Honestly... I love my car but I had issues with the motor mounts within the first 15 months of owning it. Other than that - good experience. More than anything I regret using them to start my financing. They set me up with Mechanics Bank which was the worst thing I could ever experience. I really hope they start doing their research on what banks they will use because it can start to reflect on them as a company - which it has. I am sad that EchoPark even gives them business.

I really loved the experience of a new way to buy a car. The only issue I had is that the day after I left the lot the change oil light came on.I just got it and I already need an oil change!!! Makes me wonder if the car had been serviced at all before placing it for sale or was it just cleaned and placed on the lot.

The lot is nice and organised by brands and models. The pricing isnt clearly displayed on each vehicle, but there are some displayed on the vehicles and others are online on their website.The issue that I have is, people telling customers one thing and then not standing by it. I was having a couple of issues with my new vehicle, and I was in the process of possibly returning it due to safety concerns (which they are being reasonable about), and that the seat kind of bothers my back while driving it. The manager told me that I had until yesterday to return it, and I said that I didnt even take possession of it until a day later than the contract was signed and he said OK, then you have until tomorrow to return it. So here we are tomorrow, which is today, and theyre refusing to stand by that. If I had known that, Id have been in there yesterday, but was assured that it was OK for today.So, be careful and be sure on the 6th day so that you can have it returned by the 6th day if you need to. And they count the day you get it at 9pm as day 1, even if its not a full day. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I usually loathe buying used cars from anyone other than private parties, but I was a little on the desperate side this time time-wise and EchoPark came through. No haggling usually means a high price, but they were right in line with Kelly Blue Book and the process was pretty smooth, the experience was pleasant. Even put the car up on the lift for me so I could poke around and inspect underneath. Can honestly say I’d recommend.

The staff here are a wonderfully helpful group who made my first car-buying experience practically effortless, especially Diego and Brian. Before even speaking with any representatives from EchoPark or going to one of their dealerships, I had heard a lot of good things about them. I really liked how they operated their dealerships and what they were all about as far as selling used cars. We decided to go to the Colorado Springs location after checking Echo Parks inventory online. We knew exactly which vehicle we wanted going into the process so it made it a bit easier. Upon arrival we were told that an Experience Guide (salesman) would be with us in a little while. After waiting about 5 minutes Diego Gonzalez came and found us and told us he would be our Experience Guide. Throughout the whole process of test driving vehicles, comparing prices, pricing our trade in and finalizing our purchase he was exceptionally helpful. We brought our young kids with us to the dealership (which I know was probably a bad choice) and Diego having young kids of his own, did everything he could to keep our kids occupied and entertained. The entire experience was great. It was so much better than previous experiences buying used cars from regular dealerships. I would definitely buy another vehicle from EchoPark in the future.

Check the cars mechanics before buying!First theyll try to sell you all kinds of warranties that are unnecessary, (they have to make money somehow)I paid mine all in cash, but I made the mistake of trusting EchoPark mechanics check. Besides the Rusty rims, Couple of months later my cars battery died. AAA checked it and found that my battery had bad cells. Turns out I was sold a car with very old battery with erosion all over. I called echopark to resolve the issue, but once you buy the car from them, good luck getting anyone to help after that.The 2 stars is for their GPS guy, Rody I guess was his name; This man went out of his way to help me with installing the GPS card since their salesman completely forgot to mention it because he was too busy selling me the warranties .Id be careful dealing with EchoPark in the future.

Buying a car from EchoPark Automotive was a dream! I had not purchased a car in 15 years, and the team made the experience easy and enjoyable. There was no haggling, no sales managers coming over and trying to hard close you, just a relaxed buying experience. The sales team is totally open to you driving as many cars as you want and they are eager to help find the right car for you, not what they want you to buy. We had a great experience when we purchased our new vehicle but things went VERY bad VERY quickly!!! We bought a Jeep Compass that ended up getting a flat tire. Before we left the lot we checked for a spare, repair kit, jack, lug nut key, etc, there was NOTHING! But we were told by the sales rep that they would put in the request to provide us with those things (which never happened) So when we ended up with the flat there was NO way of getting the tire fixed! We took it to multiple shops who could not even remove the tires & did not have the proper key...including the Jeep dealership. We were also told that this vehicle should have never been sold from a dealership lot since the tire were bad & not safe & had previous faulty repair work done on them & would have never passed a legal inspection! It took days of missing work to get this taken care of & not much assistance from this company. On the phone ALL day every day for 3 days trying to get a manager or someone from Guest services to get in contact with us. We are on day 4 and still no one has returned our many messages to guest services. Have been put on hold for over 30 mins multiple times for the call to be disconnected or transferred resulting in disconnections & still can not get ahold of anyone that can provide any resolution or answers. Their Platinum extended warranty does not cover tires & they did not provide the company the proper paperwork & am now being told they do not offer roadside assistance which is on the main page of the warranty info. COMPLETE RIP OFF & waste of time & money!!! The lug nuts eventually had to be cut off. The initial service is GREAT until you leave the lot then there is NO SERVICE AT ALL! I am SOOOO upset over this experience & pretty sure this will have to result in some sort of legal action against this company.

My experience with EchoPark was really good. I had no problems walking around they let you be. The vehicles are excellent. Low miles, only 4-5 yrs old, vehicle history was outstanding. Customer service was great, banking was easy and got me a great rate. only downfall was had a chip in window, but they had someone come out and fix it. Maybe look at replacing window instead of just chip repair. Dont trust chip repairs tend to split even if filled in.

Nice cars for a fair price. Its like they are a little pushy. Bummed that they dont have any type of warranty once you pull away from the dealership.
