Good folks! My family and I were in a major collision. When the first auto body shop bailed on the insurer, Mid Atlantic did a phenomenal job with our Suburban. Great analysis, professional staff, and very accommodating. Highly recommended!!
Took my jag to get a few dents that someone caused. Mark was great. Very friendly and professional. The dents are gone. Looks like they were never there. Would definitely recommend going there if you need body work for your car

I had a very positive experience with Mid-Atlantic Collision Center. My adjuster, Mark, kept me updated throughout my car repair process and was very pleasant to communicate with. My repairs were completed by the due date promised and my car looked brand new after all repairs were done to my rear bumper and muffler. They also dealt with all the insurance related nuances, which was a huge relief not having to be the middle man in this. The overall customer service experience was excellent with everyone I spoke with. I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Collision Center for your car repair needs.

Great workmanship and great people
Unfortunately Ive been very unlucky and have been in several accidents. Ive gone to numerious repair facilities and Frankel Mid Atlantic was the best experience Ive had by far! Dropped my car off and it was a breeze! They handled everything. Called me a few times to give me updates, I even had the opertinity to meet the manager- I think his name was Jimmy Adams.... he made me feel super at ease and fully confident! I wouldnt go anywhere else!!!! A+++

My family have used this company on several occasions. The first repair went flawless and for that reason we chose to use them again after accidents and out of pocket repairs. The last 2 times we have to reschedule for do-overs of the initial repairs they did which was not up to par.We can not recommend this place because of the poor workmanship. They also disregard any damages which are pointed out to them and after that nothing happens.Update as of 12/29/16Company lives up to their warranties and provide very good service. Very quick repair times. Will now recommend to use.

Id give this place no stars if it would let me!!! After having my insurance say they wouldnt pay to fix my car i was told by a empolye at the shop to come get my car off there lot. I guess they assumed there was no money in it for them so instead of being offered a repair service through them and then just paying them to fix it they choose to be rude and unhelpful. Thanks for nothing. Great business model people!!

I am VERY disappointed with the service I received here. My car needed a new bumper, grill, headlight and some work on the hood and fender. There was also a large part behind it all that needed changing.I had to go back 2 times for my hood, which had paint issues on the edge, as well as the metal being very roughly straightened. They got it to an OK look on the 3rd try, but the first time I was told it was being fixed, and upon going to pick up, I noticed nothing had changed.Upon further inspection I noticed a large part that needed changing was either NOT replaced, or broken on installation. It was very clear. Also, there were problems with the clear coat on the bumper in several spots, so that needed sanding and reworking.I am currently awaiting to have these issues fixed, which I was told would happen by Thursday.The overall installation of the parts was good, but these are bolt on parts that require very little skill and ability to install.Positive:They kept the aftermarket parts I asked for them to keep, and from what I can tell so far the blend job on the hood is pretty good. The parts ordered were OEM and new. After pointing out the problems, they have been pretty decent about getting it fixed, but accept no responsibility on their end. Instead, blaming the parts manufacturer.I do not expect perfection with things like this, and even understand having to go back once. However, Having to go back as many times as I have had to, as well as the dirt, dust and grime they had left ALL over my interior makes this a very low review.I do not expect to ever come back here once I am finished with my current problems, and would definitely not recommend this to others. It is a Geico affiliated Shop, so if you have Geico the work is covered and warranted. Thus, these fixes and replacements are free of charge, just like they are for me. Still, I do not recommend this.

If they even bothered to do a headlamp alignment, its not matched up with the other lamp assembly. Im going to try to fix it myself but Im pretty annoyed that after two weeks and $3,000+ Im going to have to take it back there so they can get it right.
