Came in for a 65,000 mile maintenance service on my 2013 Audi Q5 3.0 V6. A low mileage (60,000miles odometer reading) used car that I want to maintain just like the first owner did. I really was impressed by the service they did on my car.It was quick and fast, upfront cost right away, no surprises. And very reasonable too! Luxury service at budget friendly cost. I highly recommend this dealership. Online appointment is all it takes. Im definitely going back to get a new set of tires from them. Theyve already given me an estimate and they are very competitively priced just right. Audi cars taken cared of by Audi experts. Thats just appropriately right!

The service staff was very courteous, efficient and helpful! The work was done for the agreed price and time. My only issue was that while the waiting area had coffee and beverages, plenty of space there was also background noise with a television that almost no one watches. For those of us who want to get quality work or reading done rather than mindlessly waste time it would be great if they provided a quiet waiting area.

Audi sent me a high AutoNation Certified Offer for your A4 after giving them my VIN, mileage and pictures. Then, when I came in, they kept me there for a long time and lowballed me, saying brakes needed work or other made up reasons. Very dishonest.
This past Friday I had an issue with my vehicle. I was able to speak to someone over the phone, or female, in the service department. Unfortunately she did not take my problem seriously and and put me in a very uncomfortable position.Around 530 I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by another employee name Matt in the service department. I communicated with Matt my dissatisfaction and he could see that I was upset. He listen to me, listen to my problem, and immediately started to figure out how to solve my problem. He was courteous kind and showed empathy. I was able to leave my vehicle with him and he was able to find me a loaner vehicle so that I could continue on with my day and errands during the weekend.I came there very upset and I left after dealing with Matt very satisfied. Matt went above and beyond and for that I am ever grateful. He sent me a text to let me know the status of the repairs to my vehicle and when it would be completed. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle Matt was not there; I was a bit saddened because I wanted to thank him in person and tell him that I appreciate all his efforts.The female person that I spoke to on the phone did not exemplify the customer care and customer service of AutoNation of Hunt Valley. I’m not sure why she felt the need to make me feel unimportant but Matt is the superstar return my experience From a poor one to a great one.I wish there were thousand Matt’s because he again took the reins, solved my problem and did it with a smile.Regards,Patrick

When shopping for a new SUV for my wife a few months back, we stopped by Audi Hunt Valley. A cocky salesmen with fiberglass hair named Blaine “helped” us by refusing to answer basic questions or offering a test drive, which was why we came in. I felt like I was being talked down to the entire interaction, and my wife was ignored, even though the car was for her. We bought elsewhere and love our new car.
I was amazed at how hustle free buying a car was at this location. I was also amazed at how friendly staff was, Moris connected with my teenage son and spoke to him in a language he understood, paperwork didnt take the whole day! Best car experience I ever had. Definitely will recommend this place to anyone.

He took the time to go through each and every feature of the car - he practically had the entire owners manual memorized - and despite the late night from all the people buying cars that particular evening, it was still an enjoyable experience.

Have been looking for a car for my son. He really liked one found here. I submitted the application, placed a hold on the car until Friday at 5:17 pm. We were emailing Thursday and just waiting on my son to come home from work and bring his paystubs home so I can send in. Then received an email that they sold the car I had reserved. What in the world is the point of having the option to reserve a vehicle if it means absolutely nothing. I’m so disappointed about this and wouldn’t recommend Audi Hunt Valley to anyone.
Best experience since I purchased my vehicle. The customer service was impeccable. The gentleman at the front desk was kind, thoughtful and proactive. While changing my tire, the service team discovered another tire showing signs of malfunctioning and needed changing. After the service, the gentleman ordered the tire. I was advised someone will contact me when the tire arrives.I felt like a valued customer. I hope to experience the same service in the future.

Love my Q5 and had a great experience with the buying process at Audi Hunt Valley, but service at this dealership is an expensive rip-off. First they tried to tell me I would need to buy 4 new tires when one tire had a nail in it. The tires have just 26K miles on them. Then they sent me a revised invoice after routine service for $4.80, which was for 1.2 gallons of gas for the loaner car. Their own records clearly state that I drove the loaner just 5 miles, so doing the math, apparently a brand new 2022 Q5 gets just over 4 mpg city. Its not about the $4.80 - its about not being the kind of dealer that nickel and dimes the customer at a grossly inflated rate. Such a turn off.
My experience with the sales person (David Kuchta) was great! He assisted me from end-to-end on the transaction front my initial interest, in buying a car, test driving vehicles, and the final sale process and was awesome. At no time did I feel any of the typical sales pressure. Highly recommend David as a sales person.

