Food and service was great as usual.therr was a problem with phone and credit card machine which we were not told until the middle of the meal. I had to walk to the ATM and pay 2.95 to pay my 22.00 bill. I thought the diner should have credited that from my bill but I was told no theres nothing they can do about
By far the best breakfast around, with very friendly staff it makes you feel welcome and want to come back. We love the cocoa diner for breakfast or lunch its all great!

Decided to try various breakfast items. All were negative.Corned beef hash came out of a can.Gravy for biscuits was a packaged mix.Grits were raw.Hollandaise was packeged mix.McDonalds makes fresher food.

Great corned beef hash! Home fries could use some seasoning a little bland but thats no biggie just throw some pepper on them and they are good.
Great food. First time there. Our waitress was awesome. She even asked how we wanted our cornbeef hash. And the food was fantastic and plenty of it.
Its just fines unless you want hash browns. We did, so left disappointed.We will drive a little farther next time to have all the breakfast we want.
The staff that was waiting on my boyfriend and I were very nice and professional. They answered every question we had about the menu and even gave us dessert at the end on the house!

I live right around the corner from this place and would probably come eat here every day for breakfast if I could. Service is always fast and friendly. The food reminds me of my grandma’s cooking, but better. You can tell it’s fresh and made to order. The quality and the amount of food that you get is super generous for a really fair price. My partner and I always leave stuffed and satisfied, and have leftovers to take home to boot. I would recommend this little place to anyone. I especially recommend the sausage gravy!

We love to go out. Last night we came to this magnificent restaurant which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a delightful experience there with first-rate meal and a well-trained team and a talented chief cook. We put this place in our phone list and we will definitely go again very soon. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend & I were visiting my mom who brought us to this restaurant. Although we had to wait a few a minutes to be seated as the diner was full when first arrived, the food was great. Portions were larger than expected. Food was cooked just the way I like. For everything we ordered was $30 including tip. I would DEFINITELY eat at this restaurant again when Im in Cocoa.

The breaded catfish for breakfast is really good. The biscuits and gravy as an alternative to toast is also unbeatable. Most other restaurants make you order it as an add-on.
A friend took us to the diner. It is in a strip mall. For the size of the place it didnt feel cramped. We couldnt grab the check from our friend fast enough to tell the price. I had 2 Belgian Waffles and my husband had 2 pancakes with sausage. The plates were larger than normal plates. When they brought his pancakes out they were larger than the plate. He wasnt able to finish them.The wait staff was polite and due to the size of the restaurant, they were very attentive. If you pass by here and want a small place for breakfast Id suggest dropping in here.
Country Cookin diner is the best family owned restaurant Ive ever been to. The servers are friendly and sociable. Yvonne specifically is hilarious she knows just what to say to get a laugh out of anybody. The tables are a little cramped when its packed but what can you expect from a small town diner. I enjoy sitting at the table by the kitchen entrance. Though Its easy to get in the way of the employees at that table. If you are lucky enough while at that table you can sometimes here the men in the kitchen singing. Usually making up their own lyrics to the radio. Often about the amazing authentic Belgium waffles. Turly my favorite part of my visit. Ive also noticed that in the summer the heat coming from the kitchen is extremely intense. They should really get that A/C checked. Oh. if you havent already, and have a sweet tooth, try the waffles!

Very nice and humble atmosphere, attentive service staff and good food over all. Though its mainly open till the afternoon so if you want to get their cookin they you best head at an early time. Would go there again though.

My husband and i just ate here for Valentines breakfast and it was so good i had to write a review. I got the country fried steak and my husband got the steak and eggs everything was cooked to perfection, i mean really..the cook has serious talent. The waitress was very polite and efficient, the atmosphere was cozy but not stifling and the prices were more than fair. Thank you so much for the lovely meal. ❤❤
I love coming here to eat. The food may not always get a 5 star rating, but their service is always great. I dont think Ive ever had a bad meal there. But you are treated as if you are family in this place.
I highly recommend this cozy diner. Service is friendly and helpful. The food may be the best breakfast in central Florida. Large, hearty portions of delicious food will ensure that you leave content and satisfied. I didnt give them this five star rating, they earned it. I know Ill be going back at every opportunity.
Great price. For a more than full breakfast. I took half home. Im not a fan of most restaurants sausage gravy but this was really good. Great biscuits. Ill definitely be back.

Wish they were open for dinner as they close daily at 2pm. Havent found anything on the menu that didnt please, as I am a devoted customer. This is normally my to go place for breakfast. Great food and good prices. Usually have very good service and experience. Wish the place would be open later then 2pm. Here is where my recent left a bad taste. I call up at 1:50 to place a to go order. I’m already on my way there so only 5 mins away. 1st time I call. Someone answers. I say I want to place an order and get hung up on. Second time I call say same thing get rudely told “you know we close at 2”. I place my order, pick up my food and am on the way before 2.

I had high hopes for this place. It was decent and when you order a dinner etc., they bring you a lot of food... many side choices etc. The food is decent, its definitely rockin the home cooked flavor. Unfortunately, my husbands fried chicken had been fried so long that there was barely any chicken left and even the skin was barely edible. The service is also a little lacking, we had two servers, neither of which were great. Their clothes were also dirty. The tables are a bit cramped in and the ambience is lacking as you might expect. The coffee wasnt the best either. On the up side, this place opens early and they are inexpensive.

Fantastic. This place is definitely a locals only gem. I was lucky to get a seat. I saw someone get pancakes that had to be a foot wide! My country fried steak was awesome and portions filling. Definitely worth pulling off the highway and finding.
