New to VW and Mike Maroone. Brought my new Tiguan in for a warranty door repair and maintenance plan oil change at 9:15am this morning. Finally called them at 3pm and they couldnt tell me the status of my car. So I caught a ride to the dealership only to find out my door needs a different part. Im having to wait while they put the door back together. Then they tell me they didnt change the oil so here I sit at 4:20 still waiting for the service theyve had all day to do. Total incompetence!
Brought in my car to get serviced. Asked to change my head light. Advisor notified me that my daylight running lamp was out as well. My headlight was never changed and I am left questioning the quality of the rest of my service and have to go buy a new headlight that should have been fixed.
Alex, one of the service writers here, went above and beyond to make sure that my needs were all taken care of. True customer service! Would highly recommend!
