Am so thankful I came across the advertisement for Mattress By Appointment! Sunday was the only day I had time to visit the store and the owner Jeff welcomed me in even though it is the one day a week he tries to take off. Jeff provided top notch customer service and let me take my time and try every mattress until I chose the right one for me. Killer deals on all mattresses in this store as well. This mattress store is a hidden gem and I will go back, for sure!

Today I bought a Springfield Pillow Top Twin Mattress and Box Spring from Jeff at Mattress By Appointment. Jeff was very nice and polite and so helpful. I called and made an appointment and was able to come in store to check out the mattresses. I told Jeff what I was wanting in a mattress and he encouraged me to try a couple different mattresses in the store and I found one that was perfect for my needs! Im 32 weeks pregnant and wanted a mattress that offered support but was also soft and comfortable, the Springfield Pillow Top covered all of those needs. Jeff also delivered my mattress and box spring to my house. I highly recommend to call Jeff at Mattress By Appointment if you need a mattress or box spring. He is friendly, helpful and professional. I was able to pay for my mattress and box spring in full, however if you are needing a mattress and box spring now and you are limited on money, he offers payment plans to qualifying customers. So go ahead check them out, they are totally worth it!

The gentleman that helped us was very polite and respectful of the Covid-19 guidelines. He helped us make an informed decision on which mattress would be best for us. I like that he offered us upgrades of mattress protectors and pillows, which we did get, but he wasnt pushy as a lot of salesmen are. He just let us know what the benefits of those items were. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Appointment - DOES NOT WORK. no one showed up. Showed up 10 minutes early. killed 15 minutes. Texted them - then they said would be there in 30 minutes after appointment time. So much for making an appointment. Cant sit in car for 40 minutes in July. Sad - since made appointment that same morning, confirmed at 1 pm for 2 pm appt. Then empty locked up store. I suggest calling them on phone before leaving your house. Then call a 2nd time to confirm when you are half way there. The Yes confirmation 1 hour before means nothing. Phone call 3 hours earlier means nothing

I can’t think Jeff enough for helping me out today with the purchase of a new mattress. My husband had recently had hip surgery and the mattress he was sleeping on was not comfortable for him. I found this place on Facebook Marketplace, my wife thought it was a little weird that we had to make an appointment to look at mattresses, lol and Im all about a bargain so I figured Id give it a shot. I have to say my wife and I were pleasantly surprised on how professional and clean the store was. We got a great deal on an awesome mattress and Im sure we can finally get a great night sleep. I also was glad to give my business to a small business as apposed to one of the giant mattresses places. Holy cow! Mattresses by appointment is a phenomenal store! The manager Jeff is very accommodating too. We set an appointment for Monday but had to reschedule due to a conflict of the times. So rescheduled to Wednesday. Well the conflict on Monday didnt happen so we called to try and keep the appointment for Monday. We called and he said no problem at all! So we get there and he lets use lay on 6 different beds to see the comfort. His 50-80% off claim is very true! We picked a 1650 dollar mattress, paying only 850 dollars! If you can pay it off in 100 days you will pay no interest too! We highly recommend Jeff at mattress by appointment for any bedroom needs!

We were in dire need of a new mattress and decided to check out Mattress By Appointment.We met with Jeff and explained what we were looking for. He suggested which beds to try in the Cocoa showroom and let us test them out. We were the only ones in the store (by appointment as the name implies) and went from bed to bed trying out different styles and levels of firmness. When we landed on a winner, we were in business.Jeff was very professional and friendly. He gave us an amazing deal on a mattress that included the box spring. I think it was around $1k off retail! He was able to add a cover (to ensure the 10 year warranty) and frame for a fair upcharge. Due to us wanting the mattress in a California King size, it had to be ordered. Worth the wait for what we wanted.We waited for our bed to ship in and got it about a week and a half later. Jeff and his partner delivered it quickly and efficiently. They also set it up for us.We are very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend this business.
