If I could have given this store 0, I would have. I had the worst experience at this store yesterday. I will return to this store after dealing with one of the employees (Sebastian). Worst customer service ever!!

VERY HELPFUL staff, especially Claudia. What an asset to your company. Fixed my Samsung Galaxy 8S that was acting very flaky. She knew what to do and didnt charge a penny. Just pressed the buttons like the expert she is.

Ive been with MetroPCS for over two years and Ive been coming to the Cockeysville store ever since and Im very pleased with the service that Ive gotten specially from Claudia. I think shes an asset to the company. Shes very knowledgeable, and always helps me with my questions about my phone.

We switched to metro PCS, left, and had no service the entire drive home. Upon contacting the company to cancel, they said the store associate was supposed to ask us where we live and let us know if the service would work there or not. What a waste of time, energy, and money. This service should only be used in densely populated areas, and that needs to be advertised better. We should have known.

The rep activated my phone but when I had question she was no help. Just giving me a angry look when I asked if she can transfer my contact. Thanks for the great service.

Im surprised that anyone in the downtown area that works the MetroPCS has a job! The employees Behavior at the stores right around Lexington Market, on Howard Street and on Eutaw Street, are so incredibly rude I dont know how they sustain their job!

I went to the Timonium store. There was a sign on the door: Im on my break. Will be back in an hour. I see the woman sitting at the desk right there. I bang on the door. She gives me the finger and never opens the door.
