I visited Family Dollar on West 21st St its close to my apartment and I like the staff there. Very nice people and they wear the masks its a big deal to me. I dont want to catch Covid19 because someone was irresponsible.

When walmarts to packed dg the next best thing and every Saturday they offer coupons to save 5 of 20 or more......

Does this Dollar General ever NOT have problem?. It doesn’t matter the time or day they are Always either having issues with the card readers or the system in general. You’d think as sorry as they pay their employees they’d be able to fixes what ever needs done.

Customer service has certainly gone down hill. I get we are all facing difficult times. However if you are a manager and utter remarks under your breathe, the customers may not be the problem. If its that big of a hassle for me to make purchases at your store, I can certainly find a business that wants my money and isnt upset about getting to work.

At this particular time I was shopping for cough medicine in which they keep in a display area that makes it easier to find. The display have a safty alarm and very convenient.

Went in for Dr pepper and got the cops called on me for taking about God but Im a atheist.

Went in looking for something that says is in stock in store, couldnt find it anywhere so I went looking for an associate. I called out miss? And she looked at me, then walked away. I called out again while walking towards her and she stood there, I got to her and showed her what I was looking for. She said we dont have those. Check the other store. I asked another associate her name and she said Courtney, so if thats really her name, Courtney needs some manners and to be retrained.

Good Store .Great Employees,But the Manager at the 21st Location is prejudiced against who SHE hires!!Applied 3 Times,Only to be told by Employees who work there that The hiring manager has a Illegitimate Beef!
