When I stopped in I was just looking, but a gentleman named Jeremy walked out, he was super nice, funny definitely didn’t presser me into buying just simply wanted to help! I was looking for a Dodge Ram 2500 that just so happen they had one that I loved! I would not recommend Lakeside Auto. My daughter had an appointment with Jeremy to test drive a vehicle and once we showed up they just had blacktop work done on one side of their lot. So they had all the vehicle crammed on the other side. Jeremy tells us to come back tomorrow and he will have it ready for us. The thing is there was only one vehicle that would had to be moved in order for us to test drive. He showed zero interest or motivation to want to get a sale. The fact that he never even gave us a courtesy call to let us know what was going on and we dont learn of it until we arrived just shows how Jeremy Dieffenbach and Lakeside auto are. Not only did he lose my daughters sale, but he also lost my son who was interested in a car on their lot as well. I have no problem in taking my money elsewhere, and that is exactly what I did.

JJ was very nice and professional with great service! They were able to get my payments lower then I expected. Only problem was that the reviews did have me nervous/wondering about a lot stuff. They was able to give me the number to the bank that approved me and I was able to called and have everything verified. Make sure all your paperwork is correct before leaving ask for the name of the bank that approved you call and have everything verified and you should be ok. So far everything was great! Vehicle drives smooth and good!

The sales man was great, but everything sucked. Flase ad, the car was not in excellent shape, it didnt specify that it had a salvage title. It had hail damage, the windshield was bad it had cracks all over,scraps, needs brake rotors,etc.

Now a days its really hard to find a sales person that really cares about their customers. Well we came across Mo and He was a point with everything and very knowledgeable friendly guy. Enjoyed working with him.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE! This is the first and LAST time I will ever buy from a dealer. I purchased this vehicle about 6 weeks ago and have had nothing but headaches. When I first purchased the car they had me sign paperwork with a specific lender and when I came back a few days later they had “more paperwork for me to sign” which meant that they had me sign all this paperwork without actually getting the Ok from the lender and that I would have to sign different paperwork that would have changed my terms and upped my monthly payment by a significant amount. I was ready, and should have just walked away at that point but they were able to find a different lender and get my monthly payment down to where it was previously which means they could have done that all along before I even got there to sign the paperwork and could have just told me they found a different lender. Before I even made my first payment I got a check engine light and the vehicle went into limp mode. I had to go into the dealership and made an appointment to bring the car in and they told me I had a $100 diagnostic fee. Now I understand 5 months or 6 months down the road if there was an issue I can totally understand a diagnostic fee but a month after buying a vehicle? Before making my first payment on the Vehicle? That tells me they don’t even shake their cars down before putting them up for sale. YOU are the guinea pig to see if anything goes wrong. At this point I just want to get out of the nightmare and they hit me with “well you can sell it or trade it in”. Buyer beware. Buy from private sellers. You will have the same issues without the 30-50% markup.

