My husband purchased some carbon fiber mirror caps for his BMW and stopped in to SDR. We were referred to them by a detailing company we use. The receptionist Robbin was great to work with she hooked us up with Jim Hobson and he installed them within minutes! Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Professional personnel, What more could you ask for!

I must say that the recent experience I had with SDR Collision Center was by far my best experience ever with a body shop for car repairs. From the time I walked through the door to have my vehicle looked at and an estimate written, I knew my repair would be Simply Done Right! Jim who wrote my estimate and followed my repair through to fruition was most knowledgeable and professional and made sure my vehicle was returned to brand new condition. Robin at the front desk was also most helpful and made sure I got the information I needed during my repair. I will use SDR Collision Center for all future repairs and refer them out to anyone needing a top notch collision center.

Absolutely great service! I came in for a side mirror replacement. The staff was very kind, Robin the receptionist had a very vibrant and positive attitude, and Steve was quick to assess the car and the damaged side mirror. He assured me of a quick turn around time and to my surprise my car was ready for pick up in less than 48hours. They went the extra mile for me, even as far as giving me a ride to enterprise car rentals when my pick up was delayed. I am thrilled that I was able to find SDR Collision Center! After having numerous bad experiences with body shops and paint repair centers over the years, I came upon SDR through a referral and it is by far the best experience I have ever had with a Body Shop/Collision Center. I am meticulous about my car and they have done beautiful, METICULOUS work on it twice now. I scratched the side and damaged the mirror pretty badly a few years ago and the repair job they did on the paint was flawless! I returned today to have a new scratch looked at and Steve Dickerson was so helpful; and while I thought I was just going in for an estimate, he came back and had it finished- not only quickly -but once again flawlessly. I cannot recommend this establishment enough, I will not go anywhere else for paint or body work repairs. Thank you Steve!

I got into an pretty decent accident with my beloved E46 M3 a few months back and it was pretty smashed up. I brought it here as it was recommended by a few friends. Their service and professionalism went above and beyond. Everything was fantastic from the people in the office to the actual repair technicians. I was receiving constant updates from Al about the status of my car. He also answered any questions/requests I had promptly. When I came to pick it up, the repaired areas looked better than factory. The repair on my door was unnoticeable and the new panels looked great. I noticed I had a small issue with my AC soon after the repair. I called these guys back and they immediately offered to remedy their issue. Ive spent a decent amount of time in the office and got the pleasure to work with Robin and Jim. Both have been super helpful with getting this resolved and scheduling a time for me to come by. Also Robin makes a great hot chocolate --also huge shout out to Steve for letting me have some of his marshmallows to go along with it

The front of my truck and the suspension was damaged with a run in with some deer! SDR did a great job in repairing the damage and when the repair took longer than expected, they were able to help me with the extension on my rental car when the insurance company wouldnt. They are my go to body shop in this area.They might be pricey somehow but at the end you get what you pay for. Best body shop ever. My brand new Acura looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I would have to say I would have never thought almost ten thousand dollars in repairs that I would find something out of place but they are on point and did a perfect job. I had my bumper replaced after hitting a deer. Simple job done right. It was everything else that impressed me. They called the car rental to meet me at this location, periodic calls to inform me of the progress, and when I picked up my truck it was detailed inside and out. I will absolutely use SDR again.

The staff were pleasant and helpful when initially calling to schedule my repairs. With the pandemic underway I didnt have high expectations for getting my vehicle back quickly. Al was amazing, called twice a week to keep us updated on the progress. I appreciated the follow-up. Lastly, they did a great job repairing the drivers side of my SUV from where a deer ran into it!

I visited SDR today to obtain a repair quote for a minor door ding I received in a parking lot. The woman who answered the phone met me at my vehicle and assessed the situation. Based on her expertise, she did not feel a formal service was needed. In fact, she felt they could probably easily remove the scuff in the parking lot. A gentleman came out of the office with a rag and a bottle of solution and removed the scuffs with no issue! They did not charge me a penny either, despite the fact that I would have happily paid. I will recommend this business for here on out. Good old fashioned customer service still exists! Thank you SDR!!!

Bodywork from Geico claim on my 2020 Tacoma. Fast, great communication, extra parts were accidentally shipped them from manufacturer and SDR allowed me to keep the parts. I dont plan on hitting something in the future, but I would certainly go back for other services.

Geico recommended this shoo and I truly regret leaving my car with this team. First of all, my car sat for approximately 2 weeks before any work was done. After calling the lead mechanic multiple times, I then had to place multiple calls with Geico’s claim representative, who was also a piece of work, in order to get the work started. Once the repairs were finally completed and I took my car home, I noticed that my car’s upholstery was detached and I also noticed bubbles forming under the paint, which have gotten progressively worse. Because of the horrible paint job, I now have to spend hundreds of dollars to get my car repainted. I kind of feel that the team purposely destroyed my car because of the complaints that were made to the lead mechanic and the claims representative just to get the work done on my car. I really don’t want to believe this but I think that it could be.

The insurance claim associated with this work was pretty tricky. Caleb did a great job of coordinating everything with the insurance company, and also keeping me in the loop. The work looked brand new. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be at this shop again if work is needed in the future.