While I didn’t have a five star experience, I wouldn’t say it was a one star experience. I went in to look at two different models and ended up buying a Q3 while I was there. I didn’t feel pressured and I feel like I got a good deal. However when I went to leave, I discovered there was only 35 miles of gas in the tank. So a technician went to fill it up and then came back. I could also tell where they had tried to detail the car there were several spots on the door on the sides that looked like something had been sprayed but not wiped. (I didn’t discover this until the next day). I asked for someone to help me review all of the technology in the car and the person that went and got the gas did show me how to connect my phone. Apparently the lady that goes over all of that stuff is off on Wednesdays. She did call me the next day but going over things over the phone it’s just not as helpful. Before I left I was very overwhelmed and everyone was too busy to take the time to show me how to use the features on the car. The back wiper went off My entire 30 minute ride home And I couldn’t figure out how to get it turned off. I was riding down the beltway trying to figure it out with washer fluid coming out the front and then the back. When I got home I had to pull out the manual and sit in the car for a little bit just trying to familiarize myself with different things. For all the money I spent, I just wished I would’ve left there a little more prepared.I’m hoping things will be better when I need to come in for scheduled service.

I’ve driven an Audi for 17+ years. I’ve been a customer of Audi Hunt Valley for over a decade. My car needed substantial work and I decided to forgo the work in favor of replacing my car. Unfortunately, the “deal” Audi had to offer was not much of a deal. After many years of being a loyal customer I expected more. I decided to go in another direction and try a different car brand altogether. I wanted to stick with Audi, but I just didn’t feel like they wanted me to stick with them.
This is not my usual dealership but I needed a new car battery and they were near my location. I called the shop to get an appointment and the rep actually made sure they had the battery before I got there. The battery was installed and I was on my way. Great customer service overall.
CASEY IS THE BEST SALESMAN HANDS DOWN! He made sure I had the best birthday EVER and even made sure I had a bow!!

Chelsea, was very personable and attentive to all my needs. Her follow up was impeccable. No concern went unaddressed. The downside to my experience is she raised the bar. Thus, if I am forced to interact with anyone else there, they will be judged based on those standards that were set by Chelsea. And unfortunately, that person has some humongous shoes to fill. Just to add context to my review, I have worked in real estate sales for over 20 years. Thus, I am a vet at providing and assessing stupendous service.

I was working with a salesperson who was friendly, courteous and professional. After several phone calls and emails we got the deal done. Needless to say I was excited. Much to my dismay, as I was driving to the dealership to sign the paperwork, I was informed that the car was sold from out under me.I would not recommend doing business with a dealership that practices this way. Not to mention they destroyed the faith of my co-signer. Now I probably will never get her to give that kind of information out again. Greed and disloyalty are bad traits.Thank you but no thank you. I dont need disloyalty and lies from dealerships.

Service advisor was super friendly as always, but not sure the levels of Service is the same. I came in for equivalent 35k Service and battery replacement on first generation S5. I agreed to the ridiculously overpriced service (by comparison to other Audi dealers), did not ask for a long time customer discount (since 1998) and picked up a dirty car (inside and out) with a right side bulb out, even though the Service included an inspection of all bulbs. Not sure if there was a change in management, but definitely makes me think my next Audi may come from Owings Mills ...

I purchased an new Audi Q7 Prestige model. The seem to be offer market average pricing and little higher but they had the color option I wanted. I did most of dealing over email as I am not local. There seemed a little sternness and not so much love when purchasing. Post purchase they seemed to be done with me. I reached out about after two days a low windshield wiper fluid light coming on and was told that is done at port and for me to just add it. Poor excuse for someone forgetting to fill it up at prep especially when you are buying a pretty pricy luxury car.
While Im usually weary of taking my car into the dealership for its check ups, Audi Hunt Valley took very good care of me. Chelsea, who helped me during me visit, was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done on my car, how I could go about getting a loaner for the day last-minute, and how long the services would take.If more representatives at dealerships were as friendly and seemed to care as much about the customer as Chelsea does I would probably make reasons to have to bring it in just to enjoy the friendly service.
Its been two weeks and they still have not transferred my tags, or contacted me to let me know what is happening. I also paid with a certified check that was written for slightly over the amount of the car, and they still have not refunded the overpayment. Zero communication.

