I ordered a package through Amazon to be delivered at this location. There was a mix up and my package got delivered with 7-11’s regular mail. I asked the two cashiers repeatedly if they had my package because I called Amazon and they said it was 100% delivered. After an hour of me asking them to check and the woman cashier saying she didn’t get it with the mail, the other cashier finally gave me my package. I asked for her manager’s number and name and she refused to give it to me!**updateThe manager got in touch with me the next day and apologized for the misunderstanding. I went back to 7-11 and the woman associate apologized and I spoke with her and had time to cool off and she was very sorry about the situation we had. They gave my son and I some free drinks and snacks and we resolved the situation. I will be coming back to this 7-11 and am very impressed by how quickly I was contacted and treated with respect.

A quick, convenient, fair priced fun store to buy fast any needed items. Great layout, well lit, always open when I go!

I will say they weren’t my favorite 711 but I’ve seen them improve little by little over the years. The store is much cleaner and the staff much nicer now more than ever. Well done!

May be worst seven 11 in the world. Register was empty, one lady with 7/11 t-shirt was not paying attention to no one. Continue to move try full of cookies. I was waited in the line for few mins.Then I ask her to help me to get lottery. Then she pointed to kaios then keep on moving. Kios was broken and they have lottery machines there, but she rather keep on doing others stuff then helping customers. Why even open the door just kept closed sign if want no customer. I guess she doesn’t care for customers, yah it’s minimum paying job

I was happy to have my prepaid card refilled with little time or difficulty.

This is a dirty store. Cleanliness is obviously not a priority for these people. The counters and most other horizontal surfaces are not wiped down on a regular basis. The touch screens are not cleaned after every customer. The door handles are not attended to. You wont see the workers putting effort into living up to the statement that they make at the bottom of this page. They will make excuses for why they cant clean up. They claim to clean once an hour. Once an hour? Little, if anything is done to make you feel safe here as with most 7 -elevens. Wear gloves or otherwise cover your hands.

They are letting everyone get away without wearing any masks. People coughing and sneezing all over the place. AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET SICK.

A friend of mine bought ciggarettes and wanted matches and the store clerk replied No, buy a lighter in a really ignorant manner, and its not the first time. Bad service !!
