Stopped in to purchase an iPhone 12 Pro today and was provided outstanding service. The representative, Joseph, had a wonderful personality and was full of knowledge. He made sure all the details of my new service were implemented and streamlined. He, also, upgraded my plan to maximize our family usage and lower our monthly cost. Thank you, Joseph and AT&T!
Rude. Waited over an hour while fellow was serving 1 customer who went out to his car 7 times n came back n went out evidently checking on his baby in the vehicle. When I asked when he was going to wait on me he said rudely, I’m not going to wait on you..you have to leave. I said I’m going to call customer service and he rudely said, YOU WANT THE PHONE NUMBER! I said yes, got the phone number and left. Customer service in a foreign country did not care. I went in there to buy a phone. But was thrown out. I’m 71 years old and this fellow was maybe 25-30 and has no respect for elders. While I waited 3 more customers entered and left almost immediately.
The employee was great but only 1 person to handle many things was problematic

Steve Jenkins, wireless specialist, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. My mother and I are not tech savvy and had putting off getting new phones (we both still had I-phone 6). Steve made the experience seamless of switching us over to I-phone 11 and 12. Job very well done! Kudos!

There was one person working there on 2/21 and Steven was great, he was calm and patient, greeted every customer with the wait time and was able to multi-task in between customers so they can get serviced. He was also very professional. Great service

Steve was great. He explained the difference between the iPhone 12’s, and transferred everything from our old phones to our new ones, with a friendly and efficient attitude. I usually dread getting a new phone, but Steve made the experience pleasant. That was a first for me!

Entered store 45 minutes before close with damaged iPhone 7+. Robert and associates tried getting it to work to no avail- phone was run over by car.Had me in a new iPhone Xr all data transferred & out the door by 8:10pm‼️Robert is the man & it was a pleasure to meet both him and his 2 associates who he was showing the proper way to take care of customers even as the store was about to close.‼️‼️
I had an issue that no one has been able to sort through for 5 months! Steven was incredible!!! He wasn’t daunted by the seeming complexities but calmly and effectively went through each step necessary to remedy the problem, update my new phone and send me off in total confidence.
I went in on Tuesday, June 2 to update my husbands phone. Bobby was there and able to take care of me in a professional, knowledgeable manner. He answered all my questions, went through everything I needed to know about choosing either a 64GB or a 128 GB phone.There was another customer present and we each managed to have our issue individually addressed all while maintaining social distance. This store in particular has made changes to include plexiglass shields at the help desks - smart! This store is my go to store.

They were very effective in taking care of our problem that we encountered with the Super Walmart...We bought two phones brand new and tried to activate the second cell phone.It wouldnt activate. Had two give the second phone back since it wont activate...and went to the At&t store to straighten out the problem...and order a second phone for the wife.
The staff is amazing. Some of the most helpful and friendly people I have ever dealt with. Would recommend to anyone.

I stopped by this store to get my AirPods repaired and buy a iPad! The employee was Extremely rude and dismissive! I could tell Did NOT want to help me as soon as I walked through the door! I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged UNTIL I was out of sight of the employee. Then he finally stood up pretty much to make sure I wasn’t see stealing! If I could rate at the store at a 000 I would!

I never write reviews but I wanted to mention Bobby and Chris at the 10000 York Rd location, who were extremely helpful with switching me over to At&t from my previous provider. Chris was able to set my sister and I up each with the new Iphone 11 pro. He provided us a great plan and tried to save us money anywhere we could. He was super attentive and maintained a positive attitude after 300 questions we asked.Upon setting up the phone, I was having trouble getting my previous number switched over to At&t. Bobby was extremely helpful in getting it all set up for me, without stress on my end. He called the service center and my previous carrier to figure out why my number wasnt transferring over. He was able to get my number switched over and was overall awesome to speak with on the phone.Both of these gentlemen provided me excellent customer service while maintaining a great attitude. It made the process switching to At&t super easy and stress free. I have never received such great customer service when purchasing a phone before so I had to write a review and give both these guys credit!

