Just a horrible company. Fails to update information, always late and you can never communicate with anyone. Sad to say USPS is more reliable. If USPS discontinued assisting this company they would probably disappear. JUST HORRIBLE.

Me shipment has been at their location for 2 days I get it you are busy but finally it shows it is out for delivery at 6am and by 11am it says that the package is being sent back to the facility and the delivery date got pushed back another 3 days. Just garbage service called them to see why it was being sent back and the lady was just clueless on the phone

Reading the rest of the reviews I see Im having the same experience as others. Tracking says attempted delivery. Ive been home all day and My phone # is on the address line. I called the customer care twice and still the package was not delivered though it was express delivery. The driver doesnt even call on the mobile number mentioned on the package. I get all packages from UPS at my door step, FEDEX service here is worst. I had to uber to pick the package myself. Unprofessional and unethical.

They deliver my packages to the wrong address on a completely different street everytime. I called multiple times about this, & they still do it. They enjoy miss delivering packages & people not getting their stuff, its a joke to them & management lets them get away with it.

Driver must have stole my package. They changed the delivery out 2 days. Then changed it back the next day saying it was delivered the day before but I was home when they said it was delivered. No driver stopped at my house. Shady Fresno drivers.

Great staff even though we came 30 min before closing, the staff where very friendly and quick with the process. Clean FedEx location. Having bilingual employees really helps its customers that much more. Great job staff, keep it up!

So frustrated, I was out of the country when my package was attempting to get delivered. When I went to pick up from this location, apparently they let someone un authorized pick up my package. I don’t understand how this has happened without my ID. I had 2 packages from the same shipper, only 1 is missing. This makes no sense.

I’m so done with fedex! Every time I’m waiting for a package with notifications on. They say they tried to delivery but no one was here. So they left! This has happened twice! That whole purpose of online buying is to get delivery! I don’t want to keep going to fed ex every time especially with this pandemic! No notifications saying someone was here! This is ridiculous

If I could rate zero stars I would. Reading the rest of the reviews I see Im having the same experience as others (8/2020). Tracking says attempted delivery. Two days in a row. Hogwash. Ive been home all day with my front door in view. My phone # is on the address line. So exactly how does FEDEX define an attempt? Obviously not the same definition i would use. They charge extra money for expedited delivery then dont deliver on time with false excuses. Unprofessional and unethical.

I will NEVER ship any more packages with FedEx based on how terrible package delivery is in the Fresno Area. We have had every package shipped with FedEx get delayed for no reason. Without fail. Deliveries are attempted (at least according to the online tracking) but no person actually shows up at our house. Or drivers claim we have moved when obviously this is not true.

Terrible service! Says delivery was attempted at 9:26pm when it’s completely dark and I have cameras, so I verified it was never attempted nor should it have been at that time of night!!! I paid for 2 day shipping on the 17th of sept 2020 and here we are on the 22nd still no delivery!!!! Absolutely ridiculous, after tracking it sat in the Clovis building all day never made it out and FedEx falsely says it attempted delivery!!

I have talked with customers. As I am typing this, my order arrived, a month late, the box is destroyed. I wonder how the TV is inside? They could not tell me where this TV was ever. They will not deliver the packages. I have to pick them up every time. Every single package has not been deliver at home because it says I am not home even though we stay home all day once it says the package will be delivered that day. When I go pick them up, they cant never find the package because they say it was not placed where it should have been. The drivers that deliver the packages are unreliable.

Staff was extremely rude. I paid for 2 day shipping and driver delivered to wrong address. Now I have to pay 40& for overnight shipping and FedEx didn’t help at all. Drivers get away with being negligent on deliveries.

Paid for a Friday delivery, Thursday fedex changes the date to Monday. Call them Friday morning and request to pick item up since they cannot make delivery date. Informed package is in a container and they will not do it for one item. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service.

Ive been awake since 8am it is now 1230 in the afternoon and have not gotten one knock on my door. was notified Id have to go into the nearest facility or my delivery would be delayed till next business day. I paid for 2 day shipping and still have to pick my package up? Drivers do not make enough effort to deliver a package.i live in an apartment complex and whenever I see the fedex truck, they will never try to come inside and deliver my package. I can tell they did not make the effort because usually a slip of paper would be left by the door saying they came and no one was home. However this did not happen recently (1/17/20) I received the excuse of the weather restricting the driver from delivering my package even though it was sunny all day with no drop of rain. Rather then having to wait until Monday to have my package delivered, I wanted to pick it up today on a Saturday morning which they are open. Instead I was unable to because it was restricted. If I had the option to have my package be delivered by ups or usps I would. FedEx is horrible.

YOU NEED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER.Im super glad this place exists. I get home after delivery hours and I love how they return the package here instead of the post office. No real lines but YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED YOUR TRACKING NUMBER. Its ridiculous how many people come in without it and then get mad when the workers say they need it.

Will say anything to get you off the phone. Will not help. Don’t follow through with promises. Have no clue where a package is and provide conflicting information on delivery estimates between customer service representatives and even between their app messages, text messages, and email messages. Go with Brown (UPS) if at all possible.

They tried a delivery and left a tag to pick up package after12 pm at the branch office. The driver gave the package to another route driver for a second attempt instead of returning it to the office like the tag said. I had to insist on tracking down the driver to retrieve my package on that day. Waisted half a day because they didnt follow their own directions.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Elliot is awful to us every time he tries to delivery something to the jewelry store inside Fashion Fair mall. He never works with us and doesnt care about our customers. He constantly says he doesnt have time for us and refuses to work with us. I think it might be a personal problem he has with the store which is extremely unprofessional.
