So had a 2015 Ford Focus SE Hatch towed here to Phil Long to get it checked out as i still have my transmission warranty valid. Upon arrival i was called and ask a few questions as i was not able to go with at time of towing. After that... well? nothing! Days past until i finally called myself to ask what was going on. So apparently the lady was sick (if she is or not i dont know) but they dont have what 20 employees chilling there on a daily bases to quick shoot a call saying they are at least working on it? After all this i come to find out that even after i HAD to have it towed they couldnt find anything wrong with my transmission even though they have replaced the clutch 3 times? On an automatic. Im no mechanic but i do love to work on cars on my free time and even someone with little car experience should know that even a car with known transmission problems should not have a CLUTCH on an AUTOMATIC car burn out 3 times in a matter of 2 months or so. While this is all happening i was talking to one of the employees and he said This happens all the times because fords transmission problems on Focuses are very likely. I agreed knowing that it is a major problem and stated that it Shouldnt be burning clutches out at a rate like this just to hear silence from the employee... Then i said So let me guess once this warranty ends i will either A) have to buy a new clutch every month or B) get told that my transmission needs replaced after the warranty ends? And all i get is a smile and a head nod. I love this place :)

Absolutely worst overall experience ever. Dave, the finance manager, lied to me about what my warranty covered. He told me it covered the clutch and guess what! I didnt even get plates on it yet and the clutch went out. It then comes to light that the clutch is never covered as it is regular maintenance. He also lied and told me I was getting the comprehensive warranty and trusting him I just signed the document. Come to find out now when my car is in the shop that the lower option was checked and it doesnt cover what my vehicle is in there for. Basically the clutch cable I believe it is broke and is going to cost $1900.00 to fix. I went into the dealership to figure out what was going on, where I encountered Brian a salesman at the 5995 lot. When I was talking to him about the issues I have had with Phil Long, he proceeded to yank his glasses off and basically slams them onto the counter and raise his voice to me saying that he didnt even work there when I bought my car and that he is just filling in for the GM and then told me to go up the street to the other Phil Long dealership and speak with a GM there. I went up the street to the other Phil Long where I spoke with a manager named Aziz and then he spoke with his manager, who I did not get to speak with. They offered to either trade my car in or give me $600.00 off the work. I cannot trade the car in and even $1300.00 is too much for me right now I cannot afford it.It is my fault for not looking over the paperwork more thoroughly. I understand that. I trusted what they were saying to me which is my fault for being naive. To just be so deceitful and such a good liar just to get one over on people is sad and its sad that they get away with it.

I had an excellent experience. Tony was awesome, he listened to what I was looking for, was very patient and helpful, he took the time to show me a lot of cars and found the right car for me.. I would recommend him to anyone.