I just went there knowing I wanted a larger SUV with good tow capacity, spare tire, and already installed tow hitch. She answered my questions. They gave me and awesome trade in on my other SUV. Im so glad that I just decided to stop there on a whim! There was a couple of mechanical issues on the car I selected and there was NO problem with them fixing those before I finalized the paperwork and picked up the vehicle. The entire experience was so fluid and easy. I am definitely sending others their way and they will be the first place we go for our next vehicle! Too bad they dont do campers. Buying cars, used or new, can be exhausting and filled with petty details. Used cars always seem to bring the car buying adventure to a whole new level. Today I bought an F150 at Lakeside and I must say, JJ, Brenden, and CJ all worked tirelessly to bring the various aspects of the deal to a solid and fitting conclusion. Their reputation matters to them, and in many small and time consuming ways, they all worked together to make our family happy to buy the best truck, for a fair price, and with a minimum of hassle. Absolutely love the new truck. Jeremy was an outstanding salesman. Was extremely welcoming and patient with me as the customer. He went threw alot on his end to help me out even after the purchase with some conflicaul things regarding the truck. Most of wich was minor, but would have ruled costly after achieving me such a new sweet ride. Jeremy went threw thick and thin with me to ride off these conflicts by my side for an as is buy.The truck was test drove late and once being looked at by myself it got relatively dark.. after purchased I realized the brakes had stress cracks in it. Not ideally the safest thing to see on a pretty penny like this here truck that I just purchased, but Jeremy did what he could do along side with me to resolve this. The dealer only met with partial standard, after them being aware of completely bad fuel filters and a highly needed oil change to the vehicle.. They where aware of all of these conflicts when discovered right away and I was told by a manager that they would do everything that they can to help me... with me even just saying screw it and proceeding on to just do the oil change and fuel filters on my own just to help on their end ( like I said it was a as is buy, but was told we will do everything we can...) they still came back to somehow bite just a - hair- into my pockets for the full brake job..though, I can say Im not that mad. They didnt burn me with a price tag and I have to jump back to Jeremy.. He did everything he could do in his end to make me as the customer feel welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied with my purchase. I have a mass amount of respect for Jeremy and highly recommend if going to lakeside to choose Jeremy as your salesman. He will do everything in his power to work for YOU as the CUSTOMER. Super bad experience! ran my debit card 2 times without permission! 2nd time after Jeremy said he deleted my card info . Jeremy said he would get back to me dont call him wait for him to call me an its been weeks still nothingWerid ticking sound coming from the engine took to them 2 days after buying it and they kept it over night said it t was the timing belt to drive it 2 weeks if nothing fixed bring it back and then once I did call 2 weeks later the manager said big Jeremy didnt tell you last time that we aint fixing it drive it till it breaks then we will fix it. So basically I got all the extra insurance an am paying it for nothing. Just drive it till the engine gives out .Horrible experience save yourself the headache an hassle

DeceptiveBe very careful going here. We walked in naive and made the mistake of paying $3,000 for a vehicle BEFORE we were financed. The first week we were told we didn’t qualify for the vehicle we wanted. The second week we picked 2 vehicles in the price range we were preauthorized for. And still were denied. They informed us we would need a co-signer, we weren’t successful getting someone. So going on week three, we asked for our money back, politely (the first 3 times). They said we wouldn’t be getting our money back no matter what. We finally talked to someone’s boss and he approved our refund. After making a scene, of course.

I had to get law enforcement involved because they didn’t want to give me my diagnostics on the car we purchased from them .They would rather sell my daughter a car that’s broken and could potentially cause her to crash and hurt her self and others around her just to make a dollar... and I understand we all have to make are living but not when you put people in danger at that point it’s just selfish and a crooked thing to do all this is a very dishonest car dealership the nightmare goes on and on but to some it all up DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE DISGRACEFUL PEOPLE!!!

As a Navy veterans honesty is very important to me. So believe me when I say that this dealership deals in deception. If you want to pay 20-30% above blue book value, purchase from lakeside. Afterwards be prepared to discover undisclosed critical mechanical failures. When you confront them on the matter, dont believe as I foolishly did that they will correct the matter. Dont let them hold onto your vehicle 6 business days for them to tell you that they cant figure out why its malfunctioning let alone fix it. Trust nothing they tell you and buy from somewhere that believes in integrity. Because the people employed at Lakeside Auto to sell and maintain their inventory are truly incompetent and unconcerned with the value they offer customers in both product and service.

STOP. This car lot sells lemons. Within 2 months of our purchase we had to go through 2 transmissions and a coolant hose replacement and they actually wanted me to pay for the second transmission because they put in a busted used one. Please be careful shopping here we still owe on this same car

I bought a used car was told they dont come with spare tires or jack. Never told me they didnt have lug nut key. When trying to to the sale woman was told she was helping someone else I think she was hideing. Ill never buy again.

My husband and I bought 2 vehicles at Lakeside on Tejon. They never replaced the windshield which had 2 chips in it. They seemed upset to replace a part that should have been replaced on my vehicle before it was sold and even after that it took SEVERAL weeks for them to fix the part. The manager seemed more interested in selling the cars than making sure we got a safe vehicle. Even after purchasing my car they kept it in there shop and “worked” on my vehicle and when I got it back it had the same problems. Every-time I asked for updates I have to keep asking to get an answer. I would recommend going somewhere else to get a better car for better prices and get a great vehicle instead of a lemon. My husband had just as many issues with his car....
