After paying off my vehicle that was purchased here in 2020 I was educated on 2 accounts that had been financed with my auto loan I was very upset giving the fact I had no knowledge of any accounts being active I have been told time and time again by the finance company that initially paid for the accounts to be opened they wouldn’t be able to do anything I would have to take this matter up with the car dealership I got the vehicle from it’s been well over 2 months since I’ve spoken to a person who claimed to be the manager but never heard anything back he definitely didn’t have a problem telling me the person who did my paperwork no longer works with them but didn’t provide a reason. I hope nobody else gets scammed like this could have saves a total amount of 6422.86 if the fraudulent accounts hadn’t never been created that I had no knowledge of. But on the bright side the sales rep did an amazing job covering up creating the policies only this that matches was my name and vin to my old car email wasn’t real phone number was to the dealership and address never existed

He referred us to enterprise car sales and we were able to get a new vehicle that fits our family for a much lower car payment. Christopher at enterprise car sales was wonderful. He was friendly and very professional. He went out of his way to ensure that we got the deal and the car we wanted. In addition, most of the contract was signed digitally, every one had masks and the while place was very clean. I cannot speak highly enough about Christopher he made the process easy and much less nerve wracking.

The Salesman, Chris was not as efficient as would have wanted and I wish I had known to ask for the person who was familiar with the sales process with my bank. When Lisa, the person that is the manager (I believe) or the main sales person that worked with my bank came onto the scene I felt I was receiving better service. Lisa was able to make it up to me and she was instrumental in attaining a lower interest rate and included a small gift when I did finally get the car. (Thank you Lisa)

Great experience! They were great to work with and super accommodating. Wish the detailing of the car had been a little better but other than that it was a great experience.

Went in for a test drive and came out with a new car! Super friendly staff, there was absolutely no pressure to buy the car which made the experience less intimidating. I noticed a few issues with the car and they scheduled my appt at the dealership to get those issues fixed right away. The process did take a little longer than expected but other than that it was a pleasant shopping trip.

I’m a little late but my husband and I brought a truck from Enterprise in Highlands ranch Colorado at the beginning of June, and the service was exceptional. This was the second time I have purchased a vehicle with Enterprise, and I have been SO happy each time. This particular time, the car salesman reached out to me personally about the credit application I submitted online the night before, the moment they opened. I came in to check out the vehicle and she went over everything about it for me. All the nice features that my current car didn’t have. She made the whole process as quick and painless as possible. So I looked at available cars and seen Ford Fiesta in Denver from there online search for car page, I called the Colorado Springs Sales office requested car be transported to my town, next Day done car was ready for me to view. This no hard sales experience was amazing, sales manager personally worked hard to provide financing company what they needed to approve me! Brittany is new in car sale she even took me to my bank to get check for my down payment. Car is less than 30 K miles 2019 and was very clean appears to be a very well taken care of vehicle.

How is driving by and stopped in just to take a look at the inventory of course on hand for sale. It was a cold day and the salesman, Mike, approached me and asked me if I would like to have him show us one of the SUVs for sale. I said well okay and things went very smoothly from there. He was a very pleasant person to deal with and inform me that they do not reduce their price on the vehicles for sale. I like that aspect has there is no pressure on the buyer. The prices were very reasonable and the vehicles were in excellent condition. As it turns out my wife and I purchased hey Nissan Pathfinder which was loaded and was just what we were looking for. Mike is a fine young man and a wonderful salesman.

Before last week, I hadnt considered buying a new(er) car. But then someone stole my sons car--and he had no theft insurance--so I gave him my car. That meant, of course, that I needed to find a replacement. Id noticed recently that an Enterprise car sales had moved into the site of a former Toyota dealership nearby, so I chose to check them out. When Chris, the salesman, and I walked out to the lot and I saw the 2018 Kia Soul, I knew it was the car.
