lots before, but I was after something specific. it got very bad rating onlone and I should have listened to those ratings, because it is a really weak cabinet and flimsy. the staff seemed overworked, I waited 25 minutes which is a very long time to stand in line to get my item it wasnt very busy but there was a lot of people standing in line to get there home things which is the line I had to stand in to get my flimsy cabinet. But it was organized and clean

Wow. What happened? Ten years ago I enjoyed the discounts at a messy store with cardboard boxes everywhere. Now they have quadrupled their inventory, cleaned up nicely and still lots good prices.

Larger new store!Big Lots has moved to a new location, that is bigger, more modern and very clean inside and out. Employees were very nice and helpful. I saved $2.00 off each 20 pound bag of a top name brand of cat litter. I saw a vacuum cleaner that I purchased at Home Depot for $120.89, that was $89.99 at Big Lots.Very convenient location next to Lowes... same side of the street. I will return more frequently now.

I have mix emotions! This is the new store in Clovis so it is very nice and put together very well all of the associates are very friendly unfortunately the prices are a bit high for a Big Lots I find I can find the same exact items for about half the price so not so great. I also hear through the infamous Grapevine that theres a lot of turnover already at this Clovis store with the representatives/ cashiers. Unfortunately they arent giving a whole lot of hours so this means great cashiers and representatives here-today-gone-tomorrow invest in your employees the ones that you already have with more time and you will keep them or you will have turn over turn over turn over.

I gave 2 stars because they werent on point with cleaning the carts properly.

I have been to several stores for toys for my grandkids, Big Lots had a great variety, excellent prices, name brands like Hot Wheels & Barbie, fun toys, games, so needless to say my grandkids are going to have a very ha ha happy Merry Christmas!!! For having a good comments you need to train your workes first to give a good customer service i went this morning to buy some items i get a toilet paper when they charch me $ 2.00 when the price in the parquet said $1.88 i told to the cashier charch 2.00 when it said $1.88 ok the guy he did his job calling the supervisor to came and fix that she came and so the price and maked a comment DO YOU CALLME JUST FOR .20 CENTS ? IT WASNT . 20 CENTS IT WAS 40 BECAUSE I HAD 2 2PAQUETES,well the reason it not the, 20cents is her Comments in front a customer plus if you change your prices be sure all prices be mark before ypu put it in the shelf do your job like a manager o supervisor she said her Comment turned around and left not even say sorry for they mistakes verry dissatisfied thanks