Bobby was a very helpful salesman. He told me the truth and only wanted the best for me. He was very kind to every customer in there and had an energy to him that could take him very far in life. If you’re reading this I think you should come to truth mind and body so he can use a sensory deprivation float tank and learn more about yourself. You could do more than this at&t job.
I hoped to exchange a phone charger after using twice doesn’t work. The charger has AT&T on the top of it and looks brand new. It was recently purchased.After waiting for 25 minutes, a gentleman appeared from the backroom, apologetic for the wait. After sharing I didn’t have my receipt..he said they did not carry this charger. I suggested looking my name up in the computer to find my receipt. He said that wasn’t possible. He took the charger over to the wall spent another 5 minutes testing the charger. Walked over to me and told me he was sorry, there’s nothing he can do He didn’t know where the charger was from. There’s an AT&T symbol right on the outside of it it was purchased from the AT&T store.Why was he testing it?...after I told him I didn’t have my receipt?The entire experience was strange.

Went into this store to buy 2 new phones and 2 Apple watches all was good while we were in the store. We left with the new phones but the watches had to be ordered, I order 2 series 5 44m one came in incorrect thats where it all started what a f... up mess this turned out to be we went back to the store and spent 5 hours there one Saturday and still not resolved. I have been on the phone with At&T almost every day since trying to resolve this mess. and its still not resolved a month and a half later. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSUNESS THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES AND THE MANAGE RICE IS WORTHLESS!!!!!
Went in to upgrade my phone. Service was excellent and helpful. Phone ended up having a problem. Went back in the following day and they took care of it hassle free. Rick the sales manager was very accommodating.

Today was the second iPhone purchase at the Cockeysville AT&T store in the last several months for my wife and me. The same person helped us with our purchase again today as before, and we will very likely go back to it again when the time comes.The two staff members working at the counter today were both very personable and extremely dedicated and thorough in explaining the features and operation of the new phone and the AT&T plan, and very skilled at activating the new phone, setting it up, and verifying that all of the various accounts and files accessed by the new phone had migrated from the old equipment to the new.The whole process was very quick and painless at the Cockeysville AT&T store and it will be our go-to for any future iPhone purchases or problem solving.
I hate shopping for phones. It’s stressful and time consuming. I went in and worked with Chris and he’s fantastic!! He gave me a few tips and changed a few thing around to save me money! I’d highly recommend going to see him for all your phone/data/entertainment help. Kudos, Chris!
When you are at this location definitely ask for Alex. He is very helpful and always knows the best deals for the price! I just wish there were more salesmen like him in other locations, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve over paid!!! I don’t write reviews often but my experience was sooo much better then what I anticipated I just had to let you know.

Worst help ever. When I first got a phone from these guys, one of the sales guy asked me if I wanted phone insurance. I told him No. Than what do I see on my next bill statement? $7.99 extra charge for phone insurance. I went back to the store to ask him to take it off ( while they were too busy playing with their phone as I was the only one in the store) they told me they cant do that and I have to call att service.So I called and very nice operator lady helped me and got everything situated. She also told me those guys in att store could of done that with no problems. I will never go back to that store again and I dont recommend anyone either.

This is by far one of the worst ATT stores I have dealt with through the 15 years I have been with ATT. Incompetent and impolite personnel who are more willing to bully you than help you to hide their lake of knowledge and expertise.This used to be a good store till ATT hired new inexperienced (probably low salary) people who just try to avoid customers and their phone issues.Last night, I went to this store to pay off iPhone x I have bought online and possibly unlock it so I could take it overseas. The ATT lady who was tending to the customers didn’t want to hear anything except her command immediately told me I should go online to resolve that problem. When I tried to explain that I have been told differently at least twice, she didn’t want to hear that anything contrary to her command and she kicked me and my wife out of the store.I had to drive to another ATT store (in Towson Mall) and contrary to her advice ; pay off the rest of money I owed and get instruction on why I should come back to store after 48 hours and unlock my phone.
