Good service, excellent work they got it going

Went to Best Buy to have my desktop looked at on a tuesday. “Sorry sir you’ll have to make an appointment to drop it off, next one we have it’s Friday”. So I said screw that and looked up a local place, went with him and he had it DONE by Friday when Bestbuy just wanted me to come back in with it so they could LOOK at it and probably have to ship it somewhere else for another $50 + the repair and waste another week or two.He also fixed stuff I didn’t even say anything about. Couldn’t recommend them enough. You’ve made a life long customer, thank you guys.

My power supply on my 10+ year old PC was bad. I went to have it it repaired so I could get my pictures off the hard drive.They went above and beyond to copy my hard drive to a new PC. Prices were very affordable. Would definitely use again.Thanks!

Steven was really nice and professional. He fixed my computer and spent a lot of time explaining and teaching me what my prob was. VERY affordable. He helped me sort out what my next rig might be. I will be coming back and having these guys build my next rig.

Make this your first stop for all of your computer problems. I had an Asus gaming laptop that my old computer guy said was unrepairable (broken screen/hinge and severed wifi antennas). Compu-tek had a replacement screen and antennas installed and had it looking like it was right out of the box within a week. The price was reasonable too.

Phenomenal customer service, reasonably priced, and speedy service.My experience: My old gaming computer crapped out. The son Stephen(father & son business) explained what had gone wrong & that it couldnt be saved. I signed a contract for a new gaming desktop with affordable payments. Sometimes I would be late a few days on payments, but explained why beforehand & wasnt charged a late fee. When I lost my job & no longer could afford the payments, they were very understanding & let me out of the contract without any penalty fees, using my credit accrued to buy a cheaper laptop w/ Microsoft Office installed to be used for school. If you need your system to be repaired, upgraded, or just looking to buy your first, there is no better place in the area to go!

Staff was very personable and eager to help. My lap top is close to 6 years old and got a virus. They were able to clean it and get it running back up to speed at a very affordable price!

Horrible service. Called about pc not being able to connect to the net. Specifically told them that the ethernet controller driver needs to be installed/updated. They checked it out and said that it had a lot of viruses so that was probably the problem as to why it wouldnt connect, since it connected to the net for them. Got my pc back 2 days later and $150 less in the bank account ( what they charged me to clean the viruses )Still not connecting to the internet. Spent 6 hrs. that night trying to fix it myself, then another 4hrs the next day. Working on computers aint my thing. Next day, my kids mother fixed it in 30 minutes. So, next time I have an issue with my pc, Ill be going to the kids mother for help, not CompuTek0.

Awesome service at a great price! Took in my laptop because it was cutting off all the time and running slow. The guys at compu-tek1 had it running better then new in no time. Would highly recomend these guys to anyone having computer trouble.