Bought Q5 recently from this dealership. Process was smooth, easy, and very friendly. Seth and manager, Tony Palumbo, were professional and very competent. From test drive to trade in to delivery, the entire staff was excellent. And notably, Audi has a dedicated technology expert available for explanation and training on the many facets of the cars infotainment system - A huge plus to have that personal touch in understanding the new systems.....

They stood out from the other dealerships I went to, no high pressure sales tactics or any games. They also have a great used car selection with a very thorough inspection service and provide you all the details. I was charged (2) diagnostic fees due to my brake lights not turning off when I turned my car off and a suspected short in the rear driver side brake light. One issue was fixed but the potential brake light short was not addressed and is still occurring. I also was charged a storage fee for what I assume was the day the car sat while they waited for parts to arrive?? I was disappointed to say the least at that charge and have never experienced that before.

Audi Hunt Valley customer service is horrible, after I bought a car it was in the evening hours so I didnt see that car has a small windshield crack in the dark part of the glass by the sensor area, I tried to call that night the dealership but they where closed, so I reached to the sales Manager Jesse and he said sorry they dont warranty tires or windshield after you leave the dealership... So they pretty much dont care after they take your money, They offered to make it right but after I spoke to 3 different people at the dealership they never got back to me to tried to fix anything, so be careful with this dealership they are the worst experience I ever had, will not recommend them at all.
Im almost certain this 1 negative review will get lost in the shuffle of all the probably in-city 5 star reviewing customers but as an out of state customer, 1000+ miles away, Im sure most would agree that communication between myself and the dealership is critical. Communication was clearly great before purchasing the vehicle but since then?! Not so much. Even rude at times.So, without going into a rant about why my experience has been so poor because of the staffs inability to communicate affectively and timely, Ill be short in that I purchased and received my vehicle around the beginning of March. It took a month to get my 2nd key (that they originally werent going to provide after I was promised the vehicle had 2 of) and as of today, I still dont have my plates nor does my bank have the title from them.If youre out of state, might be better off buying elsewhere.

Very poor service - Audi car dealership. My son experienced the worst customer service I have seen in a very long time at the Audi car dealership on York Road today. My son traveled from PA to a meeting with a salesman at the Audi dealership today for a noon meeting. I attended the meeting to view an advertised car with him. Upon our arrival the car was brought around so we could view the car and take it for a test drive. Upon our return from our test drive we were informed that the vehicle had been sold to an individual who called in and left a deposit on the phone while we were on our test drive. There was no consideration given to my son and what I consider to be exceptionally terrible customer service selling a car while we were test driving it.Please refrain from supporting a dealership with ethics like this.

Mathew was able to give me an suv that I requested as my loaner, and the staff stayed in contact throughout the service to update me. They did not try to push services that were not needed.
Although we came in with a few particular models we wanted to check out, we walked out with a a model that wasnt even on our list. The brand specialist, Morris Gibson, was very knowledgeable. We came home with a car we absolutely love and didnt even know we wanted. Morris, Baine (Sales Associate) and Will (Finance Manager) were all a great pleasure to work with. Our experience was effortless.

Great dealership, great experience. I had been in contact with Baine Childress concerning the possibility of purchasing a 2021 Audi Q5. We had touched base off and on for a little over a week. I wasnt 100% sold on the idea of purchasing a vehicle from Audi Hunt Valley for a couple of reasons. One was the distance from my home to the dealership and the other was that their deal seemed too good to be true. I even said that to Baine. I kept telling myself both of these things plus I convinced myself that I didnt like the available colors for the 2021 model year. Really, doing everything I could to find an excuse not to visit the dealership, take a test drive, and sit down and talk facts and figures. Once I made up my mind, the facts spoke for themselves and the figures were exactly what Baine said they would be during our many e-mail chats. There was a difference of $400 dollars for my car below what CarMax had appraised it for and Audi Hunt Valley didnt even quibble. They gave me the the CarMax appraisal amount for my car. I had gone to the dealership with financing in hand but after they checked my credit rating, they were able to arrange better financing terms for me. I cant say enough about the professionalism and the personable and courteous manner in the way I was treated. If youre looking to purchase an Audi, you owe it to yourself to visit this dealership. Well my first experience at Audi Hunt Valley was very disappointing. After my 60k mile service, driving home and my oil light came on and the attached message popped up on my screen. My car needed oil. Luckily my husband who has over 30 years of being a certified mechanic was with me and took care of the problem. I was in total panic mode until he calmed me down. Not a good experience for me.
